We've worked for years mapping the labyrinth

but since the Trapinch continue to dig

it's impossible to stay up to date with it.

was this huge, beautiful lake.

Needless to say I was awestruck.

I was so amazed, seeing all of those Trapinch

evolve into Vibrava at the same time, that I completely forgot

I hadn't the slightest idea of how to get out of there.

[INTENT]

All of a sudden, I found myself back outside of the labyrinth.

Whoa! Vibrava, huh?

Vibrava, the Vibration Pokémon.

Vibrava is the evolved form of Trapinch.

By flapping their wings they create vibrations

emitting ultrasonic waves.

That's quite a story, Hal.

So then it must have been all of those Vibrava

that helped you get out of the labyrinth, right?

Of course, and that's what I keep trying to tell everyone.

But for some reason no one believes me.

No one in their right mind anyway, it's a ridiculous story.

on having a career as a Pokémon Researcher?

So, the trick is to figure out which route Pikachu took.

There aren't any existing maps of this part of the labyrinth.

How did we wind up getting stuck in an underground maze?

It wouldn't be a problem if labyrinths had

clearly marked exit signs.

You mean the Boss' Trapinch, after we get through with it.

Why would he want that?

MEOWTH Imagine the Boss taking a break

from his hard work one day and he gets the munchies.

So, he gets the feelin' that he wants a walnut.

But with that hard shell and those soft fingers

there ain't no way he's gonna crack it open.

And that's where Trapinch comes in to save the day.

[EXERTION]

So with that nut safely in the Boss' mouth

this is what he'll say

[imitating Boss] "Meowth and friends were nice to give me"
