put their risky plan to keep their alliance

so that we can continue to cover the Renegade alliance.

it hook, line, and sinker.

- If they get rid of me and you stay--

- All these plans that we've come up with and conjured up

have all kind of fallen right into place.

It's kind of perfect.

It makes you feel confident.

ANNOUNCER: Dan won a trip outside the house

and secretly met with a juror.

- The only thing they know is that I'm

going on a private beach by helicopter.

And they think I'm by myself.

ANNOUNCER: And he used the opportunity

to try to win Michelle's vote.

- With me and Memphis, could you sway anyone?

- I think so, yeah.

ANNOUNCER: At the veto competition,

the Renegades continue to dominate.

- Woo!

Yeah!

- Memphis, congratulations.

You won stairway to veto.

ANNOUNCER: --leaving the sole power

to evict in Memphis's hands.

- Got to take a lot of things into account.

We've got to look at endurance, and will.

Who would you rather go to against?

- Jerry.

ANNOUNCER: Keesha sensed that something was wrong.

- Are you guys evicting me and somebody's not telling me?

ANNOUNCER: And her worst fears were realized.

- How long did you know that you were going

to [muted] send me out of here?

You knew, didn't you?

Oh, my god.

I am so stupid.

I [muted] stuck up for both of you.

ANNOUNCER: While Dan used the betrayal to his advantage--

- I don't want you to go.

You know you're getting my vote.

ANNOUNCER: Memphis sent his long time ally packing.

- I vote to evict Keesha.

ANNOUNCER: And the houseguests began

the three part battle to become the final head of household.

- Whoa.

ANNOUNCER: Who will become the most powerful head

of household of the summer?

And who will they take with them to the final two?

It all happens tonight, live on "Big Brother ."

JULIE: Good evening.

I'm Julie Chen.

Welcome to "Big Brother ."

It's day inside the house.

And we're down to the final three--

Dan, the Catholic high school teacher from Michigan,

Memphis, the mixologist from California,

and Jerry a -year-old great grandfather from Texas.

For weeks, the Renegades, Dan and Memphis,

have schemed to make it to the final two,

while keeping their alliance a secret.

Will tonight be the night they see their plan become

a reality, or will Jerry come through with another upset

and break up this dynamic duo?

By the end of this hour, the final and most powerful

HOH will be crowned.

That person will then evict one of their housemates

live, deciding whom he will take to the final two.

But first, when we last left Dan, Memphis, and Jerry,

they were flying high, battling it

out in part one of the final three part HOH competition.

[music playing]

- The final HOH competition is for all the marbles.

I want to win part one of the HOH competition

because I have to compete in the third and final part

of the HOH competition.

Our whole plan depends on it.

- I want to win this very bad, because it will then give back

to Memphis some confidence that he

made a good choice in keeping me in the house

and evicting Keesha.

- Whoa.

[laughs]

- Standing on the wings, you know, it was easy at first.

I thought this was going to be a pretty basic competition.

But they were pulling up and down on the front

and the back of the plane.

It started to rock back and forth.

Once he got to that part, it was like, hang on.

Because you don't know where you're going to end up.

- Whoa.

- Got to give it to you.

That was a good game move.

I just didn't think you'd do it.

JULIE: Memphis, please stand.

Face the nominees and cast your vote to evict.

- I vote to evict Keesha.

- [SIGHING] Jerry, [inaudible].

- This it's the first time when someone actually did what

they promised to do for me.

And that was Memphis sending Keesha home.

- It's kind of difficult to evict Keesha.

You know, it wasn't anything personal.

She's definitely a smarter and faster competitor than Jerry.

He is .

He doesn't see so well.

And he doesn't hear so well.

We felt we had a better chance of beating

Jerry than beating Keesha in the final HOH competition.

- Thank you.

- I wouldn't be here without you.

Oh, you've got two things.

[giggle]

There's a message for you on the bottom of this.

Look at it when you get out. And--

- Oh!

- Finish it.

- Ha!

- Bye, Keesha.

- Bye, guys!

- Thanks for everything.

By telling Keisha that I took Michelle on the trip with me,

I've now been completely honest with Keesha.

And secondly, I told her finish it, which means, "Keesha,

I need Michelle's vote.

And it's up to you to make sure I get it."

[sigh]

Throwing that last veto competition

might have been the best move I made in this game.

Keesha was furious that Memphis stabbed her in the back.

I'm just glad it wasn't me that had

to do the stabbing this time.

- Congrats to everybody.

- Yep.

- I really can't believe you did that, though, man.

You're out of your mind if you think I'm taking you--

out of your mind.

- You know, Dan spitting off at the mouth was pretty funny.

It was all staged.

The plan is to make Jerry believe

that Dan's pissed off at me, that he will

never take me the final two.

So Jerry is probably sitting on cloud nine, right now.

- Memphis and Dan now feel betrayed by each other.

And it's really leading to quite a rift.

I'm hoping that they stay in that mode,

and that if one of them wins the HOH, that they'll

take me to the final two.

[music playing]

- You ever been on one of those boards, Dan?

They're called balance boards.

It's got a rolling thing underneath it.

It's like, skateboarders use it just

have fun in their living rooms? - Yeah.

I used to stay on them for hours

until your friend stabs you in the back.

- I used to have one of those in each

of my fraternity brothers' houses,

I used to just hang out on all day.

- You stab them in the back, too?

- The more they shun each other, the better off

it's going to be for me.

- Ah!

- You all right, Jerry?

- Yeah, I'm all right.

- When Jerry fell, I was, you know--

first of all, I was surprised that he fell so quick.

But I was glad.

That takes care of that heat with him not winning.

So I felt good.

I felt like we were one step closer to our goal.

[music playing]

- Once Jerry fell, Memphis and I knew

exactly what needed to be done.

The plan was for Memphis to fall sometime soon after.

You know what I tell the football players back at St.

Mary's?

If it ain't rough, it ain't right.

So guess what, Memphis?

It's going to be a long night.

- At that point, I was like, all right Dan.

You're over playing the card.

It's just going to make it too obvious.

- Yeah!

Yeah!

- The longer the competition went on, the more drastic

our flight paths were.

I'm up there hanging on for dear life.

And so was Memphis.

That wasn't part of the original plan.

I'm starting to struggle a little bit.

And I'm thinking, Memphis, what are you thinking?

This was not part of the plan.

Jump off, Memphis!

What are you doing?

[grunt]

- I was definitely hanging in there just

to give the illusion that I wasn't trying

to throw the competition.

I didn't want to take a chance of Jerry

finding out that I threw it.

That would ruin pretty much everything.

- When Memphis fell, I thought, oh my, here we go.

And now he and I are going to have to compete to see who

goes against Dan in the final.

- As long as we can continue to convince Jerry that Memphis

and I are not together, Jerry may just throw the second heat

of the HOH to Memphis.

One more to go.

Not bad for a school teacher, huh?

- What's that?

- I want to thank you for today.

- No problem, Jerry.

Sometimes you got to do what you got to do, you know?

- Well, I feel bad that I fell off that so quick.

- There's nothing we can do about it now.

- I felt that it was me against the world for almost day one.

And you know, I'm really enjoying Memphis right now.

There's a nice side to him I really,

the whole time I was here in the house, did not get to enjoy.

- [SIGHING] One step closer, man.

- Can you taste it, yet?

Then we're going to have to flip to see who sends him out.

- I know.

- We won't let that happen.

- Memphis has got to win heat two.

If he loses to Jerry, all my hard work

is going right down the toilet.

Dan soared to victory in the first part

of the HOH competition, automatically

advancing to round three.

Now, Jerry and Memphis must duke it out in round two.

And the pressure is on Memphis to keep

the Renegade alliance alive.

- Wow.

When Dan walked out with a pair of boxing gloves,

I was hoping that it wasn't going

to be I had to actually box Memphis,

because I didn't want to die at this age.

- Here's your gear.

Big Brother will put you guys the separate rooms

and call you in the yard one at a time.

- Welcome to part two of the three part HOH competition.

This is a round fight to the finish.

In the ring with you are all original houseguests.

In each round, you must leave standing the head of household

and the final nominees at each eviction.

You will start at the first eviction

and finish at the th eviction.

The fighter to get through rounds in the fastest time

will move on to part three to face Dan.

- There's a lot of pressure on this competition.

You know, I feel to seal the Renegades

going to the final two, I need to pull this off and win.

[ding]

It's definitely my strategy to go as quick as possible.

[buzzer]

Obviously, Brian went on the block.

And it was just, you know, brain fart.

For the first week, Jerry was the HOH.

And the final nominees were Brian and Renny.

- I hope to win this competition so

that I could compete against Dan in the final phase and get HOH.

There's no more important challenge than this one.

It was easy for me to do number one eviction because I was

head of household that week.

[ding]

- [WHISPERS] Jessie.

Now the second round, I put Steven.

But I totally forgot that Dan was on the block that week.

I knew all the HOHs.

So the nominees were definitely the issue.

It wasn't the HOH.

Come on, Jerry.

Week three, I just got totally confused

who was head of household.

[buzzer]

I was a little disappointed in myself.

There was a couple that, you know,

obviously I could've known right off the bat.

Fourth, Keesha was fourth.

Jessie was there.

So it's not you.

I'm totally lost.

And I was totally ashamed and embarrassed at how badly I did.

- First thing that came into my mind that was the Renegades

will be successful.

I'm glad it's me and Dan competing against each other.

Memphis has yet to win an HOH.

And I want to keep it that way.

If I can win the final HOH, that's my third HOH.

I think that's going to be a huge selling

point, should I get a chance to speak to the jury.

- And then, you know, the Renegades in the final two--

and we're just going to let each other win.

I want to win because I haven't won an HOH this whole game.

- Let's go into the living room and talk with the final three.

Hello, houseguests. - Hi, Julie.

- Hey.

- Dan and Memphis, congratulations

on winning rounds one and two of the final HOH competition.

- Thank you.

- Jerry, minutes and seconds?

What happened?

- Actually, when I fell into the pool,

my brain got water logged.

[laughter]

--and I lost it.

Julie, I got confused.

JULIE: Aw.

- And I never recovered.

JULIE: Well, Jerry, how does it feel right now,

knowing that your fate is in the hands of either Memphis or Dan?

- Well, it's a feeling that you have maybe and maybe not.

And I'll have to see how they choose and vote

and where they want to go with it.

So it's their choice.

- Memphis, I want to turn to you.

At the last eviction, you held all the power.

And you had to choose between your friends Jerry and Keesha.

How hard was that?

- Julie, that was a hard, hard decision I had to make--

probably the hardest one in this game.

Keesha, you know, she has a huge heart.

She's a great friend.

But like I said to her, this game is business.

And, you know, she didn't fit in the plan.

JULIE: Dan?

We're less than a week away from crowning the winner

of "Big Brother ."

How has the mood changed in the house,

knowing that you're all just a step away

from the half million dollars? - Yeah.

You know, Julie, there's been a lot of fun in this house.

But this past week, you know, we're so close to the money.

You know, you're one step away.

One step too quick, you're going to fall.

One step too slow, you're going to miss it.

So the mood's definitely changed.

And you can almost smell the half million

dollars in the air.

- Well, I'm sure that the person walking in

is going to find it interesting that I

got taken on a luxury competition

that they didn't know about.

- So that should be mighty interesting.

- The one person I don't want to see at this point in time

is Jerry.

- Yes.

- Yeah.

- He's stuck in there that long.

He might as well get the chance.

- You think we'll be seeing Keesha?

- Oh, yes. We will.

- Well, I'm hoping to see Keesha.

- Keesha has done a lot of backstabbing to me.

So I really don't respect her game.

So it was good to see her come in

and not win the half million dollars.

I actually don't care to say anything to Memphis.

We've had some good times.

You know, it is times like this where, you know,

you can sit and look at somebody in the face

and find out whether they're a true Renegade, or rather

than not.

But you have a big decision to make.

and who will be sitting next to you

You know, this is tough.

We've come so far.

Julie was smirking when I said it.

I was like, ah.

- Dude, the thing that got me is when she goes you know

you and Jerry were friends, and goes,

you know, you had to choose between your friends

Jerry and Keesha.

- Oh.

- Dude, it's over.

[sigh]

- Yeah, I don't know why she said that.

See, that's why--

- That's why I'm like--

- That's why-- you know what they haven't shown--

- Jerry, after Keesha was evicted,

Dan had some harsh words for Memphis.

Yet, he evicted you, tonight.

Why do you think that is?

- Well, I think that they had a great ride together--

spent a lot of time in the pool.

And I'm not sure it wasn't even a plan to go ahead and do this.

JULIE: Why do you say that?

- Well, because they did it.

[laughter]

Make sense to me.

I think that they agreed that they would

stick together through this.

- Do you think Dan made a mistake

by picking Memphis to sit in the final two with him?

- I think Dan made a big mistake.

Because I think I'm going to be the deciding vote

on who gets the $,.

- And if you had to vote right now,

would you vote on who you thought was the best player,

or would you settle a personal score?

- Well, it's hard to say which one was the best player there.

One went under the radar for quite a while,

but he was off the block.

I had him ready to go out the door twice.

And somehow, he got saved.

So he played pretty smart to do that.

Then I was after Dan, too.

So I was kind of chasing both them for a while.

Somehow, I ended up right there with them.

So you know, yeah.

It was a tough thing.

- Well, Jerry, in the event that you were

the one evicted tonight, your housemates

did tape some goodbye messages.

- Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, we've had some ups

and downs in this house.

As a -year-old man, you've been a heck of a competitor

to last until the final three.

And I applaud you for that.

Also, I just want to know on a personal level,

you know, I have no hard feelings over any of the names

we called each other.

I appreciate you for who you are.

And you know, heck of a job getting as far as you did.

It's something to look up to.

being and being able to put up with all of us

and put up with this game.

And you know, I know our relationship

has had its ups and downs and arguments and yelling

and a bunch of stuff.
