our new head of children's programming

well-mannered group now I understand

that several of you have only recently

joined the show that's right Mr frost

i'm Michael and I'm the new producer we

have a great team this is Troy i'm a

visual consultant well how do you do it

and what's a visual consultant my job is

to make sure everything looks great see

I've made lots of changes doesn't the

set look great oh it does you did a good

job Troy and these are our new hosts

we get to do the harmony and uh and we

just have a lot of fun you know together

so you like teamwork yeah we like

teamwork and if you mess up you could

blame it on somebody else alfred you can

Did you guys take singing lessons our

only lessons were really growing up in

the church in the church choir was kind

of our lesson that's great that you're a

natural oh thank you very much how did

you become a group um Alfred and I grew

up together you know pretty much raised

Alfred from a wee boy we met Jamie at a

talent show and from there we did radio

station jingles together and for fun

Tony and I entered a karaoke show and

that's where we met DAS and

what is the meaning behind your group's

name all for one what it could mean you

know all for singing and peace and

harmony and you know just being together

all for one can you guys tell me what ac

cappella singing is yeah it's just a

capella singing is singing with just

voices with the absence of the music was

it a little bit hard at first um no i

think we just you sort of like grew into

it kind of came as a natural thing you

kind of learn it without even knowing

you're learning it you just pick it up

um would you guys sing something for us

today yeah uh let's make sure we do

something with harmony though so we can

uh show the kids you know the whole the

whole fourpart harmony since there are

four of us you know what I'm saying so

we'll do Old McDonald i'll take the

middle note alto with the Old Macdonald

had a farm

e-i-e-i-o and I'll take the low part

which is the bass and it goes something

like

"Od

e-i-e-i-o." And I'll take I guess what

we call the soprano which is the high

note and it goes "Oh Macdonald had a

farm e-i-e-i-o."

And I'm going to take the tenor part

which is always underneath the alto part

and that goes "Oh Macdonald had a farm

e-i-e-i-o." So al together it sounds

like "Oh Macdonald had a farm

e-i-e-i-o." And on his farm he had a cow

e-i-e-i-o with a moo moo here and a moo

moo there here a moo there a moo
