a main ingredient for moonshine.

These inmates

had a sophisticated
fermenting operation,

so we're recommending

three months
in restricted housing.

that must be cooked

are a contraband.

Now, I looked it up.

"Must" is an absolute term.

Therefore, any items
that can be consumed uncooked,

they're allowed.

a ridiculous stunt.

Stunt or no,

it's a clever argument
and highly entertaining.

Entertaining
is not a criteria.

Because Mr. Wallace
and Mr. Bishop

already spent a week
in the hole,

I move to sustain the ticket

and suspend punishment
and call this thing even.

If the administration

doesn't want this
to happen again,

I recommend they eliminate
the word "must"

from the regulations.

the decision
by the Appellate Division.
