it's a wind generator ted designed it

and had it made

he's going to use it to power his mill

workshop

i thought the water wheel did that yes

it does

but ted wants to make everything go

twice as fast

when the wind blows the blades spin

around and make

around and push the van forward

a bit like a boat when i give the signal
