I visited Pirate Island
and saw the Midnight Sunflowers open

and put on a dazzling light show,

and I haven't seen it since."

I've never seen it!

Maybe we can get it working
and light the way for Red Jessica.

Let's go check it out.

Here's the door,
but it's all overgrown with weeds!

Stand back, crew. I'll clear the way.

The puny pirates are trying to enter
that old lighthouse.

Whatever could they want in there?

Oh, you know those sea pups, Captain.

They're probably after treasure
or some-such thing.

Coconuts! It's huge!

It's almost as big as me!

It reflects the stars and moon
to light the way for ships sailing by.

Well, it's not reflecting any light now.

I think it has to spin around
to work right.

-Hmm. How can we make it spin?
-I have an idea.

Maybe when you turn this crank,
it winds it up, like a clock!

Heave, h*! Heave, h*!

It's working! Huh?

h*-h*! The diamond is mine!

[both] Captain Hook?

Thank you, popinjays.

I am now the richest pirate
in all of Never Land!

But, Captain Hook,

if you take that diamond,
then we won't be able to--

We must get this diamond to the dinghy.

If Hook's got the diamond,

we won't be able to signal Red Jessica
with the lighthouse.

And she might sail past Pirate Island.

We've got to get the diamond back.

[clanging]

[all whooping]

[grunts]

[Jake] It's not yours, Captain Hook.
It belongs in the lighthouse!

[Izzy] Leaf-surfing pirates, h*!

[grunts] Got it!

Yo-h*, way to go, Izzy!

We got the diamond back,
and we got two gold doubloons!

Let's grab them
and go back to the lighthouse.

We've snagged a big fish.

And by fish, I mean diamond! [laughs]

Captain Hook, you don't understand!
We need that diamond to--

I've got meself a huge diamond!

[gasps] Oh, Captain, sir,

do the popinjays seem more intent
than usual

on getting back their treasure?

All pirates want diamonds. And gold.

And... a pit?

[shouting]

A whole pit filled
with beautiful crystals!

But only one priceless diamond!

How am I to know which gem is mine?

Slithering sea snakes!
Hook dropped the diamond in there?

It could take us hours to find it.

By then it'll be too late to signal
Red Jessica!

Wait a minute.
The Lighthouse Diamond is special, right?

Yep. It's the only diamond
that can reflect enough light

to be seen by ships at sea.

Then I know just how to find it!

Brightly! Light up Gemstone Pit, quick!

[chirps]

[Cubby] That's not it. Not that one!

The Lighthouse Diamond!

Thanks to Brightly, we found it.

And we got two more gold doubloons.

Let's grab them and go get the diamond!

Yay-hey, I'm on my way!

My diamond! I found it!

[both] And... got it!

Let go of my diamond, Jake!

Captain Hook, you can't have this diamond.

It's too important to--

What's important is that I be
the richest pirate in Never Land!

But the diamond shows ships
where to sail, and tonight it's helping--

[gasps] Red Jessica!

That's what I've been trying to say!

She's coming to see
the Midnight Sunflowers.

But she'll sail right past our island
in the dark

if we don't get the diamond
back to the lighthouse.

We must return this diamond
to the lighthouse immediately!

[sighs] I'm exhausted.

Someone else is going to have
to carry it the rest of the way.

Hurry, ye swabs, hurry!

Red Jessica will sail right past
the island!

No time! This is an emergency!

Up we go, mateys!

-Almost there! Heave...

She saw the light from the diamond!

Red Jessica's turning toward us!

We did it!
With Captain Hook and Mr. Smee's help,

we got the Pirate Island Lighthouse
working in time!

And we got three more gold doubloons!

Let's grab them and go greet Red Jessica
at the shore.

Ahoy there, Red Jessica!

Ahoy, James! Thanks for lighting the way!

You've arrived just in time to watch
the Midnight Sunflowers.

I had no idea
you were so interested in flowers.

Oh, indeed.

Especially the prettiest flower
in all of Never Land: you!
