[Granny] Oh, my, it's a beautiful day
to visit the Acme Garlic Festival.

You know it, Granny.
We just have one question.

Ehh, what's garlic?

Oh, you've all tasted garlic.

Remember how much
you loved my spaghetti sauce?

Mm. Spaghetti sauce.

That red stuff that's so delicious?

Oh! Absolutely.

So, garlic is red and poured
all over noodles?

-Who knew?
-[Floyd] Well, not exactly.

Garlic is used to flavor food,
like spaghetti sauce.

But it can be so much more.

And at the Garlic Festival,
you'll see this kind.

Elephant garlic, just about
the largest garlic there is.

Ooh, Floyd, is elephant garlic
big enough for all of us too wide on?

Uh, no. But it's very special anyway.
You'll get to taste

roasted garlic, garlic jelly,
garlic on a stick, garlic fudge.

Say, Floyd,
I'll bet you know all about garlic.

Well, hardly, Daffy.

I've read everything I could find
and I've waited for this event all year.

You guys won't believe
all the things garlic can do.

Somehow, it seems like we just might.

[chuckles] Garlic Festival, here we come.

getting there is half the fun.

No. It takes a while to reach
the Garlic Festival.

That's why I made sure there are lots
of ways to pass the time during our trip.

Now, if you'll all reach into the fun bag
sitting in front of you,

you'll find something really cool.

-Drawing paper.
-And crayons.

-Cool.
-I get it.

You want us to draw everywhere we pass,
so that we can find our way back home.

No, Daffy, we aren't lost.

Hey, look at that.

A great big rocket ship full of corn.

Ehh, what a great way
to send corn to the moon.

A silo is a place to store corn
when it's picked.

It's not a rocket ship,
though it may look like one.

There must be a gazillion, trillion blades
of that tall yellow grass out there.

[Floyd] That's a wheat field, Sylvester.

Farmers grow wheat to make flower.

Granny keeps flower in her kitchen
to make bread.

Taz is a much better wheat drawer than me.

Uh, guys, hold up.

Instead of just singing about milk,
why don't you pause and have some.

Okay, Floyd. Are we there yet?

[Floyd]
No. We still have a long way to go.

[all slurping drinks]

do something that sounds better?

Okay, guys, hit it.

When this day is over, maybe
they'll have learned a song about garlic.

but we haven't even reached
the half-way point.

what's a great thing to do right now?

Everyone look in your bags.

Ooh! We get to play
the different color card game.

[kids chattering]

Everyone makes a colored mark
for whatever color of car you pick.

Floyd will count them all
to tell us who wins.

The black dump trucks are mine.

I'll take the blue cars.

I got dibs on yellow cars.
Ooh. There's one now.

[grumbles indistinctly]

Hey, Taz,
if you can claim anything as red,

then I say that gray van there
is really a black dump truck.

It is not.

It is too.

Do you know how many black dump trucks
I've seen out there?

Only one, sister.

I say that gray van
was a black dump truck in disguise.

-[Sylvester] Uh, Daff?
-What is it?

Oh, nothing.

-[train horn honking]
-Oh, goody.

[Daffy] I don't believe it.

[Tweety] I can't count,

but I think this might be enough
to put me over the top.

I never knew yellow dots can be so pretty.

Wow, we saw a whole lot of cars.

And I'll bet every one of them
has been to the Garlic Festival.

Are we there yet?

[Floyd] No, but we're here.

The Acme All-Natural Shaved Ice Company.

Wow.

I didn't know ice grew hair.

[groans] I'll check my ice from now on.

Shaved is just a fancy word
for crushed, Sylvester.

-Ice is so nice.
-[Taz] Icy shave.

So, kids, what flavor
would each of you like?

Ooh! Flavors.
It just keeps getting better.

Yes. All-natural flavor.
None with added sugar.

No siree.
No added sugar ever touches these flavors.

[grumbles indistinctly]

[burps] Taz sorry.

Wow, this is the first time I've ever had
to close the hospitality room.

Don't worry, we'll freeze more ice.

I'm busy working up a new line
of all natural flavors anyhow.

with me for a minute.

Garlic-flavored shaved ice.

[Floyd] All right, guys, time for a snack.

-Let's dig in.

Ooh! That looks like a whole
bunch of colored spaghetti.

This is a map, Tweety.

The colored line here represents
the road we've been on all day.

If we keep following it,
we'll reach the Garlic Festival.

[sniffing] Ooh!

I can almost smell that elephant garlic.

[Floyd] It's getting late, guys.

Okay, we won't stop again
until we reach the Garlic Festival.

[engine revving]

[engine sputtering]

Gee, I didn't care
for that last motor sound.

Neither did I.

[shouts] I don't believe it.

If I can't get this thing started,
we'll miss the Garlic Festival completely.

Today's the last day.

Floyd, is this how elephant garlic
really looks?

but I can't look at it right now, Tweety.

Put it someplace
where I don't have to see it.

[engine sputtering]

Everyone knows that.

Granny was almost right.
Getting here was more than half the fun.
