A lot of great things
have happened in England

and a lot of sad things too.

Oh, and a lot of
world-changing events as well.

The Queen of England,
she lives in London.

Oh, dear, me hearties.

All my pirate shipmates are too
tired to listen to my history

of the world lesson.

I need to do something
to make it more exciting,

to jazz it up a bit.

I know-- we can sail to London.

Then they can see everything.

Why talk about it, when
you can see it firsthand,

Well, sometimes, you
have to go outside,

even if it's raining.

Well, if you need to go
outside when it's raining,

special clothes--

clothes that'll keep you dry.

you mean there, Greg.

Something like a special hat.

Yes, indeed.

I've got a hat.

Yes, but you know, it's best
if it's a special rain hat,

like this one, usually
made out of plastic.

Hey, look, I'm wearing a hat.

Now I can go out in the rain.

Well, Murray, that hat would
keep the sun off your face,

but your head would still get
wet if you wore it in the rain.

Oh, so I need a hat
like Greg's wearing?

That's right, Murray, yes.

You need a rain hat.

Well, what else do I
need to wear in the rain?

Well, how about
a coat, Murray?

A coat, yes, I've got a coat.

Yes, you need to wear a
special plastic raincoat,

just like this one.

Look, guys, I'm ready
to go out in the rain.

I'm wearing a coat.

That's a nice coat, Murray.

Murray, indeed, that is
a very good woolly coat.

It'll keep you warm
when it's cold,

but I'm afraid it's not going
to keep the rain off you.

Oh, I think I'm
getting the idea,

but what else do I need to wear?

What about something
to wear on your feet?

Yes, shoes, some
special shoes.

I've got special shoes.

When it rains, I wear my
special plastic rain boots.

very nice, but they're not

going to keep your feet dry.

special gumboots like mine.
