that Elmer you were too involv watching

Power Peete yeah every day he's been

watching it and he won't turn the set

around for me to see well that's not

very nice Elmer well it is my favorite

show I couldn't see anything from over

here either Elmer all of us were missing

the adventures of power PE well I think

I can do something about that I'll just

turn the

TV this way so next time everybody can

idea you know how we're always saying

there's no limitation to our

imaginations well how about it if we

imagine an adventure of power pee I've

got an even better idea why don't we

Real uh now let's uh look again at these

Doodles uh poys and girls why don't we

uh do this one together get your paper

and your pencil ready the secret is to

imagine each line is something

else let's start with the lines

Drew we'll show you this line here just

follow that line like that and he has

another line right here like take that

and we'll draw this line

now just like

that all righty I think I'm beginning to

see something how about you boys and

continue look at that I'm starting to

really see something

now see if you can guess what it is boys

and girls as you follow

along or maybe you see something

different that's okay

aha I'll bet some of you have guessed

over and continue it and stop right

there and we'll put a curve line there

have your crayons your markers ready now

is a good time to go and get them or you

can just watch and use your imagination

hey Dru it how' you like being the star

of your own TV show well Elmer I have to

tell you it was is very exciting you

know maybe you'll get a chance to be on

a TV show yourself someday you could

play this little guy that sits in a

chair and tells corny jokes all day long

nah I see myself more as an action hero

yeah in your dreams Elmer good idea Dru

I think I'll get started

now well girls and boys while the Elmer

action figure is sleeping let's col her

this seems like a very nice

color to start out

with very

great that's the fun part about coloring

boys and girls you can choose any color

you'd like

and so much fun drawing animals with you

boys and girls because I've seen so many

requests for animals in your letters

that you send

me so look for more animals in future

episodes thaty likes drawing them too

and coloring them

somebody's coloring their cat blue

that's a good

idea that's using your

imagination and we'll just color this

in like

that and get your wrist going back and

forth like

so because I have a very large area here

to color in you see

that so I'm getting my wrist to

move back and forth and I like to clean

it off a little

bit just add some more yellow right

there like

that there that looks pretty good it's

so much fun using our imaginations to

make up stories or create drawings like

today we used our imaginations for our

power papy adventure and to turn doodle

lines into pictures like our cat here

let's continue onward I'm going to

choose this

color or the inside of

our cat's ears just like

that very nice

and on the other

side

just like so and maybe same color on

the tip of his

nose just like

that and right above the

eye do the eyelid just like

that BR kn color now I think I'll take

some blue

and just outline the black portion of

the cat's eyes just like that just on

the outside you see that and do the same

like

there and again right

there and now I think I'll just

take this color and this color in

the front of the cat's face like

that and I'm going to use my orange

cray and this is a chance to use your

imagination and have some fun I'm going

to put some

stripes on my cat just like

that one stripe

there and another one right

there and a smaller one there

there we go and we'll do the same over

here like

that and uh long Stripe Right

so and we'll put another one over here

on this

side just like

that really

nice and I think I'll just go over this

color with

yellow like that

very very colorful looking

cat it's so much fun to use different

colors when you're

coloring yes that's the fun

part and I think I'll

just color

in the bottom portion here other the

cat's

neck a little orange here

like

that and

just yellow on top of

that there I'm all done now let's see

your pictures boys and girls excellent I

can see you really powered up your

imaginations today Chucky and I are

going to go cook some pasta so long papy

well that's easy it's when I draw a line

or a shape and you turn it into whatever

you want all you do is use your

imagination now just draw this shape

it into a picture later you get my nose
