[Emma] Chelsea!

-[Chelsea] Hi, babe!
-[Chrishell] Hello!

[Emma] You are looking like a dime!

-Hi! You look so hot.
-Hi, darling. How are you?

[Chrishell] Gorgeous.

-[Mary] Chelsea's skirt's really short.
-Her a*s is out.

-[Mary] I think her coochie's out too.
-[Bre] Her everything is out.

[Emma laughs] Chrishell's like...

-I don't think clients wanna see that.
-I know.

-Uh-uh. It's a no for me.
-Mm-hmm.

Okay, I'm gonna go mingle a little bit.

-[Emma] Okay.
-Go sell it. I'd buy anything from you.

-Absolutely gorgeous.
-Congrats on the listing.

-Thank you.
-It's beautiful.

If you walk into any McDonald's,

you will see a very prominent sign

that says,
"No shirt, no shoes, no service."

At no point did McDonald's executives
ever think, "You know what?"

"We should also add 'no pants,'"
'cause it's f*cking common sense.

Wear your pants.
Wear your pants! Wear your pants.

[Alanna] I haven't met Bre.
Is she here today?

Oh, yeah. Go say hi.
Dark black hair and then blue suit.

-[Chelsea] Hi, darling!
-Hi!

-Thank you for coming.
-Yeah, of course.

Probably one of the most pristine houses
in Manhattan Beach to ever hit the market.

This is beautiful.

-[Alanna] Blue suit, okay.
-[Chrishell] Beautiful, can't miss her.

-I like that, she's taking the initiative.
-[Emma] Yeah, exactly.

It is insane.
That's what I... I've had eligible...

-Hi!
-Hi, I'm Alanna.

-I've heard so much about you.
-Well, nice to meet you.

-Very nice to meet you.
-How are you liking it?

-So far, it's actually been really good.
-So no one's come for you yet.

-Not yet.
-Okay, good!

[both laugh]

Alanna's got, like, a good vibe.
She's really sweet.

I feel like she's got a quiet confidence
that's gonna be good for the office.

I really like her.

I think she just presents herself well.

-Sophisticated, intelligent, ambitious.
-[Emma] Yeah.

-She owns, like, some town in the desert.
-What?

-They own, I should say.
-[Jason] I don't understand that.

-How much is it to buy a town?
-Well, you should know. I don't know.

-I don't own a town.
-Yeah, what? Hello!

Gotta be at least
a couple million dollars.

-At least.
-A couple?

Why don't we ask?

-I say, 2.2.
-Could've bought it years ago.

-This from the man that priced penthouses...
-No way, dude.

-...still not sold?
-[both laugh]

-2.2?
-[Jason] I swear to God, Chrishell.

You could have Jason's penthouse
or three towns.

-It's up to you.
-[Emma] Where is she? Oh!

[Chrishell] Alanna!

If I were to buy your town from you today,
how much would I have to pay?

-Her town?
-[Jason] Be honest. Current market value?

No, you guys don't get to know that.

I'll give you 2.2 right now.

You can't have it. It's ours.

[Jason] You know what,
I'm lowering my offer to 1.9.

-It's not... We're not selling.
-Pretty soon it'll be 1.8. One-seven.

-What just happened?
-We're not selling.

-[Jason laughs]
-What is happening right now?

I own a little Western town in the desert,
so it's called Pioneer Town.

-I didn't know you could buy a town.
-[Alanna] That's most people's response.

So I'm sheriff of a town, yeehaw.

-[chuckles]
-I'm dead.

-[man] Want some burgers?
-[Chrishell] Yes.

-There you go.
-[woman] Yes, thank you.

-Awesome!
-[woman] Thank you.

-Just get in. We're gonna do a loop.
-[Chrishell] Get in!

-Get in! We're going shopping, girls!
-Get in, b*tches!

-[Chrishell] We're going shopping!
-Get in, we're going shopping!

Oh no, I hear the girls yelling.
They're doing something.

[Alanna] Oh, they're on the Mokes.

-[Bre and Alanna laugh]
-[Chelsea] Ooh.

[Alanna] How's it going?

Um...

Good turnout.

Yeah, it's a great turnout.
I wonder where Chelsea's at, but...

-We just heard some... A couple scream.
-[chuckles]

-Wait, what? Really?
-I think they're on the Mokes.

-Yeah.
-I think they're on the Mokes. Yeah.

Okay. Well...

Hold on to your britches!

-[Chrishell] No, Emma! No!
-[Emma] Yes. We're gonna...

-[Chrishell] No, Emma. No!
-[Emma] Go!

-[Emma giggles, whoops]
-Oh God. Why do you do this to me?

I was hoping she would actually be...

-Around on the floor.
-...doing work.

-Yeah, for a co-listing. Split the work.
-Yeah.

-Please don't go faster than this.
-Faster!

[laughing]

-Floor it!
-Chelsea, I didn't know you were doing it!

[Chelsea] Hold on! Let's go! [grunts]

-Go!
-[Chrishell] All right.

[Chelsea] Go!

[Alanna] Uh, what's the actual dress code
in your office?

-Oh, I know what you're referring to.
-I'm not referring to anything.

[Emma laughs] Chelsea's butt.

Well, is there one?

Clothing would be good.
More than just covering up the essentials.

-Yeah.
-The essentials.

This is how the broker pulls up
to a broker's open.

Welcome to my broker's open.

-There's burgers in front, caviar inside.
-[Chrishell] Burgers are amazing!

-That was fun.
-[Chelsea] Fantastic.

I just wanted to bring something up.
Chelsea was an hour late.

But then I've had a couple people
come up to me and be like,

"What is she wearing?"

You know, it's not professional.

Like her... her butt
and her hoo-ha is, like, out.

Oh, really?

That's our reputation too.

I'm not a manager anymore,
I'm not doing it,

but I've had people come up to me,
complaining about it.

-[Brett] That's an issue.
-It's just too much.

-[Brett] What's up?
-Do you have a flyer for this house?

-No, we have books.
-You have the book?

They're at print.

-Oh.
-Sorry.

[Chelsea] She'll contact me directly.

-[Jason] Yeah.
-[Mary] But...

[Jason] I feel uncomfortable talking
to you ladies about what you should wear.

-[Brett] Could you talk to her about this?
-No.

-[Brett] No?
-Absolute... No! I'm not getting...

We've already had, like, a negative thing.

This is supposed to be, like,
where, like, we're working together,

starting to hopefully fix everything.

-Okay.
-[Mary] But this...

-Yes, darling?
-[Brett] I love you.

-But...
-What?

What do you think about toning the dress
down 10% when we're at a broker's opening?

-Toning my outfit down?
-Yeah.

I just don't really feel you guys should
patrol what I wear as long as...

-I don't like to.
-[Jason] I don't either.

-I'm just saying, how would you feel...?
-What's inappropriate about my dress?

I'm not exactly sure.

-Tone down my outfit?
-[Brett] I guess.

-My shirt and blazer?
-I don't think it's the shirt and blazer.

A couple of people have mentioned it.

They're like, "Oh my God,
that's not really appropriate."

-Just how short the skirt is.
-Who said that?

-Just a couple people...
-Who?

-I... Just people. I don't know.
-They told you personally?

-It's really short.
-Really? I've had only compliments.

You wear things that are low.

-I'm not wearing anything that's low.
-Right.

I think it's just... It's a broker open
in a more conservative part of LA.

-I live here!
-Southern California.

Besides that, if you feel I should
tone down my outfit, I absolutely can...

[Mary] It's not just me.

-It's not just me. It's just people...
-Then tell me... Then tell me who.

I do agree, it is short.
I'm trying... In the most respectful way.

If you were trying to be respectful,

you wouldn't have done it
in front of two gentlemen.

That would be respectful.
I can tone it down for you.

If you think it's making you look bad,
I can absolutely. I don't...

I'm here with the same goal
that you guys are here for.

-I wanna sell this house.
-No one's questioning that.

If my fashion sense
is taking away from that,

then I will absolutely tone it down.

I'll wear something that's longer
if it'll make you happy.

-I try...
-It's not me, it's other people.

It's fine.

Generally, as a woman,

and being someone that's very supportive
of how women want to turn up,

I do take it as a bit of a dig

that you'd come to me
in front of our two bosses

to talk to me about my dress sense

when I see your t*ts out
every now and again.

And that's perfectly fine,

because I think you have amazing t*ts
and should wear what you feel comfortable.

-But if you wanted to be woman to woman...
-My...

-You would've pulled me aside...
-Have my t*ts been out?

-They were for the listing.
-[Jason] I don't wanna...

Um, I think they're...

That's besides the point,
mine are always out too.

-But I don't comment on your t*ts.
-Okay.

What I'm trying to say is, if you wanna be
woman to woman and talk to me,

I would've pulled me aside and said,
"This person came to me and said this."

I would've been like, "Oh sh**t,"

and bared it in mind,
and actually taken it and been open to it.

But doing it in front of two men,

I just think
it's a little bit of a low blow.

-I didn't mean it that way.
-And I can... I can take it.

I went to the owners about company policy
so these things don't happen again.

Then I hope
never to see your t*ts out ever again.

I've never had them out.

If you wanna talk about company policy,
I'd hope you dress very moderately.

-Okay.
-Guys, this is a broker's open.

We can talk about this later.
Let's not do this here.

-[Mary] I wasn't trying...
-I'm gonna get back to work.

-I wasn't trying to do it with you.
-Oh my gosh.

[Brett] That didn't go amazing.

-[Mary] That went well. Okay.
-[Brett] Yeah.

Well, anyway...

All right.
