01x18 - Snuffy's Missing Friend

things were always hustling and bustling

at Tarrytown Airport but one thing was

for sure if you wanted to learn

something new the best place to go was

right here Brenda blues workshop no

problem Tracy all it takes is sunlight

warmth and lots of water hmm what's

wrong I don't know where my little spray

bottle is it's missing oh well when

something's missing there's only one

thing to do what's that I have to ask

myself all the right questions watch

this now Brenda where did you last use

your little spray bottle let's see I

used it right here this morning to water

my plant what happened after you watered

your plants

well nothing except at one point the

phone rang and when I went to answer the

phone

I put my spray bottle right behind my

toolbox which means you're really good

at finding missing things you just have

to ask yourself all the right questions

and then figure out what makes the most

sense the important thing is not to give

up I wish there was some missing thing

that I've been fine well it was funny

that Tracy would wish that because right

at that moment little Snuffy was flying

home and he was about to lose something

very important he was about to lose his

little best friend

you wait to take you back to the airport

you can be

this was very strange Snuffy wondered

where his new friend had gone

he looked everywhere but his new friend

was nowhere to be found the next morning

it's sunrise Snuffy was up bright and

early to see if his new friend was back

once again Snuffy looked all over but

this time what a surprise Snuffy's new

friend was his shadow but Snuffy didn't

really know what a shadow was he thought

it was another airplane

you have a friend just like you

who likes to do the same things I'd like

to do

guess I was ready for something like

this when you rope

I don't

[Music]

when Snuffy arrived in Tarrytown Airport

he landed as quickly as he could but

while he was racing to find Tracy

a cloud passed in front of the Sun and

it blocked the sun's where did you see

[Music]

was there anything else going on like

phone ringing huh

no there was no food but now that I

think decided just gone under cloud

[Music]

I have to think really hard about this

[Music]

there's nobody there

what are you talking about gosh the Sun

went behind a cloud again I wonder if my

friend left because he thought it was

gonna rain I'm not so good at this

whenever anybody wanted help they turned

to Brenda and that's just what Tracy did

now and then he disappeared again and I

can't figure out where Snuffy's missing

friendlies he's a lot harder to find

than the water in canvas maybe I can't

do this like you Hey come on Tracy

remember what I said before the

important thing is not to give up

right now what are you making this this

was a shadow puppet

what's a shadow puppet well it's a shape

that you cut out of black paper then

when you hold it up to a light you block

the light from hitting a wall the shape

you get is kind of shadow see you can

even make a shadow puppet all by

yourself and it does everything you do

because it is you hey maybe that

explains my mystery I think I know where

Snuffy's missing friend news

[Music]

Tracy couldn't wait to find stuffy and

tell him the good news

[Music]

I think I know why your friends been

missing

[Music]

but I don't see up here are you sure

you're right yes I asked myself all the

right questions all we have to do to see

him is wait Oh Tracy what are we waiting

for sure enough at that very moment the

Sun came out from behind another cloud

once again there was sunlight shining

all over your friend is called a shadow

we all have what we see them only when

it's played out

so you see Tracy did it she found

Snuffy's missing friend just like she

said she would as for Snuffy well he had

an answer to his big mystery his missing

friend was his shadow and he felt happy

knowing that no matter where he went his

new best friend would be with him

forever
