hi I'm Annie's high Alkatiri oh hi I'm

Mary

we're for domestic violence

we're zooming on WGBY I do is up there

sis welcome to today's show

did you know that the zoom website is

filled with tons of cool activities well

we went to the site and thought that

this would be a fun game to play

it's called zoom reflect and to play all

you have to do is flip over the squares

and try to mash up the zoom respective I

mean why don't you show us how it works

okay I think I'll flip over the fun oh I

got ya

and now I think I'll flip over this one

I got Rachel so I didn't get a match so

nice trim the back over and get a future

but if I got a match

say both ways off I will lose keep that

and it would have been able to get

another turn but since I didn't I have

turned them back over again

Jonica yep don't you worry I'll get that

back and I get another turn cousin

what's the most matches at the end of

the game is the one okay also you didn't

get a match should I get

Alina is your turn my turn no how about

memory this one and I'll take this one

oh oh so now go there ATM good memory

and you go got to circle them on top of

the map yeah so like a doorman yeah okay

Oh 1800 oh yeah I love Mike who's this

person Oh Ollie needs you go then right

yeah I know

Lucius and squad I know the sort of the

hi needy I'm not stop back right now so

far Garrett's winning so Miss Irene

Irene that'll any other one dude honey

it's okay calm down

that's haven't you know they're gonna go

again

yeah oh what a thing that this before

yeah I chilled my job so yeah once more

are you 42 yep

hey mr. bonks what did the skeleton buy

at the supermarket I don't know

does this look a lot to you

would you be surprised if I told you it

was it's East well JJ of Thousand Oaks

California wrote and said that he was

surprised he says that yeast is alive

it just needs warmth and sugar to become

active these are living things that are

so small they only have one self they

can't make their own food so if you

don't give them food they don't become

active it's almost as if they're

sleeping we call this being dormant but

when you give them warm I'll add a

little warm water and when you give them

some food they like sugar it becomes

active

stir it up a little bit oh yeah this

takes a while so we're going to speed it

up for you

it's not that it's so cool looks like a

muffin and it has little bubbles on the

side of it see the bubbles that's carbon

dioxide the yeast eats the sugar and

makes carbon dioxide bubbles Wow okay

glad that's not cooked this is what

happens when you add warm water and no

sugar well nothing we did this 10

minutes ago and look nothing like didn't

eat it didn't rise at all no it's just

the same old liquid yeah because they

only had warmth which was the warm water

and I think it needs food and here's the

Shepards food to become active too when

I added the sugar the yeast not only

made carbon dioxide it made more yeast

which made even more carbon dioxide this

is why yeast is used to make bread the

carbon dioxide produced by the yeast

makes bubbles in the bread dough making

it bigger and fluffier we're going to

show you how to do this when a lenient

Caroline big breath in today's cafe zoom

why hello mrs. Abbey why hello mrs. GG

baby I think she's trying to say

something have a mother funny of its

lovey aha

I think she wants a bottle never

what's that what's that what's that

what's that what's that it asked the

President of the United States one

question what would it be

I've asked the President to stop digging

up some oil in the Arctic I would ask

the president of what his favorite food

was I would ask him why out of all the

jobs he would want to be president I

would ask him why the tax is so high how

is the White House going I would ask the

president if he's been a good job being

the president of the United States I

would ask him how does it feel to have

so much responsibility will you try to

stop the trees being cut down in the

rainforests and k*lling of animals in

the rainforests with that with that with

that with that was done yes miss Doane

how much did the truck full of bones way

mr. bone

Oh welcome to Cafe zoom this is blend

bag you put all the ingredients into a

bag knead the dough bake it and comes

out like this

Megan K of middle slowly sent us the

idea all right

here's what you'll need to make grumbled

white and holy flour sugar 1 package of

rapid rise yeast nonfat dry milk salt

and vegetable oil here's what you do

first wash your hands and Caroline and I

already did that then in a bag put 1 cup

of white flour the pack of e fun for me

all the stuff in 3 tablespoons of sugar

and one cup of hot water watch out it's

really hot who looks so cool

make sure most of the air is let out of

the bag close it and we're supposed to

fingers to mix the ingredients oh hey

John do you want to push it back Jeff

really I know Josh um if I do think

that's pretty next yeah after about 10

minutes you make the stretch a bubble

life huh this is because the yeast is

producing carbon dioxide the carbon

dioxide produced by the yeast makes

bubbles in the bread dough making bread

goes bigger and fluffier and the bag

will also stand like this while you're

waiting for the yeast mixture to bubble

mix together three tablespoons of nonfat

dry milk one cup of whole wheat flour 1

tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of

vegetable oil in a bowl open the bag and

add the bowl conclusion

oh wow it looks really cool for inside

part kind of gets a little tricky you

can it smells like

though sounds cool the mother the air

that is a bag holds it and push it with

your hands and this makes about once two

minutes but I have some that's already

next good school okay right yeah okay

just good then add one cup of flour mix

it for about one to two minutes that's

please up close about the end here's

what it looks like when it's done take

the dough out of the bag and put it on a

floured surface there huh I'm sorry you

need beating like this makes it go

stretchy so keep that shape and get the

nice chewy texture when the dough is

smooth and kind of stretchy it shouldn't

stick to your hands anymore now you're

ready to put it into a greased baking

gem and cover it loosely classes are

done motorized for about thirty minutes

it should look like this then click on

the plastic wrap and put it in the oven

and the oven should be set to about 375

degrees Caroline you'll go thank you and

see you have your messed up after about

35 minutes take the bread out of the

oven and it should be all golden brown

myself have you've never made homemade

bread before he should make this because

it's really good this cafe has a lot of

stuffs opinion oh don't worry if you

didn't bet it off because you can find

the directions at the cafe main section

of the Xoom website ah

Celia kids.org and if you don't have

computer in your home

you can't always honor your school or at

a local community center Bon Appetit

Massachusetts I'm 12 years old and I'm

in seventh grade my mom is from Lebanon

and my dad is a Palestine and I ran out

of American I like how its tight with

our family this is my cousin in Lebanon

swimming a Mediterranean Sea I like

traveling to Lebanon and being able to

see how they live there that's really

hot and every summer the rest of my

family there I like the food that they

have and I really like these loving

these cookies I think it's important

that kids know that the ads that are

here they're just like this this is my

room this is my sister and this is my

bed here is where I study at my desk

this is our holy book which is called to

put on and inside are all the prayers

written in Arabic which you need from

right to left the basic message that the

Quran is teaching you is how to be a

better person another way of being a

better person is that not lying

herding and you live in sin do you know

what explan means it means peace I'm

going to show you how to write send an

Arabic Frank saw his we pray five times

a day you should pray on a clean floor

or on this rug when you pray you should

make sure that you are facing the Kaaba

in Mecca which is in Saudi Arabia the

targa is our holy place women should

wear a scarf over their head to cover

their hair today

that's we gotta go see you later

we showed you earlier that yeast like

sugar also when in each other

it makes carbon dioxide and moist making

bread rise well here M of Silver Spring

Maryland asked us to experiment to see

which liquid yeast likes best

it's not a hypothesis that's the more

sugar the liquid has the more the yeast

will eat it and the more carbon dioxide

the yeast will produce so here three

bottles each bottle filled up with the

same amount of warm water we have to

mention intense any of these liquids

from an adult so which ones you want to

test I want to test the cola is it's has

lots of sugar in it okay corn syrup

because it it's practically syrup and

laughs if it's sugar and apple juice

because apples are sweet and they

probably have a little bit some sugar in

them yeah so which one do you want to

useless

hello cool so let's fill it up to the

line a little more yep so you want to

get the application up add corn syrup

little more this is great a little bit

cuz it's still trying to difficult

funnel that's and yeah that's perfect

right to measure how much carbon dioxide

these produces hair suggests that we

could have balloon over the top of the

bottle filled with juice so here there

we go this one

I'm due application oh there we go

culture there we go let's shake them

down well alright this one's starting to

work out and look you know see what

happens kara says whichever born

inflates the most will show which liquid

produces the most carbon dioxide this

takes a while so we're going to speed it

up for you we let the balloon sit out

for an hour and then we checked what

happened which one do you think pull off

the most

I think the apple juice until and corn

chips are Smosh the cola is pretty

recorded eight children is it I don't

know I thought the corn syrup was gonna

win you do isn't it really cool how you

can see how much carbon dioxide yeast

produces try this at home in your own

kitchen got a phenom to present a wicked

sweet experiment

mr. bones yes miss Josh one of the

skeletons favorite estimate I don't know

traumas and I'm David where are the key

states of Greenfield Massachusetts and

we're building the chains and that's

what some of the garbage was Justin but

we still had fun we may have to put

three whole bags of garbage

I'm you litterbugs if you are please

stop and use a trash can instead wanna
