we call a dinosaur sensation

barney's friends are big and small they

come from lots of places after school

they need to play and sing with happy

shows us lots of things like how to play

pretend abc's

two bits four bits six bits a dollar if

you like school then

that was great lucy you're a really good

cheerleader thank you and you're all

good at cheering too can we do another

one please sure why don't we do the

barney chair

barney barney is his name imagination

is his day

barney barney he's our friend

he's the best at let's freeze him

barney barney help us grow and learn the

things that we should know

you make a great cheerleader lucy well i

have lots of practice at my school we

cheerleaders try to help everyone have

lots of fun when they're watching games

like football or basketball and we are

having lots of fun even if we don't have

any games no games

no games now how can you have a school

carnival without games we're not having

a school carnival today

oh but we can if we just use our

imaginations

a carnival of numbers is coming today

it's so much fun it kind of makes me

want to say

one two three four five six seven eight

nine ten yes numbers can be fun no

matter where or when you can find

numbers everywhere if you look around

you can count the puffy clouds or the

sticks on the ground they're in so many

places and they're so much fun the

carnival of numbers is for everyone

count on your fingers you can count on

your toes you can have somebody measure

you to see how much you grow you can

count how many letters there are in your

name you could think of a number for a

guessing game

i want to try everything and you can but

you're all going to need tickets to play

the carnival games

here you each get 10 tickets

we'll have lots of fun today

but there are numbers on my watch and my

wife says it's time for us to go home

there are two more things i'd like to do

never ends here's what we did today

carnivals are always so much fun and at

our carnival today everything we did

helped us learn about numbers

we counted up from one to ten

one two three four five six seven eight

nine ten

and we counted down from ten to one just

as people do when they fly in real

rocket ships

of course you don't have to have a

carnival to have fun with numbers you

can just count things wherever you are

you can count crayons or windows or

friends or anything at all

and when i count my friends i'm going to

count you first because i love you
