when it comes to my job.

a lot about survival,
I can bring a great mental game.
I want to attempt to be like
these survivalists that succeed,
Where they are mentally
and physically challenged,
And they still persevere.
Reality has hit.
This is nothing like
what I thought it would be
Just watching it from the couch.
It's real.
So I'm officially
really nervous.

that I could wear.
But I didn't know
I would actually be doing it.
I'm definitely concerned about
just heat and dehydration.
The sun is as intense
as I've ever felt sun before,
And it's not even
the heat of the day.

And is used to pushing through,
But she has only tested
her skills
In cold-weather environments.

and incredibly large crocodiles.
These crocodiles are literally
known to eat humans.

along the water's edge
In an area teeming with lions,
leopards, and nile crocodiles.
Found in freshwater rivers,
The nile crocodile
is an apex predator
That can reach up to 20 feet
in length and 2,400 pounds
And can dispatch its prey
in a matter of seconds.

They slide into the water,
and they go into predator mode.

and they eat lions.

made of meat.

shoreline, about 6 feet out.
There's like
20 crocodiles.
Crocodiles
everywhere.
They don't belong here.

they're making a move.

Let's be careful
of lions.

Like, looking at the water
makes me nervous.

Molly:
this was the most challenging
experience I've ever had.
I did not come into this
thinking that I was going
To have to chop the head off
of a spitting cobra or choking.
I felt like I was hit hard
and fast at every given moment,
But I stand proud and tall.
I'm here, and I completed this.
It's an amazing feeling,
And I did it on my own two feet
with two amazing partners.
Give me a hug.
I want to give you a hug.
Ooh.
Oh, my gosh.
Narrator:
over the course of 21 days,
Molly lost
a total of 13 pounds.
Her final psr rises
from 4.2 to 5.5.
It's an incredible
familiar experience
But entirely different
at the same time.
Matt:
this experience out here in
africa was absolutely awesome.
You know, there was definitely
a little reservation
Just between gary and I from
our last challenge together,
But we worked together
perfectly.
It was like two brothers
out there
With the same goal in mind,
And getting to spend
21 days with molly
And showing her everything
I could show her,
Molly is now stronger mentally.
She is more capable physically.
You know, she's ready
to take it on again, I think.

matt lost 11 pounds.
His psr goes from 9.5 to 9.8.
Gary: it was beautiful knowing
that it was done,
We were over
with the 21-day struggle,
Also amending my relationship
with matt.
You know, matt and I
do have two different styles.
He hunted, and I scavenged,
and both were successful,
And it came together in just
a very powerful combination
That was amazing,
That worked
really good together.

It's a feeling that I think
