this automatic dipping bubble machine

Alexander P of sers New York emailed us

the idea for this

invention this bubble blowing machine

makes the work of Dipping bubbles a lot

easier it works it's

cool here's how you can make them first

you're going to have to make the bubble

bling part so take a straw and wrap some

clay around the middle okay and I'm

going to try and make it into like a lot

going kind of roll it yeah cuz I think

if we stick it in like a bob him we

might get some clay in this STW that's

true good job okay that looks good and

we'll wrap it

around try not to bend there we

go perfect actually I don't think we

even need all that play we might just be

able to take off the trunk that way it's

lighter there we go squeeze arm there we

okay looks good then you'll need some

store our bubble blowing ones they come

with a ring on both ends so using

scissors snip off one of the Rings that

way you can stick it into the clay okay

so we'll cut this

off like this like

about then stick the bubble blowing wand

into the clay like this one here's the

other one

okay cool this too okay cool next cut a

big window on one of the sides of the

quart size milk cotton then you want to

cut two splits one on this side and one

on that that way the straw can rest in

it like this well we'll use

that oh look the are backward there we

go if we blew on it it wouldn't not blow

bubbles yeah okay then put a close p on

one end of the

straw don't put it like in the

circle that way put it to where it

pinches it like this cool and if you

want both ends to be weighed down then

you can put on a second one that are

their balance

okay it's kind of slippery want to get a

Different Cloth in sure I think it's a

little

soapy

okay there we go okay so fill it up with

bubble

solution okay you want to fill it up

just so the second one can reach it so a

little

more and there we go now you just want

to turn the clothes pin and blow if it

doesn't work you may have to adjust the

one by making it shorter or longer oh

the right B oh yeah we need to make it

even that way the up yeah there we go

beautiful that's a lot that's

fun so this bubble blowing machine saves

us the work of Dipping the wand each

time you want to blow bubbles but what

it doesn't do is turn the clothes pin or

blow the bubbles we still have to do

that work see if you can make any

changes to this invention to make it

even easier to blow bubbles you could

use a different source of wind or you

could use a different material for the

bubble blowing ones Engineers are always

trying to find new ways to make work

easier for example like building

machines like this donut making

machine this is called a proof BX while

the donuts ride up and down the machine

gives the donuts heat and humidity so

that they can

ride next the machine drops the donuts

into vegetable shortening so they can

cook after the donuts are nice and brown

on one side the machine flips them so

that they can get brown on the other

side then the machine puts the glaze on

the

donut and before the donuts have a

chance to cool humans not a machine put

the donuts in a box

volunteered by making a bird house for

the backyard and of a new Habitat for

Humanity she first found out about

habitat for humility at her church in

llo then when she was at the library she

saw a zoom the action fight that asked

if she was a volunteer that's when she

decided to help Habitat for Humanity

make a new home for a family her mom

thought that building bird house was a

good first step and her dad helped her

build it it was pretty exciting to meet

the family that's moving in and she even

helped feed the volunteers building the

house Habitat for Humanity built five

houses in that Springfield neighborhood

and this Zuma made a new friend do you
