Ah! Whoo, whoo, whoo!
Party!
I ain't nothing but a wild pig!
You mean a boar.
Hey, girlfriend,
you get that audition?
Yeah, but it was just
another cattle call.
You're my agent, Jerry,
and I want that part!
Why, I was born to play Lincoln!
Huh? [gasps]
Oh-- Ouch!
Back off, Rolly.
You're too close.
Oh, sorry.
I'm almost done sh**ting.
Can we do some interviews now?
-And that intro?
-Uh, sure.
[clears throat]
Hi, folks.
We're sh**ting a little movie here:
The Making of Walt Disney's
101 Dalmatians: Animated Series
All brilliantly captured by moi,
Rolly, your trusty pup reporter!
[Lucky] Featuring
behind-the-scenes action,
never-before-seen outtakes,
and interviews with the stars.
You eat one makeup man
and they call you difficult.
We-- we assumed that
since we were the stars
of the movie, we'd be
the stars of the series too.
Yeah, the studio decided
to go for a younger look.
But we're not bitter.
Uh, yeah, well, enough of that.
[clears throat]
You see, I did get-- I mean,
Rolly and I did get cast
because we were in the movie.
But we had auditions
for the other roles,
and some of the actors
had interesting ideas
about which parts they should play.
[vocalizes]
[vocalizing continues]
[screams]
Uh, Roger, Ra-Ra, babe,
have you considered
auditioning for the role of...
[chuckles] Roger?
Now, where's the challenge in that?
Trust me, I can do this.
I am deeply in touch with my inner nanny.
[high-pitched]
Lucky, you naughty little scamp.
Give me strength.
I-- I'm gonna be reading
the part of Cadpig.
[clears throat]
"Oh, Mother Earth, I am one
with your universal oneness
of being..."
What is this garbage?
Jasper, Horace,
get those puppies,
you mindless macaroons!
I will be auditioning for the role
of Steven the Alligator.
[snorts]
[grunts] What in blazes
has gotten into you, woman?
The pig's annoying,
but I like the bulldog.
From the black hole of eternity,
I am born a runt!
[echoing] Runt! Runt! Runt!
So I get the part?
That was great,
but what did it mean?
A pineapple symbolizes evil.
I thought it would be cool
if we could get Cruella to play a part.
-[barking]
-[Lucky] This is the address.
[Rolly] Are you sure she's still alive?
[Cruella] I told you,
I'll pay the electric bill
as soon as my lottery numbers...
Oh, dear.
[Lucky] The studio wasn't sure
what kind of show it wanted at first,
so we went through
a couple of different versions.
[Rolly] The first concept was that
the show should take place
in the story's original setting, England.
It was called "A City of Two Tails."
[Cadpig] Rolly seemed the natural choice
for the lead in that version.
[barking]
Indubitably.
[Lucky] But that was a little too tame,
so we went the other direction,
an action adventure version.
[explosions]
[Lucky] First Bloodhound , Part Two!
Ha-ha!
[g*nshots]
You're going down, Windermere.
[man] Cut!
Terrible.
[Rolly] But the studio decided
that First Bloodhound
was a little intense
for a cartoon, so we tried
an emergency room drama.
[monitor beeps rapidly, flatlines]
[Cadpig] He's flatlined! Clear!
[zap]
[monitor beats rapidly]
[monitor beeps steadily]
[Lucky] We tried science fiction...
then we tried a paranormal,
crime drama approach.
[screaming]
[gasping]
[overlapping chatter]
Nineteen seventy three.
Crop circles appear
in Farmer Fledly's north 40.
A golden retriever refuses to fetch.
Hours later, three pullets disappear.
Coincidence? I think not.
Nineteen eighty four.
Strange lights seen over a coop
in northern Minnesota.
Soon afterwards,
a Mexican hairless grows a beard.
Two weeks later,
four hens spontaneously combust.
Accident? You be the judge.
Nineteen ninety six.
A conical object flies through frame.
Dalmatians snub local chicken.
A strange slide projector
appears from nowhere.
Isolated incidents

I learned cooperation,
humility, teamwork.
