Park welcome to Cafe Zoom today we're

going to be making cupcake cones sent in

by Grace a of Chelsea Vermont here's

what you'll

need cake mix store bought or

homemade flat bottomed ice cream

cones frosting a cupcake pan and

sprinkles for

ation first you preheat your oven to

325° and if you can't use an oven ask an

adult to help

you then you make a cake mix by

following the instructions on the box

you probably need to add some water

vegetable oil and a Egger T you can use

any flavor you want each box will make

about 24

cones I've already filled up four of

them now I'm going to fill up the last

two you fill them up 34 full if you fill

them up any

higher they will overload cuz they rise

in the oven so make sure it's

okay I'm going to do the last one I made

these at home and my sisters love them I

made them with pink

frosting Okay we

go

and if you can't use oven just ask an

adult to help you but if you can make

sure you put on your mitts cuz you don't

want to get

okay and don't worry if you're making a

mess cuz cooking is

messy just make sure you clean up

after you bake them in oven for 10 to 15

minutes here's some that are already

faked cooled and ready to

decorate okay I'm going to use chocolate

frosting cuz it's my

favorite love

go these will get very very good when

they're done okay now I'm going to dip

them in a bowl of

sprinkles and there you go

and now comes the best part eating them

my grandfather and I are volunteers at

the well Fleet Bay Wildlife

Sanctuary mainly what we do is we hit a

trail that has a lot of people on it and

we answer their questions as best we can

what are we looking for today kids to

get the most out of bird watching you

have to learn how to use

binoculars start with something that

doesn't move like a

tray there you go then practice with

stuff that does move like a plane or car

you have to learn how to be fast because

birds do not wait around for

you keep your eye on the bird as you're

raising your binoculars do it

work get a good field guide and study it

at home before you go out on the

trail got a yellow and yellow I think we

can call her a prairie

warber make a checklist of all the

different birds you see my grandpa calls

it a lifeless when you see a bird record

the name date and place

then you can look back and remember the

first time you saw a goldfinch or an

alpr there's a red wing if you see a

brightly colored bird chances are it's a

male and the reason is he wants to look

cool enough to attract a nice female

mate over here is a

female not much

color females are usually plain colored

think that helps them hide better when

they're sitting on their

nest there are a lot of different ways

to identify birds what do we got um tree

swallows tree how can you tell they're

tree swallows they have a white

underbelly what's the difference between

a tree swallow and a barn swallow red

underbelly um barn swallow Red Barn and

then white underbelly tree swallow white

sheep two Gophers equals one rabbit and

one sheep equals two kangaroos then what

does one kangaroo equal and it has to be

whole

animals okay I do not understand this

question well each like a certain number

of animals equal a certain number of

other animals and you have to using the

information you get have to figure out

what one kangaroo equals oh so why to

arrange it first like put like three

rabbits and then equal one sheep just

like so we can picture it let's put how

about what they are and what they equals

is on that side okay golfers two golfers

one rabbit

rabbit and one

sheep

two oh okay well maybe we should look

for related information like see how

there's a sheep here and a sheep here

and a rabbit there and rabbit there so

if you can relate all three of those

facts together then maybe you can figure

it out two goers equal one rabbit and in

the other problem three rabbits equal

one sheep so that means for every one

rabbit there's two Gophers so if there

are three rabbits that equal one sheep

that means there are six Gophers right

yeah because see for all of these for

all of these rabbits there's two these

mm two Gophers a wait six

Gophers you have enough equal one sheep

so six Gophers equals one sheep mhm one

sheep equals two Kangaroos and two

kangaroos equal so two

kangaroos equal six rabbits I mean two

kangaroos equals six Gophers

because six Gophers equals one sheep

equals two Kar

kangaroos so six Gophers equaling one

sheep equaling two kangaroos is the same

thing as six gol is equaling two sheep

so if we take that out the problem will

still be two kangaroos so if we take

this out okay so six Gophers equal one

sheep equal two kangaroos if we take the

Sheep out it will still be six SC is

equal two kangaroos M so

one kangaroo be three is

three W so one kangaroo equals three

untangle her and then she starts the

whole thing over again

mother teaches me because she used to be

a teacher before she had kids I am one

of three and my older brothers go to a

private school every weekday morning I

get up at 7:30 get dressed and eat

schedule 7:30 a.m. wake up sleepy head

7:40 get dressed and go downstairs 7:55

eat breakfast brush teeth CB hair 8:15

school start start school 12 12:00 p.m.

school 5:00 p.m. watch my favorite show

that to clean my shop maybe I can hire

you to help me and can I bring my dog

have a great story to write from my
