A lot of the time, people come up to me and tell me

these really personal stories

because of the release of my book.

This is my story about how I overcame addiction.

I'm eight years clean and sober,

living my best life and teaching others to do the same.

It definitely gets me all in my feels

to see people go through their struggles.

And they look towards me for the light.

If you're going through recovery,

And just don't give up on yourself.
