welcome to zoom water's up this is the

restaurant really reef and it was sent

in by sandy B of Havre Montana to play

this game all you need is two trays and

some pasta containers first split up

into two teams the first person on each

team after Rachel cone and back

Wow carrying a tray this plastic

containers on it if one of the

containers fall and that person has to

stop and put the container back on again

and then resign then he or she hands up

the tray to the next player first team

to finish line wins the aggressor

walk and collapse of leaves or flowers

Wow I'm going to show you how to keep

them forever by using them to make these

great placemats Nina asked of Washington

DC's Amy about this idea it's a good

idea to have a friend help you make

these so Connie and I are going to make

them together here's what you'll need

so big heavy books and tissue paper to

press your flowers and leaves poster

board and clear contact paper to make

your placemats and some markers or other

things to decorate your placemats here's

what you do take a few of the flowers

and leaves that you collected and put

them in between two pieces of tissue

paper a couple pieces then just put all

different colors it's promotion pink one

now can you put them on the stand both

of them oh you got okay

then put it in between the pages of a

bunk of a thick sweet innocent baby cut

the flowers then in fact more butter on

top of the book naturally and flowers

inside now here comes the hard part

you have to keep the leaves and flowers

in the book for about two weeks but

while they're bad things you can start

decorating and princess you need to cut

your poster boy to about placemat size

like this then draw or paint any kind of

pictures you want on think of things

that would make your flowers or leaves

look nice then after two weeks you can

take your leaves and flowers out of the

book hopefully they'll be pressed flat

and well probably look like this oh

those are really bad oh my goodness okay

before your arrange your flowers and

leaves on the poster board you need to

cover the back with clear contact paper

okay first you want to take a little bit

of the contact paper off so it looks

like this okay then you want to take the

back of the poster board

and put something put the edge of it on

the edge of the contact paper and you

want me to pull and you'll press and you

pull up the backing of the contact paper

as someone else presses down on a poster

board this is so there won't be any

bumps in the back there will be any

bumps on the contact paper on the back

of the poster board and it's nice and

flat okay now arrange your leaves and

flowers on top of the decorate a poster

board in a nice design you little fool

I'm sure yeah let's let them up partly

you're not rhythm oh just make them a

little smaller looks good if you just

tell you might do it randomly like toss

me a chrysalis like if they just put

eggs out from this panel now you need to

put contact paper on top of the flowers

okay ready we got to do this fast

place mats for your family dinner table

or to give to someone as for the work to

we're going to show you how to make this

water fountain using air pressure this

phenomena is sent in by teen and Malia L

of Marion Iowa it's very wet so we'll

probably want to do this in a sink or

you'll want to go outside okay here's

what you need to make one a glass bottle

with a screw top like this one some cold

water with a few drops of food coloring

so it's easier to see some thin drinking

straws some clay and some hot water you

can heat up your water using a tea pot

it doesn't have to be boiling but it

should be warmer than tap water ask an

adult that helped you okay first you

want to pour some water into your bottle

about half way up make sure there's food

coloring in it so it's easier city then

take your cap and poke a hole in the top

consider ask an adult to help you use

the scissors now put the cap on your

bottle as tight as you can

now take your thin straw and stick it in

the hole of the cap so that the straw is

in the water now take some clay think

I'll use orange and wrap it around the

straw in a cap

now take a little clay and stick it in

the straw like a cork this is so the air

pressure will build up and it will be a

better spring fountain now I'm going to

put it in hot water whoa its contrast

whoa perfect Oh

that is so cool have lifx listen the

reason this happens is because the hot

water heats up the air in the bottle as

the air gets heated it expands and takes

up more space in the bottle then it

pushes the water up through the straw

out of the bottle and into a spray can

you change the design of this fountain

to make it into a jet powered boat

you'll have to put it on its side and

figure out how to get it to move across

a pool or a bathtub you can figure this

out

wash a piece of celery and cut it into a

2-inch piece like this then bread cream

cheese on the inside of it I use some

strawberry cream cheese that's my

favorite kind just put it all in here

now that's going to be the body of your

butterfly then take two pretzels and put

one on each side of the celery doodle

serve as the wings so stick it in first

like that awesome

after you've done that take two pieces

of pretzel and put them on one side

they're going to be V antennae

so one in here one here and there's your

butterfly by
