- What do you feel like having?

- Got any apples?

- Or Carrots? With peanut butter?

- Uh, I don't see any of those. Mom?

- That's because We're all out.

But we can pick some up when we go to the grocery store later.

- Can we get some cookies, too?

And some orange juice, popcorn and raisins?

- Ooo, hang on,

I'll write them down.

It's the only way I'll remember.

- What are you working on, anyway?

- Some Skillsville updates.

I made some changes to the farm game.

- Really? Can we play it?

- Ooo, it's not completely done yet,

so there are probably some bugs.

- I like bugs! Especially dragonflies.

[chuckling]

- I'm not talking about that kind of bug.

In video games,

a bug is anything that isn't working like it should be.

- So you have to fix the bugs?

- Uh-huh.

But I don't always know what they are.

That's why there are Game Testers.

Their job is to play the game and find all the bugs.

- Wait. Playing games is a job?

- No way.

- Really? - Could we be your game testers?

- You know, that would be really helpful!

You could play the farm game and find the bugs for me!

- Sweet! - Yes!

- Just remember to tell me what the bugs are,

so I can fix them.

- This is gonna be so much fun!

- Let's play.

- Launch Skillsville.

[techno music]

- ParCora!

[grunting]

Racer Rae!

- Woo!

- Devosaurus!

[growling]

Welcome to Skillsville!

- Hey, hi, h*! You're here!

- Hi! - What are we doing today?

- We heard there were some updates to the farm game.

We want to check them out.

- Oh, great idea! Let's do it!

To the telepuddle.

[grunting]

- Hmm.

Looks like there are more cows after the update.

[beeping]

- Ha-ha! [beeping excitedly]

- This Beeple Farmer is wondering

if we can help around the farm.

- Yes, we came to play. - And find bugs along the way.

- Bugs? Right here.

As a pupperfly, I am part bug, ya know.

Hm-mm.

- Different kind of bugs, Scout.

We're looking for things that don't work right

in the farm game.

- Game Challenge: Help the farmer bring six cows

into the barn.

Get moo-ving.

- Sound easy enough.

I got this.

It's turbo time.

Let's go, cows.

[beeple struggling]

[gasping]

- Whoa! That cow walked right through the fence.

- That's not supposed to happen.

We just found a bug.

- I knew we'd be good at this.

[gasping]

That's gonna be a problem.

[mooing] - Whoa.

The cows are getting out.

- We'd better stop them.

- This way, cows.

[bouncing]

- Wrong way. Let's turn around.

- Hang on, cows.

Gotta get you to the barn.

[mooing aggressively] - Cow! Come back here.

Come ba-- What?

[mooing] It's gone airborne.

- A floating cow.

That's another bug.

- Okay, down, girl.

Down.

- We'd better get these cows into the barn.

- I'm on my way.

[grunting]

I think I just found an invisible telepuddle.

- Another bug?

I didn't know there would be so many.

- This is the weirdest game we've every pla-- Hey, hey!

Whoa! Whoa!

[laughing nervously]

- Oh no! Another bug.

- You know these bugs are really bugging me.

Whoa!

[mooing] Whoa!

- It's hard to get the cows into the barn

when there are so many bugs in this game.

- How many bugs did we find so far?

- I don't know, it's hard to keep track!

- But your mom said Game Testers have to remember the bugs,

so she can fix them!

[Beeple glitching]

- Just found another one.

- Okay, there's just too much going wrong here.

We need to pause!

- Whoa.

- There are way too many bugs in this game!

How are we gonna remember them all?

- Maybe we just need a strategy.

- Okay. What's a strategy to help us remember?

- Didn't your mom say something

about what she does to remember things?

- Ah, she writes them down!

Maybe we can do the same for bugs.

I'll need something to write with.

[beeping]

Okay, I'll write down all the bugs we find.

That way we won't forget any.

- Great strategy.

- Now that we know what to do: un-pause.

[beeping] - Ah!

[Beeple glitching]

- I'll write down that bug.

- "Beeple glitching."

[mooing]

[Scout glitching] - Ah!

[Beeple glitching] [thumping]

Ah...

[weak beeping]

[grateful beeping] You are welcome.

Whoa! Wha-ha-ha.

- Oh oh, the cows are getting out again.

- I'd better write that bug down.

"Cows going through fence."

[beeping nervously]

- Yup, we've gotta get the cows into the barn.

- I have an idea.

[wooshing]

Hey! Look what I've got.

A treat. Want some?

Follow me. [mooing]

- Go, Rae, go!

[beeping]

[dinging]

[mooing fearfully]

Oh no. That cow is floating off again.

- Adding it to the list.

"Floating cow."

- Okay. I'll go gather. - I'll help.

- Woo-hoo. - Whoa!

Yay! [grunting]

I keep forgetting about that invisible Telepuddle!

- I'll write it down so we don't forget.

"Invisible telepuddle."

[mooing] - Oh. Oh no.

Oh, I'm back up.

No, I'm not.

Woo! Yes, I am.

- Oh no, I'm not. - Almost forgot

about Scout's wings.

That's another bug.

[grunting]

Ah... Gotcha.

You know, You know between you and me

I think we both need to get a little more grounded!

- Come on this way.

Your cow friends are all in the barn.

[dinging] [victory jingle]

- Udderly amazing.

[victory song]

You've got them all in the bar.

- Yes! - Woo-hoo!

- And we found lots of bugs.

Writing them down really helps us remember what they are.

[beeping]

[beeping excitedly]

- Follow you?

- Okay. Let's go.

[upbeat music]

[beeping gently]

- A basket?

What do we do with this?

- Game Challenge, level two.

Collect the eggs, then give them to the farmer.

- The Spring Chickens are laying eggs everywhere.

[chicken oinking]

- Did that chicken just oink?

- Definitely a bug.

- And look: some of the eggs don't look right.

- Square eggs?

- That's two more bugs: square eggs and...

what was the other one?

[oink]

Oh yeah. Oinking chicken.

Better write these bugs down so we don't forget.

- So we just have to collect the eggs

and put them in the basket? This should be easy.

[grunting] Hey!

[Dev mumbling]

Or not!

- Bouncing eggs?

- That must be another bug.

[beeping] - Uh-huh?

Not a bug! Spring chickens lay springy eggs.

- Oh, then I'll cross it out.

Now let's go catch them.

- Ha-ha! Got it.

- Nice catch!

Missed it.

[grunting] - Gotcha!

- Nice catch.

- Come here.

Wee-hee!

[grunting] - Try again.

- Whoa.

- Nice catch.

[error notification]

- Missed it.

[bouncing]

Nice.

- We got all the eggs.

- Yeah, we did.

- Now we just have to give them to the Beeple Farmer!

Here you go.

[surprised beep] Huh?

The eggs all disappeared.

- That's an annoying bug.

Writing it down.

- "Eggs..." - Waité The eggs are back.

Oh.

There they go again.

And there they are.

- Oh.

The eggs disappear from the basket

whenever you get near the Beeple.

- Huh?

Whenever any of us gets near.

- Weirdest. Bug. Ever.

- How are we supposed to give the Beeple the eggs,

if they disappear when we get close?

- Uh, This list helped me remember something!

Follow me!

Please sit right there Beeple Farmer.

Now just wait here.

I think that invisible telepuddle was right about here.

Get ready... here it comes.

[surprised beeping]

- You did it!

Egg-cellent job.

Game Challenge complete.

- Epic! - Rawr!

- Yes!

[sound glitching] - Glitching badge.

One last bug.

- Got it.

Now we've got to let my mom know about all the bugs,

so she can fix them. See ya, Scout!

- Bye, Scout. - Later, Gamers.

- So how did my Game Testers do?

- Great! - We found a lot of bugs.

- I wrote them in my game notepad

so we could remember them all.

- Ooo, good thinking.

I can take a look at that notepad right from my computer.

Then I'll start fixing the bugs.

- We could be your Game Testers again,

whenever you want!

- Yeah. - Anytime.

- Great! And to thank you,

maybe I'll pick you up an extra treat

when we go to the grocery store later.

Is there anything special you would like?

- I'll write it on our shopping list,

so we'll remember what we want.

- For some reason, I'm hungry for eggs!

[laughing]

- All finished.

- Me too.

- I always feel good when I finish my homework.

- I always feel hungry.

- Anybody want a snack?

We could have my favourite:

pickles dipped in peanut butter!

- That combination is... interesting.

- I'm actually not all that hungry after all.

Where should I put my backpack?

- You can put it on the dresser. I hang mine on this hook.

- That hook's in the perfect spot for your backpack.

- Nice and low, where I can reach it.

Everything in my room is designed with me in mind.

Like this shelf...

It's just the right height for me.

And this light switch is down here, so I can do this...

- The moon and the stars!

- I had to have stars! And purple walls!

Even the way my room is decorated is just right for me.

- Looks like your room has everything you could ever want.

- Almost everything.

What I really wish I could have in here is one of those.

A half pipe!

- Whoa! In your room?

- It would be so cool to practice my trick moves,

whenever I like!

But my parents didn't go for the idea.

- I don't think it would fit in here.

- That's what my dad said!

- Now that homework's done, is everybody ready to play?

- Let's do it. - Definitely.

- Launch Skillsville.

- Racer Rae!

- Woo!

- Devosaurus!

[growling]

ParCora!

[grunting]

Welcome to Skillsville.

- Where's Scout?

- I'm over here!

[upbeat music]

- What's going on?

- These Beeples just bought this new house

and they say they need an Interior Designer.

- What's that?

- Good question.

[beeping rapidly]

Oh! Someone to design the inside of the house, and decorate it.

- Wait! That's an actual job?

- Rae, you'd make a great interior designer!

- Yeah, just look at what you did with your room.

- Do you have the skills to get the job done?

- You know it! Let's get to work.

[beeping cheerfully]

- This is it.

- Wow! It's like a big blank canvas.

- You can design it any way you like!

- Interior Designer Challenge.

Choose the right colour for the walls.

- How do we do that? The colours keep changing.

- That is a head scratcher.

- Ah yeah. - Ooo, look what you did.

- Wasn't me.

- You figured out how to choose the colour.

[beeping]

By pressing on it!

- Oh, yeah. That was... Totally me.

- Okay Interior Designer Rae:

what color should we make the walls?

- I like...

Purple. It's the perfect colour.

- Let's press the squares when they turn purple!

[upbeat music]

[grunting] - Missed.

Try again.

Nice. Way to go!

- There. - Got it.

- Woo-hoo! - Yes!

- Now it looks like my room at home.

Without the stars of course.

The Beeples are gonna be so happy.

- Let's show them.

Come on in, Beeples.

Ah, no peeking.

Okay. Open your eyes.

[worried beeping]

- You love it, right?

[beeping angrily]

- I think that's a no.

[beeping] - Uh-huh. Oh...

They say they don't like purple.

Hey... [failure notification]

- Sorry, that doesn't seem to be the right colour for the.

- Hold on. What's wrong with purple?

[beeping rapidly] Hang on, one at a time.

I don't know what they want. I need to pause.

Why wouldn't they like purple? It's the best color.

- Purple is your favorite color,

But it may not be the Beeples' favorite.

And you're decorating this room for them, right?

- Right. Maybe I just have to think differently about this.

- You could make the room a color the Beeples like.

- But how am I going to know what that is?

- Why don't you ask?

- Yeah. Asking questions seems like a good strategy.

I'll ask. Un-pause!

[beeping resumes]

Okay, I understand you don't like purple.

[beeping]

So I want to ask you a question: What color do you like?

[beeping interrogatively] - Oh, really?

Yeah, they don't really know.

- That's okay. I can keep asking questions.

Do you like pink?

[beeping]

What about blue?

[beeping]

How do you feel about green?

[beeping cheerfully]

- Hot dog! We have a winner.

- Let's try this again.

Interior Designer Challenge:

Choose the right colour for the walls.

A colour that is right for the Beeples.

- Okay, team, let's make this room green.

[upbeat music]

[grunting] - Way to go!

Yes!

- Nice! - Got it.

- Great!

[cheering]

- Good job, everyone.

It looks great.

So, what do you think?

[beeping happily]

- Woof-hoo! They like it!

- Colour me impressed.

Level complete.

[cheering]

- What else can we do with this room?

- Interior Designer Challenge, level two.

Decide what goes in the room.

Ooo, this'll be fun.

Let's see what's in the game inventory.

[Dev]: Wow! There's so much to choose from.

Where do you even begin?

- Maybe we should start with furniture.

Right, Rae?

- Rae? - There's a half-pipe!

We could put a half-pipe in this room!

Woo-hoo!

Isn't it awesome?

- It's... big.

- Check out what you can do.

I can do a hand land.

Look at that air.

- Um, Rae... Rae!

[wheels braking]

- You're not loving the half-pipe, are you?

[displeased beeping]

- That would be a no.

It does take up the whole room.

- Right.

I was thinking about what I'd like again...

but I need to think differently, about what you'd like.

Goodbye, old friend.

- Woof! Now this room feels... roomy!

- So what do you think the Beeples want?

- I'll do what I did before, and ask questions.

What do you want to do in this room?

[beeping] - Uh-huh.

Hang out, relax. [beep] about their days.

- So, maybe we design it like a living room?

[beeping happily]

Okay, what would you like in your living room?

[beeping surprisingly]

- They seriously have no idea.

- That's why they need an Interior Designer.

- Alright, let's look at some choices.

You need something to sit on... would you like a couch?

[beeping happily]

- Where should it go?

- How about we put it against the wall,

to give you more space?

- No problem.

There you go.

Give it a try.

[struggling]

- Wait: I just realized:

you need everything in your home to be made with you in mind!

Just like my home is made for me.

- Let's make that couch smaller. - I'm on it.

[beeping happily]

- Now they're on it.

- How about some tables and chairs?

[beeping]

There we go.

Let's make those the right size for the Beeples.

- I got this.

Where do you want them?

- You want them here

or on the other side of the room?

[beeping] - I'll lend a paw.

[relieved beeping]

- Great!

Now, we need some things on the wall.

How about a... a mirror!

[beeping]

- Oh, excuse me.

I'll put this on the wall.

No, no, no, excuse me. I will

Stop pointing to yourself.

I'll do it.

No, I will. No, I'll do it.

- Scout!

- Where do you want it?

- How about over there.

[beeping]

It's too high.

Let's make it lower.

So the Beeples can see themselves.

[beeping]

This room is looking great.

But... it seems like we need one more thing on that wall.

- Aww, family picture.

- Can I help?

[beeping]

They would like to hang it themselves.

- Do you want something to help you get up higher?

[beeping]

Hmm...

I know just what you need.

[upbeat music]

Ha-ha!

- The half-pipe again?

But it won't fit.

- I know. I have a better idea for it this time.

Ta-dah! A step stool.

[beeping triumphantly]

- Well, those are some happy Beeples.

- Home sweet home.

Interior Designer Challenge complete!

[cheering] - Sweet!

- I really loved decorating your home...

but now it's time to get back to my home.

- Bye, everyone. - See ya, Scout.

- Later, Gamers. [beeping]

- Best. Game. Ever.

- I really worked up an appetite.

- I am super hungry now.

- Let's have a snack.

- I'll make us some pickles and peanut butter.

[Dev]: Um...

- Or maybe I should ask you a question.

What kind of snacks do you like?

- I like peanut butter.

But maybe with something else.

- I like basically anything that makes a loud crunching noise

when I chomp it!

Got any carrots or celery?

- Oh, I could make celery and peanut butter.

- That sounds good. - Yeah!

- But I'll still make pickles and peanut butter for myself.

- You can try it. - Okay!

- Let's go.
