Cringer became the mighty Battle Cat and I became He-man,

the most powerful man in the universe.

Only three others share this secret:

[Orko] Everybody's getting ready for the king and queen's

wedding anniversary except me

and I don't know what to give them, Cringer.

You'll think of something.

[Orko] It can't be just something, Cringer.

It has to be special.

The most wonderful present in the world.

or as skilled as Teela, or strong like He-Man.

I don't know and I don't want to.

[Orko] I feel like it was draining my energy and my magic.

before it takes what little we have left.

[Teela] I sure hope we find Orko soon.

I sure miss that little guy.

[Man-At-Arms] I never thought I'd say it, but I do too.

I'm sure we'll find him.

Let's hope we do before that does.

What animal could possibly have made that?

I don't know, but whatever it is,

let's hope it's as shy as it is big.

[Orko] So, you see, I cause nothing but trouble

for everyone I know.

At times we all cause problems for those we love.

But if they love us, then they'll forgive us.

[Orko] But I cause nothing but problems.

[Orko] I wish I could believe that.

This is what life would be like in the palace

one year from now if you stayed away.

It drains the powers from other living things

and uses their strengths for evil.

[Orko] But if it catches Man-At-Arms

it will have his intelligence.

And Teela's skills.

And He-Man's strength.

I wonder what that was.

For some reason I'm almost too tired to care.

It's probably because we're so worried.

If we don't bother it it probably won't bother us.

This sonic disruptor should take care of them.

This shouldn't be so heavy.

I think I know.

There's a legendary monster called Talgoth.

It drains power from living things and uses their skills.

That's why you're weakening, I'm getting clumsy,

and father can't think straight.

I can think well enough to know

that we've got to find Orko before the Talgoth does.

[Orko] I can't get free.

These vines are as thick as marsh snakes.

Marsh snakes, that's it.

If music can charm snakes,

why can't it charm sneaky vines?

Magic music soft and sweet turn these vines

before they eat ugh us.

I think we found the Talgoth.

[shrieking]

[Orko] Nope, I think the Talgoth has found us.

Run Cringer!

[shrieking]

The Sorceress says the Talgoth feeds on energy and powers.

Maybe if I let it feed on mine it will get full.

[Cringer] Orko, look out. Orko.

-That sounded like Cringer. -And it sounds like trouble.

Cringer, where's Orko?

Talgoth has him.

Look.

[shrieking]

[Orko] He-Man, everybody, run.

Quickly, run away.

Oh, a net spell.

It's using my magic.

I guess you're not very good at spell reading.

[shrieks]

I hope this spell isn't at full strength

because I'm sure not.

[He-Man theme music]

[Orko] This monster's magic is as bad as mine.

Of course, the Talgoth is using Orko's magic

and it works wrong just the way it does for Orko.

Hey, I can think again.

And my strength is coming back

but I think I'll test it.

All of our powers should be back to normal

because the Talgoth is weakening.

Right, I don't feel clumsy anymore.

But I think I'll test it.

Pick on someone your own size, bully.

[shrieking]

[He-Man] Yes, like me.

You can drop in on me anytime.

[chuckling]

[Orko] Thanks pal.

[He-Man theme music]

By the time the Talgoth climbs back out of there,

we'll be long gone.

You were great, He-Man.

And you were pretty silly.

You had us all worried.

King Randor and Queen Marlena are still worried.

[Orko] I just felt that I was always making trouble.

I thought you'd be happier if I left.

Why in Eternia would you think that?

[Orko] I ruined your anniversary presents.

Yes, but you've done worse things.

That's no reason to run away.

Orko, in all families and friendships we sometimes make

mistakes and then it's easy to feel worthless.

Especially if those mistakes hurt someone else.

It's how we deal with our mistakes that's important.

Running away is no way to deal with anything.

Especially when you're running away from people who love you.

[Teela And Man-At-Arms] Yeah.

Now, let's go.

We've got a party to attend.

[Orko] I'm sorry I don't have a present

for the king and queen and I'm sorry I ruined Teela's

and yours, Man-At-Arms.

That's alright Orko.

Having you and Cringer home safe and sound

is the best present of all.

[Orko] Boy, the party sure was lots of fun and just think,

I could have missed out on it by running away.

Sure, I was feeling sorry for myself.

But running away doesn't solve anything.

Everyone has problems now and then and sometimes

they seem pretty big but every time you have a problem

you just can't keep running away.

You can try to solve it.

And how do you do that?

Well, a good ways to ask someone for help.
