Fire Truck Rocket has
special rescue buttons.

This is the rescue ladder button.

Rocket can use it to reach really high.

Let's try it.

When I press the button,

[Quincy] Whoa!

The rescue ladder
is reaching super high in the air.

[Leo] Fire Truck Rocket also has
a rescue spreader button.

A rescue spreader
can push apart big, heavy things.

[Annie] Wow!

His rescue spreader
is pushing apart

those huge bales of hay.

But look.

Fire Truck Rocket
has one more rescue button.

It's something that lets Rocket
spray cool water

on things that get too hot.

What is it?

Yes! It's a hose.

When I press the button,
say "rescue hose!"

[all] Rescue hose!

Rocket's spraying water
on the flowers way over there!

[June] Hooray, Fire Truck Rocket!

[Annie] Look, look, look!
I see smoke coming from far away.

That could be trouble.

[Rocket chimes]

[Quincy] The smoke is coming
from the island of Java in Indonesia.

[June] Uh-oh.
Something bad is starting to happen.

[Leo] The volcano is getting ready
to erupt!

Yikes!

Those poor animals live
right near the volcano.

They need to get away
and go somewhere safe.

[Quincy] But the animals
don't know about the volcano.

They're sleeping.

Oh, no!

I wish we could wake up the animals
and tell them to go somewhere safe.

[Rocket chimes]

-[Quincy] Listen.

Fire Truck Rocket is playing his siren.

[June] The music from his siren
is traveling far away.

[bird caws]

[Annie] It's going to the volcano.

[Quincy] I cannot believe it!

Rocket's siren is warning the animals.

[Leo] Look. His siren
woke up the rhinoceros.

[Annie] It woke up the c*ck bird.

[June] It woke up the proboscis monkeys.

[Quincy] Now all the animals can go
somewhere safe away from the volcano.

[Leo] But look. There's still one more
proboscis monkey in the tree.

[Annie] Uh-oh.

He got his tail caught
between those branches.

[June] He's stuck.

Oh, no. Poor little monkey.
He can't get away from the volcano.

He needs help.

[Rocket chimes]

Rocket says he can save the monkey.

Yeah, he has fire truck power.

Yay, Fire Truck Rocket!

But to save the monkey,
Rocket is going to need our help.

Will you help Rocket save the monkey?

Great.

We've got a mission.

We're going to help Fire Truck Rocket
save the monkey.

We need to give Rocket a lot of power.

Fire Truck Rocket to the rescue!

[Rocket chimes]

[Leo] To save the monkey,
Rocket has to go across the Shadow Forest.

[all] Ooh.

Through the Sarawak Chamber.

[all] Ooh.

And all the way to the island of Java.

[chittering]

[Annie] Poor little monkey.
His tail is still stuck in the tree.

[Quincy] We have to hurry and save him
before the volcano erupts.

Don't worry, little monkey.
We're on our way.

spin his siren lights.

The forest is full of giant shadow trees

and giant shadow flowers.

I hope we don't run into
any giant shadow giants.

[Leo] Don't worry.

Rocket just has to get through that gate,
and he'll be out of the forest.

[Rocket chimes]

[Annie] Uh-oh. The gate won't open.

It's locked.

There must be a key
around here somewhere.

Can you find the key?

[giant grunting]

Where is it?

Yes. There it is.

It's way up high

on top of that giant shadow giant.

Oh, no!

That giant has the key on top of his head.

He keeps it up there
so that nobody can get out of his forest.

But Rocket needs to get through the forest
to save the monkey.

Don't worry.

I can sneak up there
and get the key from the giant.

All right.

Yay, Leo!

But, Leo,

how are you going to get all the way up
to the top of the giant?

[Rocket chimes]

Fire Truck Rocket can help.

I can use one of his rescue buttons
to go way up high and get the key.

Which button should I press
to go way up high?

The ladder button.

Right.

When I press the ladder button,
say "rescue ladder!"

[all] Rescue ladder!

The ladder is playing a special song.

But it's too loud.

We need to make the music quiet
so we can be sneaky

and get the key from the giant.

and go all the way to the volcano.

The volcano is starting
to rumble and shake.

But the monkey's tail
is still stuck in that tree.

Don't worry, little monkey.
Fire Truck Rocket is coming.

Look, look, look! I see a cave,

that's the way to the Sarawak Chamber.

Go that way, Fire Truck Rocket.

[Rocket chimes]

The Sarawak Chamber is humungous.

It's the biggest underground chamber
in the whole world.

[all] Whoa!

[Rocket chimes]

[Leo] Rocket found the way out.

Oh, no!

Those big rocks fell and blocked the way.

Rocket is trapped!

But he needs to get out of the cave
so he can save the monkey.

[Rocket chimes]

Rocket knows what to do.

He can use his rescue spreader
to push apart the big rocks.

When I push the button,
say "rescue spreader!"

[all] Rescue spreader!

Go, Fire Truck Rocket!

Uh-oh!

Rocket's having trouble
pushing the rocks apart.

They're too big and heavy.

Rocket needs our help.

I can help you, Rocket.

to help Rocket push the rocks far apart.

There's the little monkey
stuck in his tree.

is starting to come out of the volcano.

We have to stop it.

Rocket knows what to do.

We can use one of his rescue buttons
to spray cold water on the lava.

That will make it stop.

The rescue hose button. Yes.

[Quincy] The cold water
is cooling the lava.

Uh-oh.

But there's so much lava
coming out of the volcano.

Yikes! Rocket can't stop it
all by himself.

He needs our help.

We can do a rescue hose dance

to help Rocket spray water
on all the lava.

Now spray the water

to help the monkey get down.

that Fire Truck Rocket came to rescue him.

Here come all of the animals
that Rocket saved from the volcano.

They're all cheering for Rocket.

He's the greatest fire truck
in the whole world!
