is they had this grinder manager

and grinder athletes

that were just barely keeping us up.

and be the group that made the team

better than that,

but what we've done is

to any players

but my sense of them

is that they think they're here

for a temporary time,

that they're all

either gonna be sold

or replaced.

that are our nucleus right now,

You've had all these things you

said you were gonna do

mapped out ahead of you

..and all of a sudden they're taken

from you, and it hurts. It hurts.

On a personal level,

as his friend,

really, really pleased for him.

And from a Burnley perspective,

to have Burnley and Bayern Munich

in the same sentence

shows that behind the scenes

we're doing some amazing work.

I think Alan has

struggled with Vinny leaving.

I think he knew it'd come one day.

Football, it's hard

but it's life.

There is no decision

to any club in the world

that would have been easy

..because I was fully invested.

I absolutely gave everything.

I worked my socks off.

I treated this club

like the most precious,

special, you know

piece of work

that could ever be given to someone.

we're together,

so represent us with your f*cking

attitude and your heart.

The highs and the lows and everything

that goes with it, for me,

it's life. It's not football.

It's feelings,

it's sentiments and emotion.

Burnley's a special place.
