to Central City Museum this afternoon.

Dispatch the Men of Frost

to the Central City Museum at once!

- Yes, sire.

- By this evening,

the Starblue crystal will be in my hands!

It gives me great pleasure

to present this rare Starblue crystal

from my own private collection to the Central City Museum.

[all gasp]

- It's so very beautiful!

- Boy, I bet it's worth millions!

- Starblue crystals come from deep space.

Perhaps I can illustrate with a modest illusion.

Starblue crystals are almost as old as the universe itself.

One cluster was captured by our planet's gravity

but the heat of entering the Earth's atmosphere

separated the cluster into three parts.

And the Central City Museum

now has the first one to be found.

that melts away the Frost.

Then I will cover everyone on Earth with a veneer of Frost

and the earthlings will be mine to command!

- The Starblue crystal.

Ice robots!

- Launch the Frost satellite, Octon.
