Fel: The sun is about to rise.

Fel: Hey! Hurry up and wake up!

Mukohda: Wh-What? What?!

Fel: You were the one who asked me to wake you up last night.

Mukohda: Huh?

Flashback,Mukohda: Tomorrow, they're going to have the morning market they haven't had in a while.

Flashback,Dora: Let's go. Let's go.

Flashback,Sui: Sui wants to go.

Flashback,Mukohda: Let's try our best to get up.

Flashback,Mukohda: It'd be best if I had someone to wake me up on time...

Mukohda: Oh! The morning market!

Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill

"A New Return"

Mukohda: Whoa! It's super lively!

Hawkers: I'll sell it to ya cheap!

Mukohda: It's bustling with activity!

Hawkers: How about it, Bro?

Mukohda: It's completely different from last time!

Hawkers: It's fresh!

Fel: It's all raw.

Fel: I can eat it raw if I must, but...

Fel: I smell something delicious wafting over from there!

Mukohda: What?! You already want to eat? Let me look around a little first.

Auntie: There are food stalls set up in the square up ahead.

Auntie: Why don't you take a look?

Mukohda: Thank you very much!

Sui: Food!

Dora: Time to eat!

Mukohda: Oh, looks like you two are up.

Mukohda: Excuse me, can you give me enough grilled fish to fill this plate to the brim?

Older Man: No problem!

Older Man: Wait! You're the guy who took care of the kraken!

Older Man: Bro, we were able to catch a lot of fish thanks to you!

Older Man: Us fishermen and fishmongers are all grateful to you.

Older Man: It's our turn to take care of you with some delicious fish.

Older Man: Eat your fill!

Older Man: I'll give you a bit of a deal. It'll be three copper coins.

Mukohda: Th-That's so cheap!

Mukohda: Okay, then! Thank you for the meal!

Mukohda: It's delicious! The flesh is plump and fatty.

Mukohda: And the saltiness is just right!

Dora: It's a different type of meat, but fish is pretty good, too!

Sui: The skin is so crispy and yummy!

Fel: His grilling technique is acceptable.

Fel: Though, the greater the quantity the better...

Mukohda: It's better to go around and eat different stuff from different stalls.

Mukohda: Let's try that place next.

Mukohda: So good! What kind of soup is this?

Stall Lady: Giant rock clam soup.

Stall Lady: Take a look!

Mukohda: They're so big!

Mukohda: Since they make such delicious soup, I want to try eating them grilled!

Stall Lady: The giant rock clams here are famous for being delicious whether you boil or grill them.

Stall Lady: You should stock up on some if you like them!

Mukohda: Then, I'll take this chance to grab a crate of them...

Stall Lady: Sure thing!

Mukohda; Internal: She's got some business skills!

Mukohda: This shellfish...

Stall Lady: Oh, they're ooysters.

Mukohda/Internal: Just like I thought, they're oysters.

Mukohda: Ones this large make me want to eat them raw with a squeeze of lemon!

Stall Lady: Hey, you...

Stall Lady: I've never heard of eating them that way?!

Mukohda: Oh, uh... Is there a chance of food poisoning?

Stall Lady: You'd better not do that unless you want your insides torn open by fish worms!

Mukohda/Internal: It's way past the level of food poisoning...

Stall Lady: You can't eat fish raw either! Make sure you cook them all thoroughly!

Mukohda: I'll be careful.

Mukohda/Internal: That means sashimi isn't possible either...

Mukohda: Well, let's keep looking around.

Stall Man A: Take this with ya, too!

Stall Woman B: Take that, too!

Stall Man C: Take that with you!

Mukohda: I ended up with more freebies than purchases...

Mukohda: They ate a hearty breakfast and went back to nap.

Mukohda: Days off are the best.

Mukohda: Now, what should we eat for our late lunch... or is it early dinner now?

Mukohda: We have a ton of seafood...

Mukohda: That's it! Let's make that!

Mukohda: First, light a fire...

Fel: A barbecue?

Mukohda: Nope. I'm making something different today.

Mukohda: Then, I'll take this cabbet and roughly chop it up!

Mukohda: Some people prefer to julienne it, but I like it roughly chopped.

Fel: Leaves again? Feed me meat.

Mukohda: Don't be like that. I promise it'll be delicious.

Sui: What's that?

Mukohda: Well, I guess it's seasoned flour and kneaded flour made into thin strings.

Fel: Flour after leaves?! I wish to eat meat or fish!

Mukohda: Just hold on a little while!

Mukohda: It doesn't matter if there are a few lumps in the mixture.

Mukohda: Add the cabbet and mix it all up until it's fluffy and light coated.

Mukohda: Then, we'll use these things that we found in the morning market.

Mukohda: They're definitely the perfect umami ingredient.

Dora: It looks pretty sticky...

Mukohda: It's not finished yet.

Mukohda: It's time to use the griddle top that I had Master Aleš make for me.

Mukohda: Spread oil, then pour the dough and shape it.

Mukohda: Oh. I need to sauté the noodles, too.

Mukohda: Once it starts cooking through, add the noodles on top!

Mukohda: We'll use kraken and vermillion shrimp!

Mukohda: I added them last so they wouldn't get too hard from overcooking.

Mukohda: After confirming the bottom browned up perfectly...

Mukohda: Looks pretty good!

Dora: Can we eat it now?!

Mukohda: Hold on! Hold on! It's still not finished.

Mukohda: If nothing else, we still need to add the sauce!

Sui: It smells good!

Mukohda: We should add plenty of mayonnaise, too.

Mukohda: We'll also add some seaweed that's similar to green laver.

Mukohda: Then some bonito flakes...

Sui: Fluttery!

Mukohda: And it's done! It's squid and egg...

Mukohda: I mean, kraken and vermillion egg okonomiyaki!

Extra-Large Modern StyleSeafood Okonomiyaki

Sui: It's fluffy and crispy at the same time. The kraken inside is so tender!

Dora: The shrimp is good, too, but the green powder and brown flaky stuff smells awesome!

Dora: The sauce is really rich, but it tastes so good and refreshing together!

Fel: Wait!

Fel: Why do I not have any?!

Mukohda: I'm frying up an ooyster and egg one for you, so wait a little bit.

Fel: Is it ready yet? Hurry it up.

Mukohda: Just wait.

Mukohda: Ooysters taste the best when they're thoroughly grilled up.

Dora: You looked pretty cool earlier.

Mukohda: Earlier?

Dora: When you went scoop, then fwip!

Dora: I wanna give that a try!

Sui: Sui, too!

Mukohda: Sure.

Fel: What?!

Mukohda: Listen carefully. You can't just use the tips of the spatula to flip.

Mukohda: Do it in one large movement...

Fel: What?!

Dora: We failed.

Fel: My okonomiyaki...

Mukohda: It's fine! It's fine!

Mukohda: Okonomiyaki is actually pretty easy to fix!

Fel: You must take responsibility for flipping it next time!

Mukohda: Sure. Sure.

Mukohda: It's done! Extra-large ooyster and egg okonomiyaki!

Dish-right,Text: Deluxe Okonomiyaki with Ooyster

Fel: I have grown sick of waiting!

Fel: The rich umami of the ooyster and the leaves inside balance each other quite well!

Dora: I want to eat one of those, too!

Sui: Sui can still eat a lot, too!

Fel: Cook more!

Mukohda: Sure thing.

Mukohda: Giant rock clams would probably go well with it too, so let's make one of those while we're at it.

Mukohda: I think I had some thinly sliced orc meat left, too.

Dora: - All right!- Sui wants to eat that!

Fel: Yes! Be quick!

Fel: I will eat that as well!

Mukohda: That was totally satisfying.

Mukohda: Flour-based food is a symbol of justice.

Sui: Master!

Dora: We're gonna go exercise to digest our food.

Mukohda: Oh, Fel. Then take the magic bag with you.

Fel: You wish for us to put our prey into this bag again?

Dora: Woo-hoo!

Sui: Yay!

Mukohda: Don't come back too late!

Marx: They're as energetic as ever.

Mukohda: Marx?

Marx: This arrived at the Merchant's Guild just a little while ago.

Marx: It's for you.

Mukohda: Lambert!

Lambert: The soap and shampoo that you wholesaled to us have been immensely popular.

Lambert: We've limited the quantities to three items per person,

Lambert: but we are already running low on stock.

Lambert: I am hoping to replenish our stock as soon as possible!

Lambert: Oh, the cape you requested is almost done as well!

Mukohda/Internal: Soap and shampoo...

Mukohda/Internal: It's really popular among both people and goddesses.

Mukohda/Internal: I want to respond to Lambert's request...

Mukohda/Internal: The cape, too... It'd be convenient to have one,

Mukohda/Internal: so I want to go pick it up as soon as possible...

Mukohda: What is it, Marx?

Marx: Actually...

Marx: Oh, come to think of it, where did your familiars go?

Mukohda: Oh, they went on a little walk...

Marx: I see...

Marx: Well, we're still in the process of confirming things so I'll head back for today.

Mukohda: Could it be that another kraken appeared?

Mukohda: But there's no need to keep it a secret if that were the case...

Fel: I always seem to be overflowing with power after eating!

Dora: Let's hunt something big this time!

Sui: Yay!

Fel/Dora/Sui: That's...!

Mukohda: Hmm...

Dora: It was really fun!

Sui: Master?

Dora: You look a little down.

Fel: Thinking about something?

Mukohda: Yeah, just a little...

Mukohda: How did your walk go?

Fel: It was not bad.

Sui: Sui went pew pew!

Dora: Then, I went shwoo-boom!

Mukohda: You two seem pretty excited.

: What did you guys hunt today?

Fel: Yes. Yes. I am sure you wish to see it as well.

Mukohda: D-D-Dragon?!

Fel: Are you surprised?

Mukohda: What in the world did you bring back?!

Fel: You cannot tell?

Fel: It is a red dragon.

Fel: It has been a while sinceI last came across a worthy foe.

Fel: Though, I wish I could have fought it alone.

Sui: Sui wanted to beat it up alone, too!

Dora: It's still too early for you.

Mukohda: What do you want me to do with something this big?

Fel: This red dragon was still young and small in size.

Fel: I am sure that means its meat is still tender and quite delicious.

Mukohda: You want to eat this one, too?

Fel: Of course.

Sui: Sui can't wait!

Dora: The earth dragon was so delicious, so how much more delicious will this red dragon be...

Mukohda: If we want to process this thing...

Elrand: Mu! Koh! Da!

Mukohda: We'll have to ask that person in Dolan...

Fel: That peculiar elf?

Mukohda: You need to have special equipment and skills to process a dragon.

Mukohda: And, if he ever found out that we asked someone else to do it...

Mukohda: Before we meet up with Lambert in Karelina,

Mukohda: we should probably take care of this red dragon.

Mukohda: Nope! I need to cool down!

Mukohda: Oomph.

Mukohda: Ta-da!

Dora: What's that?

Sui: Pretty!

Mukohda: Sui, can you turn this lever?

Sui: Are we grounding meat again?

Mukohda: It'll be ice this time.

Mukohda: We're shaving ice!

Dora: Want me to melt it?

Mukohda: I'm not trying to turn it into water.

Mukohda: Wow, Sui! You're good at this!

Sui: Master, the ice got all fluffy.

Mukohda: All right, we have strawberry, melon, lemon, blue Hawaii, and milk.

Mukohda: Choose anything you like!

Sui: Then, Sui wants the white one.

Fel: You froze water, shaved it finely, and even decided to add color.

Fel: What is the meaning of this?

Mukohda: This stuff is perfect for a day like this.

Mukohda: Sui wants milk, right?

Mukohda: This is called shaved ice.

Sui: Sui is eating shaved ice.

Sui: It's cold and sweet and yummy!

Dora: What?! Gimme some, too. I want a blue one.

Mukohda: Here you go. Blue Hawaii.

Dora: So cold!

Dora: Now my forehead hurts!

Mukohda: Even pixie dragons get brain freezes?

Fel: You said that red one is strawberry, did you not?

Fel: I don't mind trying a strawberry one.

Mukohda: You love strawberry shortcakes after all.

Mukohda: Here you go.

Fel: It's a different strawberry than a strawberry shortcake,

Fel: but this is also sweet and delicious.

Mukohda: Oh? Looks like you ate too much too quickly.

Fel: I have never felt such pain before...

Mukohda: So, a goddess' blessing doesn't help here.

Mukohda: Maybe this shaved ice is actually stronger than a red dragon for Fel...

Mukohda: Red dragon...

Mukohda: Looks like something's going on.

Mukohda: Marx, what's wrong?

Marx: Well...

Adventurers A: Maybe if they help...

Adventurers B: We can't defeat that thing.

Adventurers C: Let's just ask them.

Mukohda/Internal: This kind of situation feels familiar...

Marx: We received a report that something terrible appeared in the nearby mountains.

Marx: We just happened to go over the investigation report...

Fel: Yes.

Mukohda: Okay...

Mukohda: Um, Marx. Why don't we talk privately?

Marx: Let's cut to the chase.

Mukohda: Please don't be too surprised.

Mukohda: This is probably the terrible thing that you were talking about.

Mukohda: Um, Marx, are you okay?

Marx: S-Sorry! I forgot myself for a moment.

Marx: I was thinking of asking for your help,

Marx: but the problem's already been solved.

Marx: I can't believe you were able to hunt down a red dragon.

Mukohda: It's more like, it just happened to happen...

Marx: Don't they say leviathans are the strongest of the seas and red dragons of the skies?

Fel: It cannot even be considered an enemy if I fight seriously against it.

Fel: Well, I had support this time.

Marx: As expected of a legendary monster.

Marx: Come to think of it, weren't you an A-rank adventurer?

Mukohda: Huh? Yes, that's right.

Marx: Shouldn't you be considered an S-rank now?

Mukohda: Huh?

Mukohda: No! No! No! This has nothing to do with me!

Mukohda: Fel and the others were the ones who hunted the red dragon!

Marx: Exactly.

Marx: You should be an S-rank since you have familiars

Marx: that can easily hunt something like that down.

Mukohda: I only showed this to you so you didn't have to keep worrying about it.

Mukohda: Please don't make it too public.

Marx: You fool!

Marx: The time it took to hunt it down and the way you did it

Marx: is important information that needs to be shared!

Marx: That's the duty of any adventurer in the Adventurer's Guild!

Mukohda: I understand...

Mukohda: Sorry for the wait.

Mukohda: I'll listen to each of your requests in turn.

Ninrir: I have waited far too long!

Ninrir: Cake! I must have cake!

Kisharle: I would like to try hair packs this time.

Agni: The craft beer I had last time was good, so I want similar stuff again!

Hephaes: I heard there are types of booze that's more expensive than six silver coins in your world,

Hephaes: but they are all the more delicious.

Vahagn: How about letting us save a silver coin each time

Vahagn: and spending it on them once we've saved up enough?

Mukohda: The gods have even started a savings fund...

Mukohda: Huh? What about you, Goddess Ruka?

Ruka: Okonomiyaki...

Kisharle: That did look quite delicious.

Ninrir: Just as Ruka says.

Ninrir: I wish to eat cake as well, but this time...

Agni: We should eat some okonomiyaki!

Agni: Looks like it'd go good with booze!

Vahagn: I've decided! I want three silver coins worth of booze

Vahagn: and two silver coins worth of okonomiyaki!

Hephaes: I will do the same!

Mukohda: Are you serious?

Mukohda: It's a lot of work to cook for all six of you.

Mukohda: I'll send you the ingredients, so please make them yourselves.

Ninrir: What are you saying?! I wish to eat your okonomiyaki!

Gods: That's right!

Gods: It's an offering!

Gods: Your okonomiyaki!

Ruka: I want to eat yours...

Mukohda: Please accept these offerings...

Mukohda: That was seriously exhausting.

Mukohda: Now I don't have to worry about offerings for a little while.

Mukohda: It's best to finish up troublesome things first.

Mukohda: I guess we should take care of the red dragon early on, too.

Mukohda: Rumors about it will eventually spread...

Mukohda: After that, I need to take care of my deals with Lambert.

Mukohda: Hmmm...

Mukohda: Okay, I've decided!

Sui: What's that?

Mukohda: Something pretty and fun!

Mukohda: All right! Let's go!
