Careful, Agent Johnson. Careful.

Shut up, Paul. I know what I'm doing.

Hurry up. He's about to open it.

I got it, I got it.

I shook it without him even noticing.

[Paul] Here it comes.

Fire in the hole.

[Hill] Agent Johnson. A word.

Uh, Director Hill?

-Walk with me. -Of course.

-[can opens and explodes] -[Dugan screams]

[Dugan] Agent, get me my mustache rag!

-What is so funny? -Uh, nothing.

Good. Now pay attention.

That mission we've been talking about, it's a go.

-The Taskmaster infiltration? -That's right.

We've set up your villain alter ego, codenamed "Crumble".

You pretend to be that villain going to Taskmaster

to get some training.

Once inside, do reconnaissance and report back to us.

Just reconnaissance?

Can't I go in there and, you know, Quake things up?

-Bing, bang, boom? -Agent Johnson,

we don't know what kind of weaponry he has,

who his other clients are,

what other bad guys he could lead us to.

Just going in bing, bang, boom,

would be a horrible mistake.

You are a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent now.

You need to utilize your mind, not just your powers.

All right, all right. I get it, but come on.

Taskmaster?

He sounds like a reminder app on your phone.

How tough can he really be?

[grunts]

Ow.

[Taskmaster] And you're dead.

I'd say you failed that test.

If you'd let me use my powers, maybe I'd have a better chance.

You can't rely on your powers.

I've heard that before.

Heroes are c*ck and stupid.

They will think you're a one-trick pony.

It's important for you to develop different skills

to trip them up.

Having said all that,

you weren't a total failure today.

Thanks.

I have seen some improvement since you've been here.

So much so that I think you're ready

for an educational field trip.

Really? A field trip? Wow.

Do I need to get my parents' permission first?

Just be ready in the morning.

Oh, I will be.

-[grunts] -[glass shatters]

Wow. Nice place.

What's this thing we're looking for again?

We went over this on the ride up.

It's a prototype electromagnetic neuron disrupt--

A doohickey. Got it.

Who keeps a piece of tech like that in their house, though?

Its inventor, Tony Stark.

I'm sorry, Tony Stark what now?

Tony Stark? Iron Man?

Have you ever heard of him?

Of course. Have you?

Aren't you worried he's going to show up?

Oh, I'm expecting him to, in about 30 seconds.

This is what we've been training for.

I seem to remember you saying I failed my last test.

I'm cloaked, so he'll come for you first.

It'll give me enough time to find the neuron disruptor.

Wait. No.

That's a terrible plan.

I can't fight Iron Man.

For a couple of reasons, actually.

So I just wait here, then?

No, this is crazy. I got to get out of here.

That's funny. I was thinking the same thing.

Mr. Stark. Iron Man, sir.

Wait, no, no, no, I'm not a bad guy.

I know the cool, villainy outfit

could make you think otherwise,

but I'm actually a good guy.

I'm a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.

I've heard that one a million times.

Now, get out of my house.

Now, get out of my house.

[Quake] Whoa!

Ow.

Really? Straight into the Farbman armoire?

This is why I can't have nice things.

As for you, young lady,

you're lucky I just used a stun blast.

Now, would you mind telling me why it is

you're breaking and entering

into my not-so-very-humble abode?

S.H.I.E.L.D. I'm...

All right, don't strain yourself.

Let's just get you into custody

and you can tell the nice jury all about it.

Crumble, I found the neuron disruptor.

If we leave now, we can get out before--

Oh.

Yeah.

I need to figure out how to stop this.

I can't just bring the house down.

I'm not a superhero. I'm a spy. That's how I do it.

[objects crashing]

Crumble, where have you been?

I've nearly defeated Iron Man.

Oh, please. If anyone's nearly defeated, it's you.

[grunts]

Enough. Time to finish you once and for all, Stark.

Taskmaster, get clear. I've got him.

Ah.

Ah!

[Taskmaster] Nice work, kid.

Now, let's go finish him off.

Gladly.

[groaning softly]

[Taskmaster] Stark. Pitiful.

I just started teaching this student,

and she puts you on your back.

So I'm giving her the pleasure of ending you.

Time for graduation.

[groans and gasps]

What?

[grunts]

Iron Man, shock him.

[electricity crackles]

What?

No!

[Iron Man] We got to get him out of there.

Could you do me a favor and get the pool skimmer?

It's just behind the grill, there.

-Soda? -Oh. Sure, thanks.

[Iron Man] Nice move back there with the pool.

-Quick thinking. -Thanks.

And thanks for the assist.

Oh, hey, did you get that neural...um...

that prototype doohickey thing back?

[laughs] Yeah.

Joke's on Taskmaster, though. The thing doesn't even work.

I've been using it the past three months

to prop up my pool table.

Ha! Really? Wow.

Oh, uh, sorry about your house, by the way.

Ah, don't worry about it.

I was looking to remodel it with a more open floor plan.

Nice meeting you.

You're going to make one fantastic S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.

Try not to become a humorless bore like the rest of them.

I don't think you need to worry about that.

-[can explodes] -[Iron Man] Oh, come on!

Soda everywhere.

[giggles]

My armor's going to be sticky for weeks.
