03x09 - Episode 9

Post by bunniefuu »

NARRATOR: Previously on Big Brother.

After suggesting she would use her Power of Veto,

Danielle chose to let the nominations stand.

I choose not to exercise my Power of Veto.

NARRATOR: Leaving Josh feeling vulnerable.

And while Tonya felt certain she was safe--

Just so you know.

Ask anybody, I mean, I haven't said a thing.

'Cuz I'm not one to screw with.

NARRATOR: --a pair of confrontations left

some reconsidering their votes.

Because she just got into it with me.

At least that's better than how you played it.

And how did I play it?

This b*tch got something to say it to me,

she can come say it to my face.

You ran out there, ran out there screaming at her,

treating her like [muted].

This is the first time I've considered changing my vote.

NARRATOR: With half of the house on an all peanut butter and

jelly diet, nerves were frayed.

I'm already weak.

I'll eat those lizards if I have to.

NARRATOR: Amy did her best to fuel the fire.

I have made dishes that smell of the whole house.

Amy, this looks beautiful.

[laughs] And I know that's horrible.

NARRATOR: The eviction vote came down to another close call.

JULIE [VOICEOVER]: By a close vote of five to three, Tonya,

you are evicted from the Big Brother house.

I love you guys.

I gotta go.

See you, Vic.

NARRATOR: And the unexpected result

shocked the house when Roddy became

the new Head of Household.

JULIE [VOICEOVER]: Roddy, you're the winner.

Congratulations.

NARRATOR: The mysterious New Jersey writer

left no one feeling safe.

Who will Roddy choose to nominate for eviction?

Find out tonight on Big Brother .

[theme music]

JULIE [VOICEOVER]: By a close vote of five to three, Tonya,

you are evicted from the Big Brother house.

It was really hard to see Tonya leave

because she was definitely the closest

person to me in this house.

I am still in the house.

And I was shocked 'cuz I kinda thought

the women may stick together.

I was tickled pink that she was evicted.

I didn't hug her bye or any of that.

I was glad to see her go.

- Bye, Tonya. - Bye Dave.

- Bye Tonya. - I love you.

Love you, too. I gotta go.

Bye baby thing.

Bye.

Tonya made a couple mistakes, and I think that that really

showed truly who she was.

[intense music]

Just gonna go throw-- are you gonna throw up, man?

Feel like it.

She was the person I spent the most time with.

I mean, I was just being me.

[sniffs] And, uh, so it's going to get lonely.

[crying] [sighs]

[intense music]

Lisa clearly voted to evict me.

I vote to evict Josh.

I've really known from the beginning not to trust her.

I don't know that my position is at all improved

now than it was last week.

[sighs]

Hey, Josh.

What, are you going somewhere?

Not anymore, for at least a week.

No, he can't officially move.

Right after the eviction, I walked back with him.

And he knew that I wanted him to stay.

I have been, you know, one of Josh's biggest supporters.

Thank you.

So I'm not saying anything.

You support more than your vote, or lack of.

It's the craziest week.

I know I voted for you.

You know I did.

I have to admit, your vote, honestly,

and I never wanted to tell you this, but

Yeah.

Well, thank you.

Means a lot. - You mean.

Did you hear? Yeah.

You really do.

Oh man, it's just--

it's a weird feeling, that whole thing.

Are you happy?

I am.

[sighs] I'm sad, too.

It's bittersweet, it really is.

It's totally bittersweet.

I've always respected yours decisions.

It's just hard for me to talk to, do you know what I mean?

I think I've been very honest with you, though.

He can say anything till his face turns blue about how upset

he was, and this and that.

And to be honest, I think he backstabbed me.

Will you talk to me now?

Yeah, of course.

I told you.

I'd prefer to know where I stand.

I would've preferred that Lisa told me.

Yeah, fair enough.

That's a good answer.

The guys have to understand that the women cannot be trusted.

All right, give me a hug.

[tense music]

I do feel somewhat let down that Josh

is still in the house.

But Josh and I have sort of made an uneasy peace.

I don't trust him as far as I can throw him,

but Josh wanted to stay.

And sometimes sheer will can move mountains.

I know you voted for Josh to stay.

I did.

I just want you to be straight with me because I just want

to know for my own curiosity.

I went back and forth and back and forth with Tonya.

As a mother, I don't respect Tonya.

Simple as that.

But we did it for me for Tonya is when she went out to Amy

and say, don't F with me.

Amy, if you got something to say to me, say it to my face.

I didn't say anything.

You talked behind my back.

I haven't talked behind your back.

I didn't say a word. - Just so you know.

Just so you know.

Ask anybody, I mean, I haven't said a thing.

'Cuz I'm not one to screw with.

Just remember.

Oh my god.

I'm upset that Tonya is gone because I

feel like she shouldn't been up there in the first place.

Right.

And so for that case, I'm really upset about it.

Because like Marcellas said, she was like a pawn.

Right.

But it was a very difficult choice.

Right.

I'll just say this, two down, eight more to go.

It's better than me.

It's all about the money.

Gs.

JULIE [VOICEOVER]: Roddy, you're the winner.

Congratulations.

[cheering]

JULIE: You are the new head of household.

This week is a freebie for me.

I couldn't-- I don't think I could've planned it better.

Roddy is a huge threat to me.

I mean, I really think anyone in this house,

besides myself, I think he can win this game.

He needs to go.

JULIE [VOICEOVER]: Go ahead and get your key from Marcellas.

Enjoy your privileges.

Enjoy your new room.

Come on.

Yay!

If there's dancing girls in here.

When I found out Roddy got it, I was ecstatic.

You know, what can I say?

He is my number one ally in this game.

Little blue cheese there for you?

I'm beat.

- What's up? - What's the CD?

- In here? - Yeah, it's right here.

- [IN UNISON] Beethoven. - [IN UNISON] Beethoven.

"Symphony No. ."

"Symphony ," D minor.

D minor.

Perfect.

I'm here this week.

I pretty much have a good feeling who I want out,

who I'm not afraid to offend, and who I

need to solidify support from.

And things are going my way right now.

And I'm really feel confident.

I have to say in the back, I look like a king right now.

I'm so glad you won.

When I looked over and saw that Roddy had won,

obviously I was overjoyed and completely thrilled.

I mean, if there's other--

besides myself, if there's anyone I want to win,

it's always him.

Chiara hates me.

And so I really hope that he's smart enough

to make his own decisions, and not

let other people influence him.

You just said Amy's your biggest threat.

No, I said it was your biggest threat.

[tense music]

I know you're not putting Gerry up.

You're not putting Gerry up, are you?

Why do you say that?

Because I know who you're putting up.

I don't know yet.

And you should keep this in mind.

The blood bath is gonna start.

[intense music]

Yep.

Part of my apprehension, part of my fear with Roddy

being head of household is, Chiara

and Tonya were very close.

And Chiara may decide to come after me

because I was the instrument that was Tonya's undoing.

He did?

Did he say anything about me?

We haven't-- no.

Roddy, he's-- yeah.

[scoffs] He makes me nervous.

I just know there's going to be some emotional pain down

the road.

It's a very difficult scenario because you feel that there's

a fine line between playing the game

and your personal feelings.

I wanna bother you for a minute.

Hop in here. - OK.

Close the door? - Yeah.

Gerry just closed the door with him and Roddy in there.

With Roddy?

It's like the prison b*tch.

It's like he goes from, you know, the strong guy

to the strong guy to the strong guy.

I'm not a campaigner.

I'm not gonna be Gerry and play prison b*tch

and beg for my life.

I'm bigger than that.

All right, couple things.

If I keep you off the list, if I keep you off, you owe me one?

I owe you one.

All right.

You keep me out of that [muted] thing when you get it.

You got it.

So you're safe.

- OK. - You made it.

Quid pro quo.

I don't wanna just have people think that I'm not gonna

put them up because I care about them and I'm friends with them.

I want them to reciprocate and say, we have a deal.

Of course, this is no one's business.

Oh, [scoffs] of course.

I mean, I hope he puts Gerry up.

He's gonna do what he wants to do.

Yeah.

But he wants to do it.

Lisa was like, I knew I was fine.

Yeah.

It's like the way I know I'm feeling this week.

Unless I've no idea about anything.

I tell you, I like Josh, but like, he's so paranoid.

Abrasive.

He just won't shut the [muted] up.

Yeah.

You know what I mean?

It's not necessarily the people who are good,

it's the people you don't trust, you know?

It's--

[knocking]

Come in.

Just push it.

It's open.

What's up?

What's up, man?

Didn't know if anybody could hear me or not.

Eric, I wanted to thank you again, too, for standing by me.

I know this was an easy week to let me go.

Don't worry about it, man.

I'm not worried.

It just, you know, builds my faith.

No, I hear you.

No, the three of us.

- Hey now. - Which part?

The three of us being the three.

Oh, yeah, yeah.

What I have up my sleeve is still--

it's gotta stay there because people, first off, are

starting to defect from deals.

They're starting to defect from alliances.

I'm gonna make the best deal possible.

I'm playing for the very last week of this game.

[theme music]

Are you guys ready?

OK, let's do abs.

[dance music]

Ab classes that Dani runs are awesome.

Four.

Yeah.

Five.

Yeah, get your beat on.

Danielle came and took charge, and became Ab Sergeant.

Ten times, go.

I actually become this different woman

because I get really serious, and I'm like, pushing them.

Ten, hold it.

They're like, oh my god, this woman is Satan.

I want five pulses.

Oh my god.

One, two, three, four, five.

That's it.

Ugh.

I do know that I have pretty decent abs

underneath this layer of fat.

.

Gerry is doing his own thing in the pool.

Three, up.

Ugh.

It's funny 'cuz he's like--

he's moving, and he's like, ugh.

He's like, doing his thing in the pool.

One stroke, two stroke, and he [laughs] he's so small.

Seeing Gerry do laps in the pool

has gotta be the most ridiculous thing of all time.

Whatever it is, it's working for him.

He's already lost weight, I can see it.

Good for him.

I wanna get back my figure, get myself into good shape.

Ugh.

[calm music]

[chanting music]

Roddy is a walking encyclopedia.

The change in tides affect the weather patterns.

The weather patterns affected the landmasses.

Or what was gonna grow on landmasses affected

what life could be sustainable.

But he goes on this thing about

instestential dingamabobbers, and that's just too deep.

When people start believing that parables

are exactly the way the universe exists, it's just--

that's hard for me.

Whether he's talking about sports,

or he's talking about religion, or he's talking about history,

you can't help but just sit there and listen to him.

It's no longer that the herd of buffalo is a commodity.

Now it's money.

He just got a hell of a lot more out of college than I did,

and I admire him for that.

Alaska's pretty big, huh?

Alaska is one fifth the size of the United States.

It's bigger than California, Utah, Texas combined.

Dude.

I hope a lot of guys out there learn from him that it's

cool to be book smart, and it's good to read an encyclopedia

and know something besides, you know,

how many beers are in a six pack.

You think, oh, this is a sophisticated guy.

But I think Roddy is hilarious.

[chewbacca noises]

[laughs]

[chewbacca noises]

He'll come out of left field.

Do you know what?

I don't think there's been a human being in this world

with more eye boogers than you.

His humor is so raunchy.

At times you're just like, dying.

My hammer just fell out.

You see it?

Is everyone calling it that?

It's kind of-- it's growing.

Not literally.

It should be.

I feel kind of like he's my older brother.

There are times that he likes to pick on me,

and I feel like there are times that he's looking out for me.

And so, that's kind of a neat relationship

to have inside of this house.

Like for instance the other night,

we tore into the storage room, and we ate ice cream

like it was our last meal ever.

This moment right now is arguably

the best moment of my life.

[laughs] Up there.

And to think we have a chance to do this for weeks and weeks.

[laughs] See how fun wholesome can be?

[laughter]

I now have this crazy crush on Roddy 'cuz he's such a peach.

They look surprisingly good for a guy.

I've never had a manicure.

You ever had a manicure?

Me and Roddy, me with $, in my pocket and Roddy

writing my life story, that would be the amazing romance.

That would be like Marcellas hitting the lotto.

Let's just do it.

Let's just go.

Let's just go.

No.

Kiki would scratch my eyes out.

In the house, I'm definitely closest to Roddy.

But Jason does hold a special place in my heart.

I have never met anyone in my life like Chiara.

Little virgin feet.

It's like, she's all over Jason.

And I just-- I don't know.

It gets on my nerves.

I've probably never had a--

I thought it was a splinter.

--had a girl play with my feet, so.

No?

She says things sometimes that I just--

I completely turn shades of red.

How far have you ever gone with a girl?

[scoffs]

But you know I've had sex, some come on.

Spill it.

I-- you know what--

So you've touched boobies.

That's fair enough.

You're putting words in my mouth, little girl.

But then five seconds later, she says

the most wonderful and amazing thing,

and makes me feel great about myself.

Is there more like you around?

[laughs]

Chiara's like that bad girl.

Let me ask you this question, Jason.

Does your bride have to be a virgin?

If the person that I marry, if she's a virgin, then that's

great, you know?

But I'm not gonna pass up some amazing girl

because of a mistake that she made over and over

and over again, Kiki.

[laughter]

There's no better person to have a crush on me than him.

He's the best thing in the world.

I absolutely love him to death.

[meowing]

That's great.

Danielle.

I think she's amazing.

And I have a friend in her forever.

[calm music]

So you think I'm cute?

You're all right.

You're not too bad yourself.

Oh.

Coming into the house, I really wasn't expecting any sort

of relationship with a girl.

But over the last couple of weeks,

I've just grown really close to Lisa.

[upbeat music]

We've traded a lot of stories about our lives,

and secrets, things that you just don't

share with everybody else.

I wanna kiss you [inaudible] I came in here very strong,

and very anti-male.

[laughs] And I think Eric started to change that.

[laughs]

It was just cute.

I don't know.

It was-- I wasn't expecting it.

I wasn't sure if he knew how to compliment a woman.

[romantic music]

I'm very attracted to Lisa.

She's gorgeous.

She's got an incredible body.

And she's a sweetheart, too, you know what I mean?

She's just a lovable type of girl.

Yeah, there's fireworks.

And there's a little flame there.

[laughs]

Don't tell my dad.

God, I hope my mother's not gonna hear this.

But, you know, I'm a guy and she's a girl.

And you know, Adam and Eve, and birds and the bees,

and all that stuff.

[romantic music]

[sighs]

[calm music]

Right now at home I have been dating.

And you know, there was someone at home that I am dating.

I'm totally in control with what I'm doing right now.

And I knew that there were gonna be issues when I came out here.

Eric and I had a conversation today

in the hammock about, I guess, a situation

that he has back home.

I said to myself, and I said to her, when I got home, we'd

deal with whatever we had to.

Right now, I mean, if this were to end tomorrow,

I'd love to continue to see you if you could come visit me.

I'm kind of afraid that all of a sudden you're

gonna feel guilty and--

Uh-uh.

--take it out on me.

If guilty was a wall, I just drove right through it

like, night two and never looked back.

[calm music]

It's all about, I want more peanut butter.

You know, the food situation at this point,

five days into it, it's really wearing on the house.

And the winner--

For both the people that have the food

and people that have no food.

[upbeat music]

I love it when you swallow peanut butter and it hurts.

Mmm.

I had a little variation this morning.

I had jelly on toast.

Mmm.

I'm surprised how awful people felt

when they couldn't see anything besides those sandwiches.

[laughs] I'm hungry.

I've never been a big fan of PB&J. We gotta eat.

We gotta do something.

I'm looking forward to the next food competition 'cuz I

don't care what it is or what I have to do,

I'm going to win it.

Everyone's gonna be extremely competitive, I think,

when it comes to these food things.

Because the thought of another week like this is pretty grim.

Earlier this week, we were given a batik game.

It was a two person game, and you

had these oddly shaped pieces.

And essentially, you were fitting them into a game board,

trying to get as many pieces in as possible.

Eric said, they don't give a stuff here by accident just

to keep us entertained.

This morning we had our food challenge.

When we walk outside, you see a huge

[laughs] batik with pieces representing

different groups of food.

Oh, my god.

Oh.

Come on.

Now, you all must work together and put aside

your culinary differences to win this week's food competition,

Gastronomic Batik.

That's right, same game we just had in house, only now

it's life size, and directly linked to our nutrition

for the week.

The good news is that everyone's competing this week.

When we heard that this was a team event,

it really helped the morale.

Each batik piece has different food

group or item written on it.

Each of you will have seconds to drop a piece.

It may not be forced.

Once a piece is not completely within the confines

of the board, that piece is considered lost,

and the game is over.

Note, there is one mystery piece.

It will be a treat for the entire house.

Is everybody ready? - Yes.

- Yeah! - Yes.

[applause]

All righty, Let's line up, and let's set

the play Gastronomic Batik so we can

satisfy our stomachs all week.

All right.

[whistle blows]

[cheering]

All I can see is this huge triangle.

I lift it up, it was sweets.

Sweets included alcohol.

Sweets?

Are you kidding me?

I thought that was a complete waste.

And it took up, like % of the board.

I'm going seafood.

I didn't pick the cheese block because I didn't

want everyone to be mad at me.

- Nice. - Nice.

Yes.

[applause]

- Oh, yeah. - Yeah.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[applause]

Just let go of it Yeah.

Aww.

That's all right.

There was no doubt in any of our minds

that we were gonna go after the mystery prize.

[whistling]

Guys, where do I wanna put this?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

A little--

It'll go in there anyway.

- I need beverage. - No!

No.

No.

[interposing voices]

Quick, quick, quick.

I chose meat.

I chose it 'cuz I like to eat meat.

- It's too big. - No, no, no.

Poke it the other way and try to jam it under the poultry.

Let it go. Good.

Good call. - I need cheese.

Cheese it!

I chose cheese because Amy lives and dies cheese.

You're not even a dairy boy.

We're gonna run out of time.

Amy and the cheese issue is just

so frigging annoying already.

[applause]

Sometimes I wanna dip her a big thing of Velveeta

and just ship her the hell outta here.

Condiments, condiments.

Let's go, condiments, condiments.

The last one we got in was condiments.

Not because anyone cares that much,

but because it was the only piece available that would fit.

Go with snacks.

See if you can fit that in.

As I climbed up there and I looked in,

there was no chance that it was gonna fit.

He kept trying to push it in, push it in, push it in.

It was like, come on, Christian virgin boy, stop cheating.

[laughs]

[whistle blows]

[applause]

All right.

Cheaters get nowhere, Jason.

OK, unfortunately snacks did not make the cut.

- Aww. - Great going, Jason.

We did get, for the entire week, we have condiments.

We have seafood.

We have my personal favorite, including c*ck,

we have sweets.

[applause]

We have right below me, meat for the week.

[cheering]

Whatever's thrown on the grill, for me, it's perfect.

We have Amy's favorite.

We have an assortment of fine cheeses.

[applause]

We have an entire week's supply of poultry.

I eat very little meat, but I guess the majority rules.

And the big surprise for the week for what we're going

to be able to eat is going to be revealed

in the big question mark, this week's mystery piece.

Finally we made some good choices,

and it's gonna be a good week.

Everyone can chow down this week.

All right, you guys.

This week's question mark is Subway!

[cheering]

Congratulations, HouseGuests, you

have won your favorite Subway sandwich all week for lunch.

[applause]

Yes!

All week.

[cheering]

I love Subway.

I worked at a Subway in college.

I'm all about the Subway.

That turned out great.

We left the bread out of the game, and we missed vegetables.

So we'll get a little bit of lettuce and tomato

and pickles and onions on our sandwich.

We'll have some breads, and we'll have some sandwich meat.

The Subway reward really saved us today.

[laughs]

Holy mackerel.

It was nice to go in there and see that sandwich up

on the counter.

Steak and Cheese.

Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is the b*mb.

It was very filling, and we enjoyed it.

And I was surprised, but at the same time I wasn't because,

you know, Big Brother takes care of us.

You were so freaking cute this morning.

What?

When you were talking.

I told you.

Do you remember your dreams, or no?

Not at all.

[snoring] I talk in my sleep.

I sometimes walk in my sleep almost every night.

Oh.

Oh, really?

Whether I'm talking about a dream that I'm actually having.

Or I'm just having some kind of weird, casual conversation.

Eric's sleep talking is quite entertaining.

He talks in complete sentences.

of

It's cute.

It's kind of like a little highlight of the night.

A little, you know, comedy while you're sleeping.

When people say they talk in they sleep,

you think they all like this.

[mumbles] No, homeboy has a full conversation.

[laughs] Yeah.

Line?

I think it's quite enjoyable having

Eric talking in his sleep.

Because he doesn't mind getting

a pillow to the noggin to shut him up

when it gets to be too much.

It's really hilarious some of the things he's saying.

[laughs]

Before long, people are going to get brave,

and they're going to start talking to him in that state,

trying to get a little information out of him.

What profiteth-- what profit a man to gain

the world and lose his soul?

What is it, to gain the world or lose his soul?

Right.

Is it the world?

Gerry definitely does do a lot of quoting

of Shakespearean plays.

There's special providence in the fall of a sparrow.

I don't think he's making it up.

He said, and I mean, I'm trying

to quote it as best I can.

I just don't think a lot of people

understand where he's coming from.

If it be now, it will come.

If it be not now, it will not--

if it be not now--

I think Gerry's book of quotes comes from his days

as an actor on the old stage.

And they say there are no small parts, only small actors.

He could take a Shakespearean speech and turn it into crap.

It will not-- it will not come, yet it will come.

I don't see it as Gerry just quoting Shakespeare.

- Aristotle-- - And that what?

Aristotle wrote--

I think Gerry quotes whatever comes out of his mouth.

And if you think about it really carefully.

No, I get it. It bothered her.

But just the whole--

All humor is based on cruelty.

The basis of all humor is cruelty.

There is an element of cruelty in all humor

because one of the things that makes us laugh is,

thank god it's not me.

Gerry will quote something, and it's like, in left field.

Where did it come from?

Go back to what I said.

No permanent friends, no permanent enemies.

Don't terminate an asset until it's a liability.

Yeah, I know.

We were having our little girl talk,

and just sticks his head in.

If a man is alone in the forest and he says something,

is he still wrong?

Huh?

What?

[laughs] What the hell?

Where do you grab that from?

What?

Some of them are irrelevant.

But anytime someone knows anything about culture,

it seems to be a breath of fresh air.

Well, I don't know.

I just-- it's just form.

I'm just kinda free-ish associating right now.

[intense music]

Why do you have people in the group who are anti-the group?

This is week two that two people out of our six

voted to get one of us out.

Why would we let them do that?

Who?

Lisa and Kiki.

You know as well as I do, we were never in on them,

including Tonya, OK?

It was done behind our backs.

It was done without us knowing about it.

It wasn't a group decision at all.

Clearly that's why they made promises to Tonya.

What keeps them from bringing Danielle in, making

the same promise, and starting this whole problem

all over again?

I mean, obviously the girls are in it for themselves.

These guys have to realize that you don't reward dissenters.

You punish them.

I don't understand, since we're gonna have to get rid of them

anyway, why we wouldn't just put the hammer

down, put Lisa on the block, get four votes easy for her.

Get Lisa out, which will ensure that Kiki

will now stay within the group.

She will not dissent in any form.

We don't have to worry about them starting

a three-headed monster.

We have to get rid of them anyway.

It'll keep everyone else in line.

That's interesting.

If we vote and nominate Lisa and Marcellas like I have

suggested, I can pretty much guarantee Lisa's a*s is

grass, kicked out of the house.

It's not a bad idea, what you're saying,

you know what I mean? Let me think about.

Really think about it.

We'll see how willing he is to play this game.

Whatever Roddy does, it will be well thought out.

It's really about like, who is in your way,

or who you think is the biggest threat, you know?

Right now, I'm seen as a block.

Well, it's the couples.

Yeah. the couples have to--

Yeah.

--break apart.

And I--

See, I'm even--

--do think sooner than later.

Which means if I was gonna be devious,

I guess the first couple I would go for is

the one the hammock right now.

Josh, he said that he had approached Roddy with a plan.

I don't know what it is, but he said

that it would guarantee me to be safe for probably

about two weeks.

I just-- I mean, I don't know if he's gonna do what I

suggested, but it's brilliant.

Well, if it's brilliant, then hopefully, you know?

It's brilliant.

I think Roddy had one thing in mind,

but [sighs] my suggestion is so good.

I think if Roddy put me up, it's gonna

make it look like he kind of fell prey to outside influences

like Chiara.

We'll see what happens.

Nominations are tonight.

It'll be so brilliant.

God, me, too.

I can get Amy to do whatever I want.

She will vote the way I tell the vote.

If she gets Head of Household, she will nominate

who I tell her to nominate.

That's fact.

[suspenseful music]

Do you really think there's a chance you're gonna get put up?

I'm not worried about me on a week to week basis.

Mm-hm.

If you look long term, no matter how you look at it,

two people in our group have defected by week two, OK?

That is a fact.

Josh is rubbing people wrong like crazy,

and he comes to me with a new suggestion of who I

should put up every minutes.

And it's getting to be a little annoying.

He's gotta realize that if someone else

wasn't as patient about this, that they

would put him up in a second.

I realize that the girls are playing that.

I'm well aware of it.

But if I had to weigh two things, sticking around

for sure or maybe getting a little bit

of trouble in the meantime, I'd rather have that happen.

I just hope that Roddy can see through.

And stop thinking with their [muted]

and start thinking with their heads.

If you want, if you think that's gonna help,

if you think it's gonna help to get Lisa out of here,

well then we'll [muted] we'll find a way to do it,

you know what I mean?

Like, but you can't-- - Fair enough.

OK. - You know what I mean?

Well, like I told you before, I'm gonna--

I can't help but have an opinion.

We have to get rid of them anyway.

What the hell are we waiting for?

Let's just get this ball rolling and guarantee our safety.

[suspenseful music]

I take Roddy on his word that me, him,

and Eric are in this together.

But I'm gonna be extra nervous.

He did say that he is gonna be probably

planning an interesting twist.

Well I wanna stay.

I've got some more work to do here, I think.

In this house, you're never safe and secure.

Coming to the decision on who to nominate has been--

it's heart wrenching.

I mean, the permanence of this is real.

We'll never be able to lie back in this house.

And I know I'm responsible for that.

And one of my duties as the Head of Household

is to nominate two people for the eviction.

The first thing I must do is gather

the keys of all the remaining HouseGuests

from the memory wall.

[suspenseful music]

If one of the people I've evicted

does come back to haunt me, I have to live with that.

I insert the keys of the HouseGuests

that are safe into the nomination box.

Hey, rappers?

Can everyone gather around the kitchen table, please?

[tense music]

OK, everybody.

We're about to start the nomination ritual.

I put a lot of thought into this,

and I'm keeping to my word on things.

And let's just realize that everyone does things

because you have to do it, not because I

want to do it to anybody.

So with that said, I will start, and reveal who is

the first name, the first key.

Number one, Josh, you are safe.

Thank you.

Appreciate it.

Chiara.

[laughs]

You--

[laughs]

--are safe.

[laughs] That's really nice.

Gerry, you are safe.

[sighs] Danielle, you are safe.

Jason, you are safe.

Eric, you are safe.

Lisa, you are safe.

I have nominated Amy and Marcellas.

To tell you why, I'd like to say to Amy,

it's very important to care about other people,

and to stick up for them when they're not around,

and to care about them when they're

directly in front of you.

And to put yourself sometimes ahead of other people

is something that it's gonna be difficult to entrust you

with all my feelings, and all the things I need in this game,

and everyone here needs.

So as I said, the small things show a lot.

But then you slip right back into I'm

a little bit more important than other people here.

A small deviation from being great this house shines.

And, you know, that's why I nominated you.

Marcellas, I've put you up simply because I know

that you're a vote for Amy.

It's nothing personal.

I think you're a magnificent person,

and I look forward to keeping in touch with you for years.

I'm doing it purely out of strategy reason

because I know that you'll support her,

and you two are close.

And I'm just doing it because I know that I

think it's Amy's time to go.

And by you being on the block makes sure

that that's going to happen.

All right?

I think that's it.

I'm a little upset.

The whole deal about, it's all about Amy,

we hate Amy, let's kick Amy out.

How has this game gone?

Everybody puts up the decoy, and the decoys ends up leaving.

i.e., I'm, quote unquote, the decoy this time, and I'm out.

These people are horrible.

These people are awful.

Marcellas could turn on me.

I am scared of the possibility of Marcellas

getting Amy off with the Power of Veto.

I feel a little bit nauseous.

It sucks that I'm gonna be losing Amy.

I can control her.

Deals are being cut right now.

I mean, this is a freaking soap opera.

I haven't come rather close to Amy.

With this veto twist, anything can happen.

I will k*ll to win Power of Veto.

Hee, hee, hee.

Ha, ha, ha.

Kiss my a*s.

NARRATOR: Who will win the Power of Veto?

And will it be used to save either Amy

or Marcellas from eviction?

If so, who will Roddy nominate instead?
