I feel like I see people cannot negotiate,
which is kind of nice,

or, you know, they lose it.

I found someone I like
as a potential replacement for Davina.

- Really?

And she does business in Malibu,
and I kind of wanna expand out to Malibu.

- So for me, this is a win-win, you know?

I'm thinking about bringing someone in

too many chances, and a lot of us are at...

Me personally, at the end of my rope,
and there's no going back.

[Heather] Christine and I have
had our ups and downs.

We've been close, we drifted apart.
I haven't spoke to her in months.

Mary's tried to work things out with her.

She's isolated herself
a lot from the other girls.

She doesn't deserve this desk anymore.

- We're too busy to have two empty desks.

and I'm still working.

We had planned
on having kids the following year,

but with COVID, you know,
when life gives you lemons...

At first, I was just like,
"What did I have to eat from Shake Shack?"

I took a test, and that's how I found out,

and then I kind of put it
on the counter, like movie-style.

Like, backed away, walked away,
and then Christian found it.

It was really cute.

- [Christine] Wow! Hi!

This view is amazing.

Christian called me,
said you're looking for a bigger house.

Yeah. No, I told him to reach out to you.
We need a little bit of help.

It's just, our house
is way too small right now,

and it's really vertical,
there's nowhere to walk.

I mean,
there's nowhere to take a stroller.

We have, like, a five-bedroom home
that has actual two bedrooms,

'cause we turned
everything into... Well, "we."

I turned everything
into, like, closets, wardrobe rooms.

So we just need something bigger.

It doesn't need to be huge.
Just 10,000 square feet at least.

- That's huge, but okay. It's all relative.
- Uh...

- Depends who you ask.
- Fair enough.

We are maxed out at our house.

This new place needs
to have an incredible kitchen,

open floor plan, amazing light,

a room for my closets-s-s-s-sss,

and baby bedrooms.

He said maybe everywhere from,
like, the Valley to Beverly Hills.

The thing is, is we're not...
We're not really view people.

We don't care. We're more about privacy.

- City, doesn't matter.
- So this house is not for you?

I mean, I love it, personally.

I just don't think it's very kid-friendly,

and if I'm saying that,
then it really isn't kid-friendly.

- [laughs]
- This is not kid-friendly.

Kid's just gonna wander off
and fall down the hill.

I went through,

I really put a lot of focus on my career.

So now I definitely would say

I'm one of the top-selling agents
at the Oppenheim Group.

I worked really hard,

and I'm finally in a place
to buy my own house,

so it's definitely looking up.

I see a lot of dream homes,
but a lot of times, they're really cold.

This one has warmth.

It's got the vaulted ceilings.

[Chrishell] If I got this house,
I would have a guest room,

and, for now,
I'll put this stuff as a gym room.

Could eventually be... a baby room.
I don't know.

I don't wanna say that 'cause what if
it doesn't happen? I just jinxed it.

This is the first time I'm putting in
an offer for myself to live in.

- It's a good investment.
- I might have to knock on something.

It's gonna be a good investment,
um, in yourself and in your future.

Yeah, because before,
that wasn't my home, you know?

I signed a paper saying, like,
"I don't have any claim to this," so...

I like the idea that I truly don't need
anything from anyone. I'm good.

You can just see,
your eyes are lighting up.

That means it's the one.

See, that's the key.

Put your hopes into a home, not a man.

The house I was in
with Justin before, it was beautiful,

but it was, in my opinion,
just way too much house.

And also, this is mine.
It can't be taken away from me.

I can't be kicked out of it,

and I will never
be in that position again.

This street is amazing.

I mean, I know this area, obviously,
but Christine, I think, is up how far?

We're not...
It's not like we're gonna be neighbors.

I will say, she's pregnant now,

so maybe, you know, she's gonna be chill.

If I'm putting in an offer,
I need to decide quickly,

because this is supposed
to hit the market tomorrow.

that look like animals.

I think expanding

that we just haven't tackled yet.

I was born and raised in Mexico City.

I've been less than a year in real estate,

When I moved to L.A.,

it was a super huge shock
with the language.

I was so shy
and so embarrassed to have an accent

or to say the wrong words,

and now I'm like,
"You know what? I don't care."

I embraced who I am,
and I love my accent now.

Sometimes it gets thicker.

I think it's if I'm nervous,

my accent will always, like... [laughs]

Not only my accent.
My English will, like, go away.

I'm like, "Hey, what? How do you say that?
¿Cómo se dice? You know?

[in Spanish] But that's me, and I love it.

[in English] And I love it.

She's similar to Chrishell's background.
She did soaps in Mexico.

- Yeah, in Colombia. Yeah.
- [Mary] You did?

- You're hiring a certain type, aren't you?
- [both laugh]

You know what?
Chrishell turned out very well, though.

- So I have a good feeling about you.
- [laughs]

I think Vanessa has a lot of potential.
She is happy and energetic.

And she hasn't been in the industry
for a very long time,

but she's hungry and motivated,
so I think she's gonna do well.

I was looking at the dolphins
before you got here.

- Really? You saw them? I wanna see one.
- Yeah! So many!

Sometimes, this time of year,
you can see whales as well.

Really? You wanna show us around the rest?

[Vanessa] Well, so this is
my favorite room of the house,

as you can see,

And the sunsets over here
are just, like, breathtaking.

It's just so beautiful.

[Jason] This is probably the best view
from any beach home I've seen.

The Oppenheim Group is one of
the most successful real estate agencies,

and, for me, that I'm new in this,
I wanna be mentored.

I wanna be a team with other people.

I just landed in the perfect place
for me to be better,

and I'm super, super happy
with what I'm doing.

I think I've screamed it

and three days
after our one-year anniversary,

And it was the most romantic,

What's your experience in real estate?

Well, I'm not very experienced yet.

I have just less than a year
in real estate,

but, yeah, it's been such an amazing ride.

I got very lucky because after one month
of being in real estate,

I got my first listing.

A lot of people told me
you have to be super patient,

because it can take up to a year or more.

So I never thought that I would like it
as much as I like acting,

because I'm also an actress.

I finished a TV show

um, happened in my family,

which is the reason I didn't wanna cry
on my first day here.

why I'm doing real estate.

She told me
that I should be a realtor like her,

because she was a realtor.
