one day when peep was exploring in

nellie's backyard he discovered the most

had ever seen

it's just a ball

ah there a duck is not a duck without

all was right with the world but then

suddenly

it wasn't

oh no it's those blue jays

let me do the talking okay and hide that

ball

we were just sleeping

nice big ball beautiful

and so the afternoon wore on peep and

shirt played kickball while quack dreamt

about his favorite thing ducks until hey

it's quack he's asleep really you think

are you doing hey go away be gone leave

the duck alone

in two minutes we'll give it back three

the uh wind took it and threw it into

the jar can you believe it it wasn't the

and you'd better go get it

relax no problem we'll get it out we

have the perfect plan

close there you go perfect

hold on what are you doing put me down

see one duck and one hat reunited

talking about get out it's perfect look

you can see and it's uh uh warm oh yeah

warm if i had a place like that i'd

never leave uh-huh yeah he can't stay in

um chirp i think i've got it i mean well

quack is sort of like a ball isn't he i

i am a duck

quack no i mean you float like a ball so

if we put more water in the jar

that's it you got it you are an

extremely clever peep the blue jays

spraying into action they scooped up

quack's puddle and poured it into the

jar

that's where you're putting that egg

the more water they poured in the

[Applause]

finally quack arrived at the top only to

discover that he had a long way to go

okay quack we know you can do it jump

jump now

[Music]

quack if you don't jump how will you

ever get your hat back

[Music]

quack really had no choice did he so he

closed his eyes

[Music]

and then he opened his eyes

big mistake

so we closed them again and prepared to

jump

and prepared some more

and some more

until finally

[Music]

quack are you all right

all i want to do right now

is put on my hat

and go sit in my puddle

[Music]

what happened to my puddle we had to put

it into the jar so you could float to

the top remember like the ball

am going home

that was fun wasn't it we'll have to do
