Top of the food chain, fellas.

You lose.

[clangs]

[thuds]

[concierge] Spike,
Tom. There you are.

The staff voted

and somehow you two have won
"Best Behaved Pets" in the hotel.

I'd hate to see the worst.

As your prize,

you'll be treated
to the hotel spa

just like the human guests.

Heaven help that
poor spa hostess.

Hey, uh, looks like the
good behavior has paid off.

Eh, pal?

Hello. Welcome to
your spa experience.

Let's start off with some yoga.

Please, unroll your mats.

[chuckling softly]

Hm. It appears your mat is
even more tense than you are.

Try applying some
herbal calming gels.

[thuds]

Go ahead and spray
on the herbal gel.

[whizzes]

[thuds]

Tom! Stop right there.

Today, the hotel is
going to be visited

by a very important person,

so be on your best behavior.

Or else... Do I
make myself clear?

We are live at New
York's Royal Gate Hotel.

Visiting today are the
leading ambassador,

from Rosejamnesia
and her husband.

With them, of course, is
their charismatic cat, Monty.

Perhaps the most photographed
feline in the world.

- [people speaking indistinctly]
- [cameraman] Monty, look here!

- [man 1] That's it!
- [man 2] Right here!

[man chuckles] Yeah, that's it.

All right, all right. That's
enough photos for now.

Lord Monty is late
for his banquet.

Hurray... Another banquet.

I'm so over these.

Tom, that's for VIPs!

Get it together, cat.

[chews]

[objects clattering]

[thuds]

[thuds]

Excuse me, old sport.

The name is Montague,
Monty for short.

I've a bit of a
proposition for you.

You see, I've grown rather
wary of my opulent existence...

being followed by cameras,

attending lavish parties,

eating huge banquets
of endless food.

So I thought since you
and I look so similar,

perhaps we could
try a little switch.

I pretend to be you
and you can pose as me.

How's that for a deal, hm?

Wonderful! Here,
put on my collar.

Perfect. Looking good, Monty.

Good luck and don't do
anything I wouldn't do.

Ah, there you are, Monty! Come!

You have duties to attend.

- [man 1] Over here, Monty!
- [man 2] Over here, Monty!

- [man 3] Right... Right here!
- [man 4] Pose for us, Monty!

[people speaking indistinctly]

[man 1] Hey, Monty,
what's your favorite...

[man 2] One more, please.

One more!

Oh... No more cameras,
no press, no politics.

I feel as light as a feather.

Tom, get off the furniture.

You're getting cat
hair everywhere.

Do it again and you'll
be out on the street.

[thuds]

That didn't go well.

Maybe there's more to this
"lobby-cat" thing than I knew.

If I'm to blend in, I better
get some tips from the locals.

I say, you're that
mouse, aren't you?

Can you teach me how to slum it
like one of these lobby cats?

Is this how much cheese
Tom really brings you?

[camera shutter clicking]

[slurping]

[swishing]

[clicks on]

[thuds]

To world peace.

[spits]

Monty, that was hand soap!

Never before have we enjoyed such a
beneficial relationship between both nations.

We thank this city
for welcoming us

and look forward
to your ambassador

visiting our home.

Ugh. This lobby-cat
life is exhausting.

I think I need to squeeze in a
quick nap in this sandbox over here.

He does what in this?

[man] Look here! Look here!

- [man 1] Right here!
- [man 2] Come on, give us a smile.

[people speaking indistinctly]

[man] Monty!

- [screams]
- Oh, dear.

[whizzing past]

[screeching]

It has been truly an honor to
host you, Madam Ambassador.

I'm sorry Monty didn't
seem to enjoy the visit.

You look as miserable as I do.

How about we switcheroo
our little switcheroo

and get back to our
regular lives, hm?

Ooh.

Monty, there you are.
It's time to go home.

[cage rattles]

They're taking
Tom instead of me!

Please, you have to
help me get home.

Poor Monty. I've never
seen him like this before.

Must be the jetlag.

Well, Tom, I guess we learned
