[Part 12:
THE HAUNTING HOUR]

I can't believe the ghosts tried
to burn our map.

We're never playing with them again.

What'd I tell you? We should
never have let them out of the computer.

And the worst part is, I was so close!

If I'd only remembered the next steps of the dance...

–I hate dancing.
–What? But it's so much fun!

–Scram!
–Hey, now!

Listen, you have to understand
that we had to burn the map!

–That kind of treasure is best left alone, it just causes problems.
–What kind of problems?

–If I tell you that, there'll be problems as well!
You have a problem!

If you burn someone's treasure map,
something has to be wrong with your head.

–Look, want to do something fun?
–Scram!

Wait a moment! It's not even your treasure!
It belongs to whoever dug it down.

And it's wrong to take things
that don't belong to you. Isn't that right?

He's right, you know. It's not actually
our treasure.

Finders, keepers! That's how it is
with treasure. Everyone knows that.

Was it Count von Due's treasure?
The guy who wrote the minuet?

Oh, no, would you look at the time!
I need to go get the paper...

What do you mean "he's right"?
It's our treasure now!

I have a plan... Haven't you noticed
that something's off with the treasure?
The ghosts are really scared that we'll find it!

If we pretend to be friends with them,
we might be able to find out what it is.

Smart!

–Hi there!
–We haven't done anything!

Nu-uh! Lay off the candy!

If you don't keep your teeth nice and shiny
they'll fall off one by one!

Oh, don't you recognise me?
Astrid Olsson, your tenant at Greveholm.

–Right, our castle!
–What castle? Ouch.

–Do you enjoy living there?
–"Enjoy"? Oh, you name it!

A real castle, with halls and towers...
There's a bit of a draft, though.

We had to put a heater in the bedroom
that goes "bzzzt", but you get used to it!

But I really feel like a noble sometimes.
Think... Lady Greveholm!

–No ghosts?
–Sorry?

Don't mind Ralf, he's a jokester.

It's almost Christmas, you know?
Frightful, am I right?

What's that?

"Take a small step with your right foot..."
Oh no, it's the text to that minuet!

–There's something on the back.
–Is there?

–What's this?
–Looks like a map.

Oh! The kids must have drawn this. They
were on a "treasure hunt" before I left.

Ah, this castle really got their imagination going!

–But where's my shopping list?
–I could... Throw that away.

–I see. Thanks!
–We'll see you later.

Goodbye!

It's a real treasure map!
We're going there tonight.

Hey now! Aren't you going to pay for that?

Oh, whoops...

We're gonna go get the money.

Gold coins.

Dad... How were things
when you met Mum?

–It was alright, I guess.
–Tell me... How was it to, like, fall in love?

–Love? Aren't you a bit too young for that?
–Dad, I'm actually 15!

Fia, Carro and Nadja have had boyfriends
for ages. I'm the only one without.

Glad to hear that.

Tell me, otherwise I won't know if I'm
in love! ... I could be in love with Tony.

–The substitute with a motorbike? Who's 19?
–It's a possibility.

No it isn't! You don't fall in love with
substitutes called Tony who have motorbikes!

Not if you're called Melitta
and are 15 years old!

Then who should I love?

Oh, I'd say a calm, healthy and orderly
engineer! Sparks could fly there!

–What do you want?
–I'm gonna sh**t the ghosts!

Look, I've got a camera!

–You never give up, huh?
–They're not getting away this time!

OK, come to the gate at midnight.
During the haunting hour.

–Who was it?
–Er, a friend... From school.

–We have a presentation tomorrow.
–About what?

–Ghosts!
–Schools these days...!

–Could we turn the lights on?
–No! That will scare them!

We can't let them know we're here.
Where are they usually?

Everywhere. They show up
when you least expect it.

Well, they're not here.

–Stop smacking.
–I'm not smacking.

You've got a saffron roll...
I can smell it!

I'm not eating a saffron roll!

–Do they really like saffron rolls?
–But I'm sure it was a ghost! Did you film it?

–I didn't have the time.
–You had such a good chance!

It makes no sense to film
a flying saffron roll...

I see him!

–I don't see him!
–He's walking right there!

–Where?!
–You forgot the lens cap!

Oh, thanks.

... Who said that?

Wasn't me.

Then it must have been...
ME!

–What happened? Where are we?
–I don't know...

Welcome baaack!

–See anything?
–Yes...

–Kids. They're sleeping.
–Then let's go.

Can't we wait until tomorrow?
You know, it's the haunting hour...

Don't tell me you're scared of
ghosts? Just move it!

–OK, let's come back tomorrow.
–Yeah, thanks for that!
