- So much chaos is going on in my life.

And that triggered me. With the roommates, I'm done.

- I brought something for the show.

- Ma, they're all going to call me a chooch if I wear this.

I have a comedy show in Connecticut in a couple days.

- Can we come? - Uh...

It'll be the biggest show I've done so far.

- I did a transfer before we went to Miami,

and then it failed.

So now, I have to get surgery to remove the ovary.

- Oh, Sam.

- Your birth mother is ready to start messaging.

- This is the first time

I'm actually going to have a conversation with my birth mom.

[notification chimes] [Nicole gasps]

[upbeat music]

- Yeah, buddy!

- Party's here!

- The Situation is under construction.

- We're so classy now.

- On the seventh day, it'll be lit.

And I feel like she's been, like, waiting for this moment

to like, reach out to me. And--[sighs]

I never realized that I actually cared about

hearing my birth mom's voice.

- I knew not to put fake lashes on today.

[all chuckle]

- She say that she's very excited.

And we can answer all the questions that you have.

- OK.

- OK, so you tell me, what is the first question?

- Why was I put up for adoption?

[soft dramatic music]

- That's a heavy question, but I think--

- I know. I feel bad asking that,

but this can't get any more emotional.

For years, I've been thinking about this question,

and now, the answer is gonna pop up any second.

This is insane.

[sighs]

- She say when she realized that she was pregnant,

leaving her by herself.

Even was painful, she had to let you go.

because I'm not ready for that yet.

So Deena is running now. [chuckles]

- I just wanted to let you know I started running.

- I am all about exercising together.

- I got us some waters.

- I'm training myself for a marathon,

and it'll be a great little bond that me and Deena have.

I support her in her running journey, she supports me.

So, wait, so how did you get into running?

- Honestly, like, my anxiety has been a little worse lately.

I think because the boys are both in school now,

and I'm not in control.

My OCD kicked in, and I was, like, ticcing.

And then, I ran.

And I was like, oh, my God, I feel so much better.

- Me and Deena always share the common bond

over having anxiety disorders.

My brain just doesn't work anymore, dude.

I can't think. I can't [bleep]--

I can't sleep.

- [crying] I need to go home.

I--I need--

- Come outside. It's OK. - [sobbing]

- Breathe. Breathe in your nose, like this.

[inhales deeply]

It's natural for anybody to have anxiety.

But when you have an anxiety disorder,

the physical sensations and feelings are so overwhelming

at times that you can't function, you know?

It's serious.

- When I was little, it would take me an hour

to go to sleep because I had rituals.

- Yeah.

- My OCD, I've had it all my life.

Counting things.

You know, not touching something a certain way.

And now, you're like, oh, my God,

if I don't touch this a certain way,

something's going to happen to myself, or someone I love.

And it sounds so crazy, but you obsess over things.

I hate worrying about everything always.

- So how do you feel after you run?

- Release, I guess. - Mm-hmm.

- It's like a therapy. - Yeah, yeah, yeah.

When your physical health is in check,

it definitely helps your mental health.

Running has always helped me with my anxiety,

so I'm just excited to see Deena run.

- All right, let's do it.

Usually I do a mile.

- I'll look at your form.

I'll make sure that you're running it right.

- My goal is to run a K.

Short marathons by me.

Ooh, pizza marathon.

After the finish line, there's pizza and beer.

That seems like a meatball type of marathon.

I'm signing up.

I definitely want to feel ready for it.

- Land on the ba*ls of your feet.

- Yeah. - Not the heel.

Don't go like this.

- This is, like, more tiring for me.

Obviously, I'm not mad at her.

I wouldn't even be here if she didn't put me up for adoption.

I have amazing parents and I had a great childhood.

You could say I was adopted by loving parents.

Grew up in New York.

I was spoiled.

And then meeting my roommates.

and I know you have work when I get my surgery.

So you don't have to miss work, my mom's just gonna take me.

I'm literally getting an organ removed.

Sometimes you just need your mom.

- Unfortunately,

I have to go through another surgery, again.

I had a tumor on my left ovary

that had to be removed years ago.

And because I'm struggling to get pregnant,

my doctor said maybe there's some bad cells

in your ovary still from that tumor.

Let's get rid of it and maybe it will help you get pregnant.

I feel like time is flying by.

Everybody is getting pregnant, living life.

And here I am, still struggling and still having roadblocks.

And it's just like, ugh.

- I know you're frustrated, but, you know, things happen.

- Yeah.

If this isn't successful,

I really have to sit down with Justin

and we have to decide what our next steps are gonna be.

Like, maybe we look into a surrogate.

Maybe I'm not able to carry a baby.

I don't know.

But I will do whatever I can to be a mom.

This is gonna be the longest set

I've ever had to do in my life.

I'm gonna be trying out new material.

And you never know what's gonna happen.

You always have fear that no one's gonna laugh.

- Your journey into stand-up is very inspiring because

it's not easy to get on stage.

And you keep leveling up your game,

They're like the before and after of sobriety, basically.

But Mike is New Jersey sober,

so he only eats pizza and does steroids.

Reality show fame is kind of different.

Today, I was walking down the street,

and some girl was like, oh, my God, Vinny, I love you.

I can't believe you're still alive.

[laughter]

I took a picture with her, though,

because I love all my fan.

[laughter]

I'm single. I'm single.

[cheering]

Like, I actually just started

talking to this girl in the gym.

Both running on the treadmill at the same time.

And then she finally spoke to me.

She turned around and she was like,

get the f*ck off my treadmill.

[laughter]

I don't know if you guys knew this.

For the last couple of years, I worked as a male stripper.

[cheering]

I was.

I was basically Temu Channing Tatum.

[laughter]

They called me Tragic Mike.

[laughter and applause]
