Um, it belongs to a powerfulrebellious line of Kanays.

- How do we get it off?

- Have to find the Kanaythat it came from

and have him remove it.

- That'’s your brilliant plan?

- Got a better one?

- Jax!

Look, Em, you can'’ttrust him anymore.

- Not Daniel.

He would never hurt me.

Oh!

Who would do this?

- "With love, Daniel."

- Sophie!

- Sorry.

And what'’s the point ofmagically making up

- We do...sometimes.

- I like it when you want to doMaddie'’s homework for her.

- My new friend Mia wantsto do everything I do.

- Always?

- Sometimes.

- Look, Katie, about Mia,you shouldn'’t trust--

- Did you just try tocast a spell on me?

- No.

- Yes, you did.

You missed and ithit my locker.

- I did not!

I never miss.

- How about the timeyou missed a sandwich

and got ketchup on me?

- If you really want to keepthem fighting,

just wait a second.

When Maddie leaves in a huff, make it rain on Katie.

- She'’s not walking away.

They'’re in the middle--- In three...

- Whatever.

I was trying to help you.

- Two...

- And I was trying to getto Biology class.

- Wait, Maddie.

- Changed your mind?

- Oh!

- Biology classcan wait!

Holy free shower!

My favorite!

[giggling]

- You just couldn'’thelp yourself, could you?

- It wasn'’t me!

- Of course not. It'’s never you.

- Sounds like theymight be on to me.

- So what?We can take them.

- Not with your ex-girlfriendat full power.

I'’m not ready yet.

- What do we do?

- We keep her busy.

And I havejust the thing.

- You were right.

- Of courseI was right.

Wait--about what?

- We need to askthe council for help

about turning Danielback to normal.

- Ah, yes.Finally.

Look, when we getto the council,

let me doall the talking--

MADDIE: We'’re here!

What'’s the rush?

- We want to knowhow the plan is going.

- It'’s going great.

We have three newoutfits designed and--

- Wait, no. The Kanay plan.Remember?

We decided to rule everyone outbefore jumping to conclusions.

- I'’m telling you,it'’s gotta be Mia.

- You only say that becauseshe'’s Daniel'’s new girlfriend.

- What?

- It'’s all over Miss Information.

- Speaking of Miss Information,we ruled Gigi out.

- Great--how?

- Held her phone over an openflame in the chemistry lab.

She tried to blow it out,but couldn'’t.

Clearly not a Kanay.

- Did you burn her phone?

- No!

Well, maybe the case...

Just a little.

I had to!

She was showing mewithout any lip gloss on.

- Okay, so we unnecessarily

ruled Gigi out.

So that justleaves us with...

- Emma.

- What, no,she'’s a witch.

- Wizard!

- Guys, I'’m telling you,it'’s gotta be Mia.

- But I mean,we don'’t have any proof.

- We'’ll talk to the council

about freeing Danielof the seal.

Then we'’llget some proof.

- Nobody tell Proxy.

- Wait, what, why?

- Um...Because I said so.

- Mia?

A Kanay.

Looks like Maddie'’s not the onlyone with a Kanay on her side.

- We know what'’s wrongwith Daniel.

- Besides being a human?

- I'’m a human.

And I'’m right here.

- What'’s wrong with him?

- A Kanay put a spiderseal on him.

We'’re not exactly surewhat that means, but we--

- Why would Diego do that?

- I told you he was no good.

- It wasn'’t him!

He doesn'’t even have one.

- Well, who elsecould it have been?

The spider seal fairy?

"One for youand one for you."

[chuckling]

- No...There'’s another Kanay.

- Impossible.

- [mocking]Impossible!

- Two Kanays?

Wow.

- Do you know who it is?

- Not really.

I mean, we havea couple suspects.

- Can you help us?

I need a spell toget rid of the spider.

- A witch'’s spell cannotoverpower a seal.

Others have triedand failed every time.

- No!

- Oh, it'’s documented.

- Em...

You'’re stronger thanall these other witches,

so strong that theycan'’t take your power.

- We were justtesting it out,

just in case.

- You can do it.

- We do not have timefor this.

Let us capture Mr. Millerand send him to--

- No!

At least let me try.

Please.

- Come on, Agey.

We should at least let Emmatry to remove the seal...

before we makeany decisions.

- This is so exciting.

- It is?

- You have until tomorrowto remove the seal.

If not, we getrid of Mr. Miller.

[dramatic music]

[stammering]

Bring us the other Kanay

and we will reconsider ourstance on humans as guardians.

- Mia, are you in here?

Your aunt let me in.

Mia.

Pretty!

[zapping]

I mean, it could usesome stickers--

- Are you going throughmy stuff, Katie?

- No.

- Looks likewe have a spy, Mia.

What should we do?

- Hmm.I could freeze her.

Or, I can make a big cycloneand make her disappear into it.

- I vote cyclone.

- What?

- Just kidding.

She'’s a part of my plan.

- I thought I was your plan.

- You are.

To take down Emma.

But I still need totake care of Maddie.

- I won'’t do anythingto hurt Maddie.

- Okay, then.

You'’re gonna makea great ice sculpture.

Pose for me.

- Wait!

I overheard their plans.

I have information.

I will help.- I wouldn'’t trust her.

- Start talking.

And it better be good.

See you at lunch?

- Sophie?W-What are you doing?

SOPHIE: I got him!

- Sophie'’s hold istighter than a crab,

- What are you--Get off me!

- Was not expecting that.

- Did it work?

- I don'’t know.

- Emma?

What happened?

Where am I?

- You'’re okay!

- I think so.

- Wait!

- That was the most bizarrereaction to a spell ever.

- Whoa, who casta spell on me?

I have to geton stage.

Your surprise.

- Oh, you didthe surprise already.

We all saw it.

- Yeah, and we'’ll neverun-see it either.

- I did?

Did you like it?

- Uh...

- You seriously don'’tremember anything

from the past three days?

- It'’s been three days?

- Happens to meall the time.

'’Cause your brain'’slike a sponge.

Sometimes it gets too fulland you gotta squeeze it out.

And then, whoops, there goes three days.

- Why am I in school?

- You were under a spell.

Well, not a spell, exactly.

- A spider seal,it'’s a Kanay thing.

- Yeah, and it made you actlike a colossal jerk.

- Didn'’t really changehim that much.

- W-What do you mean,a huge jerk?

- Colossal jerk.

- So, you'’re back toyour old self.

That'’s allthat matters.

- Hey, Mia, can we talk?

- Sure, come in.

- Um, I haven'’t beenmyself lately.

I told her not toworry about it,
