Post by bunniefuu »

PHIL: Previously on The Amazing Race...

teams left the coast of Uruguay

and raced to the country of Argentina.

Buenos Aires, I love, I love.

We have to go now.

PHIL: Charla and Mirna nearly missed the boat.

I don't want later. I have emergencia.

while Alison and Donny turned on each other during a Detour.

Donny! Shut up! I mean it!

We didn't pass by checkpoints.

PHIL: Father-daughter Jim and Marsha

felt set up by the bowling moms.

I think the moms.

You think they screwed us?

All right! Yeah!

PHIL: Fearing elimination,

allies Chip and Kim and Kami and Karli

fought over a taxi...

She won't allow me to go first,

and I won't allow her to go first.

PHIL: Which left the twins with some hard feelings

about their former friends.

It just felt like it turned really ugly just now.

Yeah! What up? We just passed them.

PHIL: But in the end, Alison and Donny came in last

and were eliminated.

teams remain.

Who will be eliminated next?

PHIL: This is Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina.

Just outside the city limits

in the lush countryside is La Porteña,

a -year-old traditional Argentine estate.

This was the second Pit Stop.

in a race around the world.

Teams arrived here for a mandatory rest period.

Will former allies Chip and Kim

and the twins remain enemies,

and will the twins move out of last place?

Yeah! Whoo!

PHIL: Brandon and Nicole,

who were the first to arrive at : A.M.,

will depart at : P.M.

Fly to San Carlos de Bariloche in Patagonia.

PHIL: Teams must now drive themselves over miles to Buenos Aires,

find the domestic airport,

and fly , miles to San Carlos de Bariloche,

a picturesque village at the base of the Andes mountains.

PHIL: When they land,

teams must drive themselves into town

and search for the mayor, who will give them the next clue.

$. Let's go!

Brandon and I we've been together for over a year,

and it's been long distance.

All right. Let's go.

So there is a lot

that we are still learning about each other.

Take this one.

The race is my opportunity

to figure out whether Nikki and I are meant to be.

Hurry.

You have $ for this leg of the race.

Let's go.

Mirna and I are working well together.

Charla, hurry up. We are in a race.

Sometimes we're yelling at each other,

but we know that in the end

we're always there for each other.

Hurry, guys!

Can I go out here?Yeah, baby.

We've formed an alliance with Brandon and Nikki.

They are God-fearing people just like we are.

We hope they stick to their words.

MIRNA: Oh, Charla, here it is getting very--

CHARLA: Oh, go in the grass.

BRANDON: Stop, baby.

NICOLE: You can't just stop.

MIRNA: Don't stop. Why are they stopping?

If we stop, we are stuck.

[Honk honk]

CHARLA: Go!

BRANDON: Roll your window up, roll your window up.

CHARLA: Come on, you guys.

NICOLE: Wait. Wait.

They are stuck Charla.

Shall we stop the car here?

Yeah, we have to.

Good grief.

BRANDON: Baby, hold on.

We've got to get help.

Do you want to try to get out?

NICOLE: Hurry up!

Can you help us?

We have to help them because they are our allies.

Fly to Patagonia.

We are so excited.

We came from last place to third place,

and we feel like we are like the total comeback kids.

We're getting help.

Ah, sh**t.

Gross.

Can you take us all the way through?

Did you guys get stuck?

Yeah. They're pulling us out.

Are you guys OK?Yeah.

BRANDON: Hey, wait for us.

MIRNA: Charla, come on.

Aah!

I just got electrocuted!

NICOLE: Hey. What did you say?

She got electrocuted.

I got electrocuted!

MIRNA: Are you OK?Yeah, I'm OK.

BRANDON: Thank you.

OK. Let's go.

Are they following?

Yeah. They are good.

We had to make sure our friends were OK.

We would hope somebody would care enough about us

to help us, too.

JIM: Don't spin your wheels too much, though.

Good deal, baby, good deal.

Good job. Good job.

Charla, tell me what I should do. Fast.

Go straight.

Go left here.

NICOLE: Are they going straight?

Go left, babe.

Where are they going?

They are not going the right way.

Charla, there's no one behind us.

Where are they?

BRANDON: Mirna and Charla will catch up,

so we can't slow down too much.

We got teams on our back.

Now we're lost because we trusted somebody.

Find the town mayor in Centro Cívico.

Come on.

Patagonia.

KAREN: Bob and Joyce are right behind us.

We have pretty much agreed with Bob and Joyce

that if we can help each other out, we would.

Linda, don't go too fast.

You forgot my middle name is Mario Andretti.

Linda is so vivacious.

The fun that she has is contagious.

Let's do it! Yeah!

Linda helps me break out of my shell.

BOB: OK. Look. Oh, look. It's mud.

Bob and I feel you don't have to be physically fit

to win this race.

Good for you, Bob.

You have to have mental agility.

You have to be able to handle the stress

of figuring out where to go.

MIRNA: I think we went the wrong way.

CHARLA: We have to ask if we are going in the right direction.

Aeropuerto. ¿Dónde es?

Charla, get in the car! Forget about it.

This is definitely an airport.

Should I exit?Yeah, exit.

Or no? Exit.

It looks desolate.

OK. Fly to Patagonia.

Since this race has started

we have been in the back of the pack

and struggling to make sure we are not the last team.

When I look around, I size up the competition,

I'm confident.

We are going be the team that wins.

Hello. I need to get to San Carlos de Bariloche

in Patagonia. Oh, there it is.

The airline we need to get to.

At :? Is that the earliest flight?

Sold out.

Let me talk to him.

Sir, what is the next flight?

This is the airport.

We hope.

Patagonia is in Argentina.

So with Argentine Airlines probably.

Can we reserve them over the phone?

There's no way?

Linda, we don't know where we are going.

She doesn't know where she is. We need to stop her.

Do you know where you are going?

No.

Pull over.

They're all right there.

Yeah. I see them.

Is this Colin I hope?

I guess we are not in Buenos Aires all the way yet.

I say we go a little farther. Just look at the signs.

Colin is probably right. Just go a little bit further.

We'll follow you, Colin. You lead.

Part of my strategy is to help everyone out in the beginning

so that when it comes time to get that piece of information they have,

I want to be able get it.

Fly to San Carlos de Bariloche.

Marshall and I are not body-builder-type physiques.

Certainly the shape you're in will have an effect

on how you play the game.

But, our goal is to each round beat one team,

and you're still here.

Look. This is the airport right here.

Oh, my god. Beautiful.

I saw the airport, and it was the next exit.

Come on. Let's go get some tickets, you guys.

MIRNA: Maybe we should ask this guy.

Buena noche.

[Speaking Spanish]

The earliest flight we have on this is :.

:?

They have a :, but it's all sold out.

The earliest flight is :.

This airline has a :.

I think we've got a flat tire.

MARSHALL: We just got a flat tire.

Have you ever done this before?

No. But I will figure it out right now.

Patagonia.

What is the name of the airport, Kim?

Jorge Newbery.

Chip and I decided there is no such thing as an alliance.

From this point forward, we just trust each other.

Patagonia.

Kami and I are feeling pretty anxious right now because we are dead last.

We need to stay focused

and just really think about what we are doing.

What do you got?

I got this.

Ow.

Watch your hand.

These. How are these--

LANCE: OK. Another one.

It's easy, man.

Let's go.

How long did we lose? minutes.

That's it?

Dude, who said fat, Jewish guys couldn't change a tire?

That's the airport.

Muchas gracias.

BRANDON: Mirna, where in the world did y'all go?

What happened to you guys?

We waited. We turned, and we waited.

We thought you guys just ditched us.

We were really upset.

We just ran into Brandon and Nikki,

and they said that they really waited for us,

even though we didn't see them.

They said they would book tickets for four of us,

and if they truly want to show that we can trust them,

then they will.

Aeroparque.

The twins have caught up.

They are hot on our tails,

and they are kind of competitive.

I think Chip is an ass.

We had a falling out in the last leg.

My little nickname for the twins is the bad seeds.

They seem like these little, cute, innocent, little things,

but they will chop your head off.

MARSHALL: I think this is it.

Everybody is waiting just for this airline.

LANCE: Are you staying here and watching bags and stuff?

We need to find an alternate route.

Does South Winds fly to Patagonia?

Yes, that's right.

Do you know what time the first flight is?

To Bariloche? Yes.

Can you find out if there are seats?

No. Not until :.

Yeah. We are talking to him right now.

The brothers found out there's a flight at :.

If I stand on this line right here

and I'm first in line...

Charla, go wait in line there.

MARSHALL: Lance, go stand there.

CHARLA: We are first in line here,

so if you want to get behind us, go for it.

You are not buying for anyone else, correct?

Are you buying for anyone else?

No, no.

Mirna and Shmirna jumped into line first.

That was a huge problem for us because

if they are buying seats for multiple teams, then we were shut out.

Are you guys with them and buying tickets or not?

Really, you guys, it's none of your business.

I have the right to ask him whatever I want.

Stand in line.

MARSHALL: Then don't talk to me.

Don't talk to me. I'm talking to them.

If you're working together with them, that's fine.

What we're doing is we're standing in this line,

and they are standing in this line.

Nikki, why do you have to explain it to him?

It is none of his business.

I hate her so much.

I can't even begin to explain to you.

When I have the opportunity,

you watch, I will get even.

KIM: Airport Jorge Newbery.

They are right there.

We've got to beat them.

Oh, yes.

Hola.

Hola,we're first.

We need to get to San Carlos de Bariloche at :.

We have to fly together.

We need to purchase the one seat.

I have the last ticket on the : flight.

What about standby?

We are hoping dad can get on standby for the : flight.

Will you get us tickets, please?

Nicole and Brandon asked us,

"Will you buy our ticket as well?"

I'm first in line, so I say, yes.

We have our faith in Brandon and Nikki,

and I think they are having other people buy them their tickets now.

MARSHA: We also need to buy tickets for :.

They are buying tickets for you.

No. They are not buying tickets for us.

Why is Marsha buying--

They're not buying tickets.

Then we put you on the : flight as well.

Brandon and Nikki broke our trust.

They had a new alliance with Marsha and her father.

We went to another counter

and just worried about ourselves.

If you give these people the chance,

they'll squash you like a bug.

MARSHA: Guaranteed.

We have tickets for the :.

We are looking on the :

because everything else is completely booked.

I got tickets for Bob and Joyce.

For the : flight. Gracias.

KIM: Yeah. Do the :. Book us for that.

Gracias.

CHIP: We are on a : flight to San Carlos.

Can you get us on the : flight?

It's so important.

When Kami and I could not get on the : A.M. Flight,

we were pissed.

Kim and Chip had purchased the last tickets.

Can we get on the waiting list for the :?

I think we are screwed at this point.

Maybe we'll get on the : flight, Maybe we won't.

Can you get us tickets for the :?

We just got on the :.

Here we go.

We got on the first South Winds flight at :.

OK. I want standby tickets.

I am standing in line to get standby on the :.

COLIN: Stand by?

CHRISTIE: Please. Por favor.

COLIN: Can you put us at the top of the waiting list

for the : flight?

Thank you.

There's no way you can put us on the : flight?

We've got standby tickets on the : and :,

and we are booked on the :.

It's an emotional roller coaster,

and I'm just really trying to ask the Lord to calm me down

and get my mind back where it should be.

I need to get on the : flight.

I have to get to the doctor.

CHARLA: Only standby.

CHARLA: We are trying to get them to help us.

Usually people help me when they see me.

We are keeping our fingers crossed.

We hope this works.

That's all we can do right now.

For the two of us we have tickets for...

For :.

You found them in there?

Our tickets are useless right now because dad and I have to fly together.

Can you put us on the waiting list for :?

Chance?

WOMAN: Colin and Christie, you are on the flight.

COLIN: Thank you very much.

Muchísimo gracias.

Charla and Mirna.

Yeah. Right here.

Gracias, gracias.

JIM: We are trying to keep our spirits up.

We've still got standby tickets for this : flight.

WOMAN: Thank you for your patience.

You are on the flight.

BRANDON: We got on the : flight.

We didn't think it was going to happen, but it did.

MAN: Señoritas Kami y Karli.

Sí.

MARSHA: Oh, my god. You guys got it.

It's not over.

They are taking everybody's but ours.

WOMAN: Watch your head.

JIM: We didn't get on that : flight.

I can't believe that.

PHIL: of the teams are now on their way

to the town of San Carlos de Bariloche.

The first flight carries Colin and Christie

and Charla and Mirna.

The second flight,

scheduled to arrive minutes after the first,

carries Marshall and Lance and Brandon and Nicole.

The third flight, scheduled to arrive

an hour and minutes after the first,

carries Linda and Karen,

Bob and Joyce,

Chip and Kim,

and Kami and Karli.

Southern Winds has an :.

MARSHA: We need tickets on that : flight.

Dad and I could catch up with them.

We are not going to give up.

There is hope.

Straight ahead.

There. There they are, the Jeeps.

I have never driven a car quite like this before.

Which one has the best tires?

This has good tires.

I don't know how to drive this car.

COLIN: Look at that lake.

That is so gorgeous.

Bariloche.

Look at how beautiful it is around us.

Just take one second to look at these mountains.

BRANDON: The nicest guy on the airplane

told us exactly where the mayor's office is located.

Go.

CHRISTIE: The mayor's office is in the civic center.

COLIN: Oh, there it is.

Yeah, municipalidad.

Make your way to the chocolate factory.

PHIL: The streets of Bariloche are lined with chocolate stores.

Teams must now find this chocolate factory only blocks away.

Let's get out of here so they don't see where we went.

CHARLA: Cívico is right here.

MIRNA: OK. OK. Don't yell.

I think it is there. Aha. They got it.

COLIN: Oh, they are here.

Come on!

¿Y derecha?

Gracias.

MIRNA and CHARLA: Hola.

Make your way to the chocolate factory at San Martin.

. Look for addresses, baby.

CHRISTIE: There it is right there, chocolate factory.

CHRISTIE: Road Block.

A Road Block is a task that only one person may perform.

In this Road Block, that person has to overindulge

in the most popular food in Bariloche--

chocolate.

Each person must bite their way

through the pieces of chocolate on this counter

searching for a piece with a white center.

Of the nearly , pieces of chocolate,

only have white centers.

When they find one,

they will receive their next clue.

Colin, you love chocolate. Do it.

Wow, this is going to take a long time.

Come on.

The brothers just got stuck at a red light.

Oh, man. Just go.

We lost the brothers.

We curved, and we think they went straight.

I'm worried that Brandon and I really are screwing people over.

Road Block. Who's got a sweet tooth?

I don't think I--I will vomit, Charla.

OK. I'll do it.

CHRISTIE: You are doing great, baby.

CHRISTIE: That's not white? The one you just

threw out, was that white?

No.

MIRNA: White. White. Bite them. Bite them.

Just spit them. You don't have to eat them.

CHRISTIE: Go, Colin.

Charla, you don't have to eat them.

Just bite them!

Hurry up! Do it fast!

White. Just one bite. Fast. It will be obvious.

Most disgusting thing in my life.

You can do it, Charla. You're doing great!

I'm going to throw up.

Keep going!

CHRISTIE: Do the bottom ones, Colin.

I found it! Yeah!

Come on!

Ha ha ha!

MIRNA: Give it to the master!

No! Give it to the master.

Thank you, bye!

Charla, you did so good!

Drive yourself to the Villa Catedral.

PHIL: Teams must now drive nearly miles

to this ski village Villa Catedral.

Once there, they must take this gondola

to the top of the mountain

and search for their next clue.

Come on.

Look at these.

CHRISTIE: Colin has a short fuse.

I'm going to give him a little leeway

because he gets frustrated.

Cream. Cream. Was that cream?

What? No!

Man, how am I going to get out? Reverse.

There is smoke coming out.

Why isn't it going?

I can't get it out of gear.

It should be-- oh, look who it is.

LANCE: Bitch!

Who was that? Who was that?

Somebody just yelled, "Bitch."

The people that we deal with are disgusting.

Let's hurry.

Come on. It's gotta be in here.

Thank you.

Bariloche. The chocolate factory.

Colin, are you sure you haven't seen any with white?

Whoo-hoo!

Oh, my God!

Gracias.

Drive yourself to the Villa Catedral.

I see the signs. That's it.

Look for a flag Do you see it?

Yes.

Come on. Let's go.

Oh, here they go.OK.

Where are we going?

In this building right here.

Make your way to the chocolate factory.

Let's go, let's go.

Chocolate, right here.

I probably can better than you

because I have a bigger stomach.

I got a better shot at winning the lottery.

That is so gross.

Whoo!

This way. Gracias, caballero.

Drive yourselves to Villa Catedral.

I have to turn here?

CHARLA: Yeah.

He's following us.

Oh, man. We need to get there first.

I don't even like sweets.

LANCE: There you go.

MARSHALL: Tell me if you see it.

You are doing fine. No one else is here even.

This building?

Gracias.

Make your way to the chocolate factory.

Make your way to--

the chocolate factory.

The office of the mayor.

We saw the mayor. Yeeh!

LANCE: Come on. Stop looking at them.

I'm going to puke.

You've got to be kidding me.

You've got to be able to find one.

This is unbelievable.

Feel like eating?Yeah.

LANCE: Everybody's catching up to us.

Nothing I can do. It is random luck.

BOB: Do it. Do it, hon.

Bite them.

You can do it, babe.

JOYCE: Got it!

Hey!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Drive yourself to the Villa Catedral.

OK.

OK.

What should we do, Dad?

I think we should get a taxi to lead us.

Centro Cívico. Más rápido, señor.

Gracias. We're following him.

We've not giving up.

MARSHALL: Can't do it.

LANCE: Keep going.

Who's got a sweet tooth?

That is Linda.

LANCE: Come on, Marshall.

KAREN: No way.

LANCE: The twins are here.

More. More. Faster.

Go in the middle, Linda.

I can't do it.

Go chocolate.

This is crap!

[Belches]

LANCE: Just keep going. You're not gonna throw up.

You'll be fine.

Start from the beginning and go.

Come on. Just stay focused.

Whoo! Come on!

Ridiculous.

Gracias.

Drive yourself to Villa Catedral.

We're going back to our car.

Yeah. Come on.

Here it is. San Martin.

We got to make good time on this.

Go twins, go!

Who's got a sweet tooth?

I do.

Oh, my gosh.

Oh, my gosh.

Marshall.

Look. He's gonna beat you.

Look at him.

OK. This is it, Dad.

MARSHA: Gracias. Gracias.

Make your way to the chocolate factory.

KAREN: Come on. You've got to hurry.

White. White.

I'm out of here!

LANCE: Everybody's finding one

except for Marshall.

Thank you.

Drive yourselves to Villa Catedral.

Let's go.

Come on, baby. Come on, baby.

Should I even continue over here?

KIM: Go. Go. Go.

LANCE: Just keep going.

Lance, should I start in a different spot?

No, just keep going.

Going through those chocolates one by one

and at the same time

watching all these people come in and get the white chocolate

is a total feeling of helplessness.

You do know what the color white is, right?

He got it.

Hallelujah.

OK. Drive yourselves to Villa Catedral.

That whole thing was terrible. Random luck.

Hola.OK.

Who's got a sweet tooth? You do.

You're doing good dad. You just gotta keep it up.

You're doing good.

CHARLA: Flags are straight ahead, Mirna, on your left.

OK. OK.

Park it right there.

COLIN: OK. Look. There is the gondola.

There's a flag down there.

BRANDON: Yeah, I see it. Thank you, Lord.

Let's go.

Don't give up, Dad.

You're doing good. You're doing good.

Oh, thank God.

We have to drive ourselves to Villa Catedral.

We follow you. We give you pesos. Gracias.

Keep going Charla.

COLIN: I'm so serious. We have to beat the midget.

Charla, come on!

Charla, push through, honey.

Detour. Smooth Sailing...

or Rough Riding.

A Detour is a choice between tasks

each with its pros an cons.

In this Detour, teams have to choose between adventure sports.

Their choice--Smooth Sailing or Rough Riding.

In Smooth Sailing each team member must paraglide in tandem

with an instructor off the edge of this ,-foot mountain.

It will be a scary ride, but teams can finish quickly.

In Rough Riding, each team member will choose a mountain bike

and take it along a rugged -miles course down the same mountain.

There is nothing scary about the same task,

but biking down this rough terrain could take a while.

Smooth Sailing. Paraglide off the mountain.

OK. For sure.

Paraglide.

Rough Riding. Take a bike down the path.

We're not doing biking. I can't do biking.

OK, ready to go?

OK, ready to go.

Go, go, go, go!

Run, run, run!

Whoo!

CHRISTIE: When we lifted off the air,

it was absolutely amazing.

Whoo!

OK.

OK?

I'm scared.

I was crying because I was so scared,

and I was trying not to let Charla see

because I don't want her to get scared.

Charla, God be with you.

Go, go, go go!

Ready, Charla?

Whoo-hoo!

Oh, my gosh.

Oh, my gosh. Nic, look.

NICOLE: Oh, my gosh.

Paraglide off the mountain.

Come on. We got to do this.

There it is, Bob. I see the red and yellow flag.

Oh, yeah!

Whoo!

Let's go. Let's go.

Come on. Let's go.

MARSHALL: Is this right or wrong?

Let's see if they can help us,

Villa Catedral?

No. He doesn't understand.

We are following a taxi cab driver right now,

and we are hoping maybe somebody gets lost.

COLIN: All right, Christie!

Muchísimo gracias.

Drive yourself to the next Pit Stop.

PHIL: Teams must now drive miles to Bahia Lopez,

a small bay outside Bariloche.

Once there, they have to find this place,

an unnamed island offshore in the bay.

This tiny piece of land jutting out from the water

is the Pit Stop for this leg of the race.

The last team to check in here will be eliminated.

Let's just run.

We have to get a good lead on them

to make sure we beat them.

Perfecto!

It was like I was a bird in the sky.

Drive yourselves to the next Pit Stop.

Yay. We did everything.

One big cartwheel.

The last team will be eliminated. Let's go.

I'm excited.

See you, baby.

Run, run, run.

Whoo!

All right, Brandon!

Go. Go. Go.

You start running and all of a sudden,

you are, like, in flight.

and it was so amazing.

All right, baby.

Ay, ay, ay, ay

NICOLE: OK.

Drive yourselves to the next Pit Stop.

Oh, yes. I always wanted to do this.

Villa Catedral. See?

Gondola, ¿dónde es?

Where is the base of the gondola?

It's right over here.

This is where we're going to make up a lot of time.

We're tied of eating your dust.

Paraglide off the mountain

to more than , feet below.

Baby, we are paragliding.

Whoo-hoo.

Warning. The last team to check in may be eliminated.

Let's go to that Pit Stop.

I'm so excited.

Are you ready to go?

Yes.

CHIP: Kim went.

KIM: Whoo-hoo!

We're paragliding.

That is the most amazing thing I've ever done.

KIM: You are perfect.

Look. I gotta walk bow-legged now.

So, we can't have kids anymore?

Thank God!

He kept doing the circle thing.

I had to pretend like I was sick so he would get me down.

Drive yourself to the next Pit Stop.

Go, Kami, go, go, go.

Come on!

I'm thinking, OK, is this going to be OK?

I was a little leery thinking,

is this going to be safe?

Run, run, run, run!

Aah!

Can we see if my friend went or not?

This is frightening, running down the hill.

That's the scary part.

Aah!

I was definitely nervous.

It was scarier than I thought it was going to be.

Linda better go.

This is frightening.

I hope she is not chickening out. Linda.

OK. Are you ready?

Ouch. Hold on. Hold on.

Go, go.

Oh, my gosh.

Yowww!

LINDA: Whoa.

This is unreal.

I was really proud of myself

because this is one of the craziest things

I have ever done.

This isn't right.

Oh, there's the flag.

OK. Looks like we just missed the gondola.

MARSHA: Parking. Right in there.

I think those are teams, Dad.

MAN: You're good.

I got it. OK.

KAREN: Run, run, run!

I'm running!

Linda. I thought you chickened out.

No. It was awesome. Are you crazy?

I wanted one more time.

Drive yourself to the next Pit Stop.

Come on!

Vamónos!

We just got on the gondola.

We're about to take our trip up the mountain.

Right up here. Excuse me.

Oh, boy.

CHRISTIE: OK. This is right.

Oh, yeah. That's where we're going, right?

Yes.

kilometers.

Does my hair look OK?

Just concentrate on the road.

Every time Phil sees us we look, like, terrible.

We make a good team. You know, we are so competitive.

We just want to win.

This sucks.

Oh, my God. This is going to take an hour.

I'm not running.

Detour.

Smooth Sailing or Rough Riding.

Smooth Sailing. Ok, we're going.

I'm running down the hill?

Running down what, this hill?

I'm not going to fall on my face?

Come on, Dad.

Detour, Smooth Sailing or Rough Riding.

We might as well do something fun.

Now run.

Oh, my God.

JIM: We're not quitting until it is over.

Far as we're concerned, we still have a chance to win.

So never give up.

Run. Very good.

Oh, look. Phil's on the little island.

We just have to walk across this, baby.

Trudging through the water.

Come on, come on, come on!

[Laughing]

It feels good.

Welcome to Patagonia.

Aw, thank you.

Colin and Christie,

you are team number one.

Whoo!

Colin and I are feeling excellent.

We have now really started to learn

exactly the way this game needs to be played.

Oh, my God.

Excellent. Excellent.

There's a box right there.

Drive yourselves to the next Pit Stop.

This is crazy.

Phil is going to think we look disgusting.

Hurry up!

Charla and Mirna,

you're team number .

Yay!

Group hug.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Gracias.

That was so awesome.

I just want my dad to get down here already.

That was quite a ride.

Come on, Dad.

OK.

So if they suck at driving,

we might be able to beat them.

You know how to get back to the town, right?

Just follow the map.

Come on, baby.

Muy rápido.

Brandon and Nicole,

you're team number .

All right.

All right. That's awesome.

Maybe we're still in the race.

We gotta ask someone.

Is that open?

[Speaking Spanish]

Bob and Joyce,

you're team number .

Ah! Ah!

There! We've got to swim!

Kami and Karli,

you're team number .

Whoo! Whoo!

PHIL: That was quite an entrance.

Everybody else just walked

across the shallow water there. Heh heh!

Oh, my God. Come on!

OK.

The mothers freaking beat us.

The mothers beat us since we were such skim wads.

Linda and Karen,

you are team number .

Yes. We'll take it.

Chip and Kim,

you're team number .

Whoo!

Moved up a notch. Move up slowly but surely.

Give me more info.

Is there anymore turns?

OK. This is the Bustillo Road, so we're on the right road.

We're getting there, baby!

Eighth or last, we're getting there!

Oh, yeah, dude.

I see him. Right there.

Lance, slow down. My knee is k*lling me.

Marshall and Lance,

you're team number .

What up?

What up?

Exactly what we said we needed to do.

Yes!

Jim and Marsha,

you're the last team to arrive.

I'm sorry to tell you

you've both been eliminated from the race.

All right.

We did our best, baby.

Are you proud of your dad?

It took a lot of guts to keep going,

to try to keep up with me,

to try not to let me down,

which I know he was worried about.

[Sighs] And he didn't.

I learned from Dad

that you can do unbelievable things

even when you're the underdog.

Anything that I thought

I could teach her...

she already knew.

I've said before that I wanted to teach her

some things during the race.

She's proved to me that she is lacking nothing.

I'm so proud of her,

I can't put it into words.

PHIL: Stay tuned for scenes from our next episode.

PHIL: On the next episode of The Amazing Race,

Colin and Christie face off against Charla and Mirna.

Go stand over there.

I'm going to stand right here.

You can do whatever the hell you want to do.

PHIL: A bad decision...

You're making a huge mistake!

Causes a rift between the brothers.

Dumb ass.

Others find a Russian feast to be the ultimate Road Block.
