How's next door coming, by the way?

Expensive, but sure.

There's a toilet in there that
you can put money in and flush it.

-[laughs]
-[Nicole] Oh!

He uses it all the time.

Isn't that the whole concept
of the new office?

[Brett] I'm beginning to think so.

I'm excited for the new girls' bathroom.
Sounds like fun in there.

Now, we're building the makeup counter
in the women's bathroom.

Are you serious?

And you're gonna have two sinks.
A sink in the stall, a sink separate.

And so you guys can all get ready.

Did you even put a sink
in the guys' bathroom,

so you could wash your hands if you do?

-That was actually pretty good.
-Hi, guys.

-Hey, Chels.
-It's a good day today!

I just closed...

Wait, more hips.

I... [laughs]

I just opened... Guess what?!

[applause]

What Chrishell calls a double-digit.
Am I right? Double-digit?

-A double-digit?
-Oh, Mulholland?

-Yes!
-[Jason] Yes!

[Chelsea] I really appreciate
Jason trusting me with this huge listing.

I always set my bar really high,

but this bar Jason set for me,
and it paid off.

Within two weeks, I ended up getting
three competitive offers,

one of which was all cash
and no contingencies.

So now I just have to make sure
I continue this momentum

and get another listing
the same or bigger.

-[Chrishell] The bell!

really loud, elongated, and annoying.

for the weekend.

[Emma] Really?

Who's seen the new office?
Nobody's seen it, right?

-Is this a proper invitation?
-[Jason] Yeah, we'll work.

[Brett] You guys will come visit us.
