What kind of cake can I whip up
for your birthday?

In my book of party cakes,

grr-ific! I see a tiger cake!

- And the best part is...

you can all be bakers

and put the stripes on yourself!

We need three black stripes.

OK, bakers, let's add
four orange stripes!

- What happened, Daniel?

- I'm so disappointed.

We messed up the cake
with a big glop. Grr!

- Oh. That is disappointing.
But I always say:

- Meow, meow. Maybe the glop
looks like something else,

anymore.

I took that glop,
turned it around,

and found something good!

The cake has stripes and
a smile! That is something good!

- Meow, meow,
two blueberry eyes, meow, meow?

- I love this birthday cake!
- Nifty galifty!

- I'm so happy
you like it!

- Mom, I'm big and strong.

Grr! Can I carry my birthday

about this cake.

celebrate my birthday.

Hi, neighbour!
This is my friend Kaylen,

and he's going on an adventure
to bake a birthday cake!

- We're going to make
a chocolate cake

for a birthday cake
today, OK?

- [Daniel]: First you mix up
all the ingredients.

There are dry ingredients
like flour and sugar,

and wet ingredients
like eggs and butter.

Be careful!

That's called the batter.

Then you spread the batter out
in a pan.

The baker puts the pan
in the oven to bake.

The oven is really hot.

Icing is fun to make!

Let's make it...

green!

That looks dee-licious!

- I'm going to let you start
putting the stuff on the top

because that's the special bit
for you to do.

- [Daniel]: That looks grr-ific!

- What does it taste like?

- Chocolate.
- Chocolate?

[woman laughing]

- [Daniel]: Yum, yum, yum!

at Prince Wednesday's castle!

I brought my ball
to play kick the ball. Come on!

[laughing]
- It's picnic time!

- Jolly good!

- I'm so excited
for the picnic!

Wow! That is one biiig
picnic basket!

- It has everything we need
for our picnic.

- Grr-ific!

I just looove picnics!

[Trolley dings.]

to the clock factory park

- OK, first we have to put down
the picnic blanket.

to pick out our picnic snacks?

What's wrong?

- Our ball,
it's squashed. See?

- And now we can't play
kick the ball!

It is NOT going to...

- [all]: Rain!

- Quick! Let's run
inside the clock factory.

- Zoom, zoom, zoom, zoom,
zoom, zoom, zoom!

- Phew!
We've made it inside!

- But now our picnic is
RUIIINED!

- I'm so disappointed.

- But do you remember
