NARRATOR: And she made Danielle a promise.

At the Nomination Ceremony, Erika kept her word.

Danielle, you are safe.

Janelle, I have nominated you and George for eviction.

NARRATOR: But with the Veto competition looming,

Will devised a plan to take down Danielle.

[beeping]

NARRATOR: And when Janelle proved to be unbeatable--

NARRATOR: When Erika told Danielle

what she was thinking--

I'm Julie Chen.

Welcome to "Big Brother--

All-Stars."

And the houseguests don't know it yet,

but they are in for one tumultuous night.

In the next hour, we will play a full week's game.

That's right.

Tonight, a houseguest will be evicted,

a new HOH will be decided, and that HOH

will have to immediately make their nominations.

Then the Power of Veto will be played, and one more houseguest

will be evicted.

And all this will unfold live.

But first, as they set their sights on sending Danielle

out the door, Will and Mike Boogie

have already been making plans for the future,

likening themselves to John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

Chilltown is on the hunt for their Yoko Ono.

Danielle, I'm sorry.

At this point, I'm gonna have to replace you as the nominee.

And as much as I hated to do it, it needed to be done.

I think, this time, playing the game,

it was because I knew these people, big fans of them.

And I took everything so personal this time.

It's tough.

It's, like-- it's hard because you're

known for being a great player, and you

just know that they're gonna have to kick

you out sooner or later.

And it's kinda hard.

--after being demonized from season .

[LAUGHING] Yeah.

Even though you didn't make it to the end,

I think I did.

But I played the game as best as I could.

And I tried to be respectful to most

It's been a busy night for the houseguests.

Now the nominees have a chance to save themselves.

Let's return to the backyard and get the live Veto

competition started.

Final five.

Houseguests, it's time for the Power of Veto competition.

Whoever wins the Veto can remove a nominee

from the chopping block.

This competition is called I'm Knots About Veto.

And I'm sure you can figure out why.

Each of you is attached to a rope with two giant knots.

At the end of the rope is a Veto symbol.

The first person to free their Veto symbol,

take it off their rope, and hit their buzzer with Veto in hand

will win the Power of Veto.

[clears throat]

JULIE: One more thing.

Once you have your Veto symbol, you may not unclip yourself

from the rope until you and the Veto symbol

are in or past the red zone.

Yeah.

Will, taking his time, going through the first loop and

the second loop, stepping out.

Erika looks like she's catching up.

[exhales]

JULIE: Janelle decides to go feet first,

undoing knot number , while George is on the ground there,

attacking knot number .

Janelle continues to work herself out of her first knot.

George is going back to the first knot

now, giving up on the second knot.

[YELLING] This ain't the Boy Scouts!

We need James.

JULIE: And Erika gets her first knot undone, as does Will.

They are neck and neck.

Janelle, looking strong, moving on to her second knot.

I tangled myself more.

JULIE: Mike is getting himself confused--

From Concord, New Hampshire.

I should've stayed in that spot!

JULIE: --thinking he's tying himself up into more knots--

God.

JULIE: --as Erika and Will are neck and neck for the lead,

working on knot number .

Will has a very calm approach, stepping through the rope.

Chicken George is nowhere near close.

Janelle is working on her second knot.

Can she catch up to Erika and Will?

It is clearly a race between Erika and Will.

JULIE: Will is on his last knot, working slowly but surely.

Got it.

JULIE: Erika has her Veto, working into past the red zone

to unclip herself, as Will is right behind, seconds away.

Both struggling to get their Veto symbol off.

[bell ringing]

JULIE: You need to unhook the Veto.

Yeah!

JULIE: Congratulations, Erika.

Woo!

Did you ever in your wildest dreams

imagine you'd make it this far in the game?

No, Julie.

I was totally blessed that I made it to the final five.

And, Julie, I'm so happy just about that at this point,

that I made it this far.

Like I say-- I always said in this game here,

I was like the--

the donkey in the Kentucky Derby.

And he almost-- he made it to fifth place.

So I'd consider I'd done very good, Julie.

Well, watching you play this summer, at times,

you seemed confused.

Uh-huh.

Others thought it was brilliant strategy.

[laughing]

JULIE: Set the record straight for us.

Which one was it?

I had no strategy, Julie.

[laughing]

I had nothing.

I was just going by--

the food really messed me up, I gotta tell you that.

JULIE: Being on Slop for most of the summer?

Yeah, that really tore me up.

Just not eating, and everything else

like that there, that was really hard on me.

But at this point in the game, I'm cool that I

made it to number five.

It's OK.

I'm good with it.

JULIE: Watching you play, you know, you're a -year-old man.

You're a father of three.

[laughing]

But sometimes, you dress like a -year-old on Halloween.

[laughing]

JULIE: What do you have to say to the people who

think sometimes you're acting like a buffoon?

[laughing]

Julie, it was like this-- is I figured I got this chance

to go back and do some wild and crazy things,

and do something that was totally unique, and be myself,

you know, and have a good time.

And that's the way I really tried to play this game.

And that's what I did.

JULIE: Well, we know that Slop, as you say,

really messed you up.

And we made a promise to you.

So we actually have a surprise.

[laughing]

JULIE: Which-- we actually have someone who wants

to say hello to you and has--

and comes bearing gifts.

So why don't you go and greet your friend there?
