on sport fishing.

In fact, it's...

They're leaning way more

Towards catch and release
over there.

That doesn't mean
anything for us.

Phil might've been
fishing tuna in mexico

But between '80 and '86,

There was an embargo.

So basically,
mexican government

Didn't want us, the americans,

Harvesting tuna
in their waters.

And obviously we didn't want
the mexicans

Harvesting tuna in our waters.

It's just like us
with crab and russia,

You know, it's...
It was a w*r.

It got pretty heated.

So he couldn't have fished
for them?

Not commercially for tuna.
