Splinter one day hump was in the park

with his friend

Lon they were playing a flying game if

you flap your wings it makes you fly and

if you don't flap your wings it means

you're an airplane hump liked playing

with Lon because Lon knew about lots of

things I'm an

airplane

oh look Clon I found a little thing with

a hat on that's an acorn acorns turn

into

trees if I put it back on the path it

could grow Tree on the

[Music]

path what if I put it on the

swing it could grow a swinging

tree Poor Little Acorn I'm going to put

it near the baby trees so it can have

some

[Music]

friends so hump took the acorn and put

it near the baby

trees come on Mr airplane

[Music]

ow but then hump stopped flying and Lon

stopped flying too why aren't you flying

hump I have a

hurt hump showed Lon his hand there was

a very tiny line on it right where the

hurt was that's a

splinter I had a splinter one time

my mom took it out with the tweezer but

it hurt hump didn't know what a tweezer

was but he didn't like the sound of it

so he put his hand down again my

splinter is okay I don't need a

tweezer hump and Lon played flying some

more and they played lying down in the

grass and making cow

[Music]

noises and they play played bouncing on

the bouncy

[Music]

things but hump's hand hurt when he held

on so he stopped

bouncing H Lon and then it was time to

go

home okay we all need to hold

hands but hump's hand hurt when he held

his mom's

hand so he held her other hand instead

hump you can't walk backwards across the

road

oh but can I hold lon's other

hand okay as long as you hold hands

properly hump and his mom took Lon back

to her mom bye hump

bye and hump went home

too he looked at his hand the very tiny

line was still there right where the

hurt

was is there something wrong with your

hand humph no but humph still didn't

want to have a

tweezer humph went to play in his room

but his hand hurt when he pushed his

train so he pushed his train with his

other hand

instead and hump's hand hurt when he

washed it too so he washed the other

hand instead

and hump's hand hurt when he held his

spoon so he held his spoon with the

other hand too but it wasn't easy and it

made his food fall off a

lot is there something wrong with your

hand hump no hump still didn't want to

have a

tweezer can I look at your hand hump

hump showed his mom his hand and she saw

the very tiny line on it right where the

heart was

poor you you've got a splinter no I

don't want to have a

tweezer but humph if we take the

splinter out it won't hurt anymore I

don't like tweezers hump started to feel

very sad tweezers don't hurt you you

just need to be a very brave furry

thing and then hump's Mom took the

tweezer

and hump tried to be a very brave furry

thing but it did hurt a little

bit

ow all done and then it stopped hurting

the Splinter was gone the tweezers had

pulled it out there you see that wasn't

so bad was it hump's mom gave hump's

hand a kiss and that didn't hurt

either and hump finished his supper

holding his spoon in the hand he always

held his spoon

in andun he played dinosaur boats in the

bath and making a bubble beard and his

hand didn't hurt at all I'm a very old

man my hand feels all better oh

good and after his bath his mom gave his

hand another a kiss I like tweezers now

because I'm a brave furry

thing a very brave furry thing and his

dad gave his hand another kiss too just

to make

Blackboard one day hump's Mom took hump

downstairs to play with

hump hump liked lon's toys she had a

castle inside a ball and a toy house and

an animal cash register but Lon had

something new in her room today

what's that that's my new Blackboard you

can make pictures on it with the chalk

helicopter didn't you like your funny

helicopter Lon that's what blackboards

are for you make a picture and then you

rub it out again oh can I make a picture

that um it's a pink and orange Scribble

Monster let's make a picture together

okay some pretty

flowers and this is an airplane landing

on them it's instead of a

bee that's a very funny picture let's

not rub it out yet so I can show my mom

when she comes to pick me up

okay so hump and Lon decided to play

shopping with the animal cash register

instead hello Mr Supermarket man I want

to buy a tiara and a tomato and a duck

in the boat okay

now you have to pay me some money we

have to pretend the money okay okay ni

turn I went to buy a helicopter and a

bow with a castle inside and a baby bird

thing

too and then the doorbell rang

Wallace he'd come to play

you make pictures on it and then you rub

them out again can I make a picture okay

and LOM started to rub out their picture

of the airplane landing on a flower

instead of a

bee and hump did mind no don't TR out

with the funny picture I want to show my

mom but it was too late sorry hump I

forgot haha I can make a funny picture

too an elephant driving a really fast

racing car

look but hump didn't want to

look don't be sad hump we can make

another picture for your mom yes we can

make another funny

picture I'll do the flowers and you can

do the airplane landing on

them an airplane can't land on a flower

it's too

big LOM drew some more

flowers and hump tried to draw another

airplane it didn't look the same as the

last time but it was still very funny

I'm going to draw a tiny

elephant that makes it even

funnier and when hump's Mom came to pick

him up the funny picture was still there

look Mom we made a funny picture

together on balloon's

blackboard oh it's very nice can you

tell me what it is it's an airplane

landing on some

[Music]

flowers and that's a very tiny elephant

haha you're all very

silly I'm going to rub it out now so I

can make another picture but it's very

funny Lon don't you want to keep it I

can't keep the funny picture forever and

ever humpt then I won't be able to make

any new

pictures I'll have to get another new

Blackboard and another one and another

one and then the whole room will be full

of lots of

blackboards that would be even funnier

but Lon wouldn't have any room to play

anymore okay I can make another picture

on the Blackboard the next time I come

to play and I can make another picture

on the Blackboard when you go

home and she rubbed out the funny

picture and hump went home with his

mom and he drew another funny picture to

keep for ever and ever with crayons on a

piece of

paper that's a cow driving a fire

engine you are very funny furry thing

Keys one day Uncle Harry took hump to

play at his

flat hump liked Uncle Harry can I do the

keys of course you can he also liked

Uncle Harry's keys they were very jangly

car

oops never mind humph everybody drops

things sometimes even me

hump and Uncle Harry played look at all

the chairs and tables on the

ceiling and Uncle Harry is a

horsey but then Uncle Harry had to pay

some

bills can I pay some bills too Uncle

Harry no hump unfortunately you can't

pay my bills but you can do some drawing

if you want to

I have to write a letter

okay I'm going to write a letter like

you Uncle Harry a drawing

letter so hump drew a picture of some

dinosaurs playing in the park in his

letter and Uncle Harry wrote lots of

words in his letter and didn't draw any

pictures at all

can I put my letter in an

envelope of course you can but who's

that lovely letter for it's for

Flora my girlfriend she will be

surprised hump put his letter in an

envelope just like Uncle Harry but it

wasn't

easy you have to lick it like this to

make it

stick hump licked the envelope and

pushed it down to make it stick but it

tasted a little

funny then he licked a stamp and stuck

it on his letter just like Uncle

Harry but the stamp tasted funny

too after we've posted the letters we

can come back and play some music

together

yay so hump and Uncle Harry went out to

put all the letters in the post box can

I carry your keys Uncle Harry okay but

be careful H don't drop them I

won't oops sorry Uncle Harry never mind

everybody drops things sometimes even me

but hump was very careful not to drop

the keys anymore

[Music]

and then they got to the post box can I

put the letters in the post box Uncle

Harry of course you can Uncle Harry

lifted him up and hump pushed all the

letters into the post

uh-oh what's the matter humph I dropped

them that's okay you're supposed to drop

them the postman will come and take take

them out but does the Post room take

your keys out

too hump dropped Uncle Harry's keys in

the letter box Uncle Harry tried to look

inside the post box to see if he could

see them but it was too dark and he

tried to reach his hand inside the post

box to get them but it was too

small so he lifted hump up to see if he

could get his small hand

in but it was too far

down I'm sorry Uncle Harry it was an

accident never mind we'll just have to

wait for the postman to

come we can go back to your flat and

make music while we're

waiting no we can't we don't have any

keys to open the

door so hump and Uncle Harry waited for

the postman to

come and hump felt a little

sad and Uncle Harry looked sad

too so they played look at all the cars

driving on the

ceiling and Uncle Harry is a

giraffe

flora and Uncle Harry's girlfriend Flora

came along and she waited with them too

but it was still a very long

time and then the postman came and he

opened the post box and found Uncle

Harry's Keys thank

you look that's my little to Flora can

you give it to Flora now please well we

don't usually but

Flora it's a picture of dinosaurs inside

playing in the park thank you

it and they all walked back to Uncle

Harry's flat together but Uncle Harry

carried his own keys this time
