secret highly classified recipe

for pancakes oo pancakes Yum Yum Yum

and and let's go make them come on yeah

okay okay I'm here we can start now oh

good uh Leon let me see the recipe okay

hey all right um you guys before we

start looks like we need some flour and

Julie we need some eggs egg hey we can

do this we have baked before yes Ben

this is not baking this is pancaking so

give me the recipe Leon Leon don't take

such a big deal out of this okay

pancakes are just pancakes no they're

not pancakes are not just pancakes Ben

people make all different kinds of

pancakes with all different kinds of

ingredients in many different countries

all over the

world and they're all delicious like

good oldfashioned Flapjacks with maple

syrup these are buttermilk pancakes with

strawberries

and how about a plate of tender steamy

buckwheat

pancakes these are light and fluffy

pancakes from France they're called

Crepes fill them with mushrooms and they

are

magnific these are blin's folded

pancakes with cheese

inside here's a crispy bubbly pancake

filled with

couscous tortillas are kind of a Mexican

pancake and these are pancakes made from

potatoes they're called

latkas so you see Ben all pancakes are

different the kind of pancake you get

depends on the recipe you

use and what we're making today will be

very special these are pancakes ala Edna

McNeal that's my grandma's

name okay now you got the eggs get

oh they look good and we need some salt

would you get some salt please salt hey

don't worry about it Leon I've got the

salt I've got all this

stuff but you guys are

forgetting

remember you have to stir the batter 36

times that's what grandma says is her

secret okay Julie now we need some milk

you get

milk good get some milk Julie what are

you doing I'm getting the milk Leon I'm

the milk person milk person there's no

milk person in the recipe Sky we need an

egg beater ah an Egger beer but wait sky

but Ben no check the recipe Ben Ben the

recipe says we got to stir we got to

stir see right there we got to stir 36

times yeah okay okay we got the milk

though okay I got the milk thank you

Julie but but you guys Le Leon Leon Leon

we're busy making pancakes good now

let's check the recipe make sure we

didn't forget anything

okay all right that was amazing I know

wonderful good

have here the exact right amount of milk

oh good it's time to pour it in eggs are

how Grandma does it first she pours the

milk into the eggs and then she puts

them into the flow but Leon this is how

my mom does it and she makes delicious

stir this is my grandma's recipe Hey

guys my grandma wrote that for me

and and and and guess what they're all

know what I figured I figured if you can

aforen pancakes you will naturally share

matter these pancakes were my idea and

my grandmother's recipe and I wanted to

show you how to make them but you guys

everything together I mean that's the

point right guys mm but you didn't let

me help I wanted to show you guys how to

make them but you wouldn't let me do

anything you left me

out so angry at you I could

cry a leon don't be such a cry

that I don't get it guys why was Leon

crying the pancakes are turning out fine

I think Leon wanted to show us how to

make the pancakes and and we didn't let

him we ignored him and we did everything

ourselves yeah but Julie getting upset

about not cooking pancakes isn't

anything to cry

about I don't know Ben you can't really

say that people cry over all all kinds

of

things it makes me cry when I fight with

my brother I cry when people laugh at me

I cry when I see terrible things that

happen around the world when I was

younger I used to have scary dreams and

that's what made me cry I was riding my

bike and then I my friend bumped into my

tire and then I fell down and sced my

knee and then I cried if something

happened to my cat I probably would cry

my brother teaches me and it makes me

want to

cry well I don't care what those kids

say I still think Leon's a

crybaby Ben that's terrible come on

Julie what's the big deal so we made the

pancakes instead of Leon you know all I

know is if me and my brothers acted that

way every time one of us took something

from the others why we'd be crying all

the time

Sky you don't think Leon is a crybaby do

you well Julie Leon's one of my best

friends but um I don't think boys are

supposed to cry even if their feelings

are really

hurt you guys are so

that's right but but we didn't do it on

purpose we were just excited about the

good I mean I mean they're not as good

as as if you had made them but they're

sky that you weren't a crybaby so Sky

thinks I'm a crybaby too huh

he's hurt because we wouldn't let him

show us how to make the pancakes and

he's embarrassed because you guys called

him a cry baby yeah but Julie everybody

knows that boys and men don't cry yeah

that's right Julie the whole thing about

being boys and men is that you don't cry

crying's for uh girls and women and

little

babies um um Ben is this all we made H I

thought there would be

more yeah me too boy isn't that funny

weird excuse me yeah have either of you

two big strong men ever heard of Paul

bunan oh yeah Paul bun Paul bun he was a

big man big man big well did you also

know that he once cried for days and

days Paul bunion crying no way

impossible impossible you said well

this many years ago there was a big

strong Lumberjack named Paul

everyone liked Paul especially his

faithful Blue Ox

babe wherever Paul went babe went they

were best

friends then one day babe became ill

even though Paul was the biggest

strongest man

around he could do nothing to help

babe Paul felt so bad that he began to

cry

he cried so hard that soon the whole

valy was

flooded Paul knew he had to do something

about the flood so he stopped crying

long enough to dig a

hole that should do it

now I can cry some

more but the next morning babe felt

better it turns out that babe just had a

24-hour flu accompanied by a pesky

ingrown

toenail babe you're better that's

wonderful Paul's tears became the Great

Salt Lake and he and babe lived happily

ever after babe you're the

greatest

W I've never seen such a big man cry

before me neither makes you stop and

think yeah you know you're right sky and

Julie I have to hand it to you I really

learned something great Ben what' you

learn well I learned that even though

Leon is a crybaby that it's okay right

and you know what I'm going to go and

tell Leon that right now but want to

come with me yeah let's go okay Sky you

can't it's

not oh poor Leon

guys but but Leon we're really sorry

about the pancakes yeah uh I'm sorry I

took over I wouldn't have taken over if

I've known you were going to cry about

it what well Leon I'm trying to say I'm

sorry you know certain people are

crybabies about certain things well and

that's kind of okay I guess Ben I had

plenty of reasons to be upset

remember thank you Julie but but you

guys Leon Leon Leon we're busy making

pancakes good now let's check the recipe

make sure we didn't forget

but boy you're right Leon yeah yeah we

though it was my idea acted like I

wasn't even there and it made me so mad

I cried and you think it's okay for you

you see guys men and boys cry all the

time it's a way of letting your feelings

out and everyone has

feelings

you're feeling them no doubt let them

feelings are there when you're

laughing tear can appear with a

crying it's all worth

disappear boys and men do so why

shouldn't you those feet feelings help

cry and men and boys cry for different

reasons gosh I can't believe it

guess I've known it all

well since my dad died MH you know I cry

because I really miss him

it makes me really

sad when I do

it I go into my room so no one will see

me because I'm afraid I'm afraid they'll

my little sister for the first time he

cried but he didn't cry because he was

sad he cried because he was so happy

and I cried because I was so angry with

you guys for leaving me out of

everything yeah well Leon I understand

why you're mad you know I'd be mad too

if uh somebody left me out good yeah and

I'm really sorry for calling you a cry

baby I know now that it was okay that

mean uh well not bad there Leon I think

we um we stirred them too much yeah come
