[indistinct background chatter]

[Other Anthony] Oh, man.

Anthony, what's that?

Sorry, "Other Anthony."

Uh, it's like a Turbo thermos, like...

I think it's a welcome gift.

It can hold water, but not a lot of water.

It was like, in my closet.

It was just in the closet?

- [Other Anthony] Yeah.
- It wasn't on the counter?

No, it was like, on the floor.

So, maybe I think that was left over from whoever.

- It's got like a...
- Oh!

- Oh!
- [Jackie] What is that?

[Helen] Oh, my goodness. Look at that.

What water bottle is mostly jelly?

- [Jackie] Right.
- [Other Anthony] Yeah.

Did you get something like this?

- You just got the black one?
- [Anthony] Yep.

Well, I probably couldn't drink it without the straw.

Bro!

- Did you wash it?
- Did you...

Seriously, I can't read it.

Oh. Oh. I don't know if you want
to be drinking out of that.

- Why?
- It says, "Fleshlight Turbo."

- What's a Fleshlight?
- What?

- There's no... It's not a flashlight.
- Why y'all laughin'?

Well, it ain't a thermos.

[Helen] You don't know what that is?

[Jackie] Wait, somebody's gotta tell me.

What is a Fleshlight?

Um... uh... uh...

- What is...
- Uh, it's a...

It's a masturbatory toy for men.

- Oh!
- Wait, so it's not...

You're drinking out of it?!

I thought... What? I thought it was a thermos.

[Jackie] Put it down!

- [Helen] Other Anthony, honey.
- Yeah.

You need to put it down 'cause it's not clean.

Oh, my.

So, I spoke with Marjorie, and she let me know

that that was not a welcome gift.

This, honestly, this is like classic Malibu Realtors.

She thinks somebody... Did somebody use that?

[Helen] I don't know, honey,

but if they did, they weren't just stickin' ice in it.

[contemplative music]

[producer] Are you guys excited about the retreat?

- Oh, my God.
- Stoked.

- Obviously, it's Doug's last retreat.
- [coughs]

Give it up for the new CEO of Rockin' Grandma's Hot Sauce!

- [Helen] He's a great kid.
- [Kate] Yeah.

But is he the right fit for CEO?

Will you marry me?

- No. Kevin...
- [pops]

You're Captain Fun. You got this.

I don't got this.

[cans rattling]

My intention is to find and open the time capsule.

[Jackie] Oh!

[Marjorie] Malibu Realtors. They were... monsters.

I saw them bringing in a cotton candy machine

and they were swirlin' around cocaine in it.

[quirky music]

[birdsong]

[overlapping chatter]

It's an empty seat.

This is gonna be empty.

Last night, Kevin had some family issues

that he had to go and deal with. So, um, he had to leave.

But he designated me Captain Fun.

And I actually don't have the hat on
right now, I need to run and grab it.

So, I got a little bit of a promotion
from Lieutenant to Captain.

[producer 2] Is Kevin coming back today?

- Um, honestly, I don't know if Kevin...
- [Jimmy] Hey, guys!

Do any of these trees look like a,
kinda like a screaming man to you guys?

I'm not sure what he means by screaming man.

- We're trying to find the time capsule.
- Mm-hmm.

You don't remember where you put it?

No. I remember it being like near a tree
that looked kinda like a screaming man.

- But if you see...
- Y'all say...

Let me finish this interview
and I'll do a walk-around with you

and see if we can find it.

- For real?
- Yeah, I got you.

- My man. Thank you.
- Yes, sir.

[overlapping chatter]

Yo, there he is!

El Capitán.

Hey, I'm the Captain now, right?

Captain Ron? Good movie, huh?

What a man.

Like, a little, like, you know, a little nervous.

Like first day as CEO, you know?

Big first day for you. First day as Captain Fun, you know.

Just take a breath. It's all right.

- Yeah. Look...
- You got it.

I need today to go well, all right.

So, I was wondering if you could just
back me up as Captain Fun.

- Have my back. Is that cool?
- Yes, sir.

- I got you. I got you, man.
- All right.

Appreciate you. Let's go.

Yeah, yes, sir.

'Morning, everybody.

[Dougie] 'Mornin', 'mornin'.

All right, good morning, everyone. Good morning.

Let's all begin. Gather around, take a seat.

Or remain seated. Or stand at your leisure.

Actually, I'm not CEO yet,

so, we're gonna wait for Dad to get started.

- [light applause]
- Good start, good start.

Good start, good start.

Uh, yeah. We'll just wait for Dad.

- [Jimmy] Amy?
- [Amy] Mm-hmm?

[Jimmy] After Kevin's prank last night, I gotta know...

are you okay?

[Amy] That's so sweet, Jimmy. Um, yeah, I'm good.

I'm actually like, really good.

[Helen] Oh, Jimmy the ally.

Yeah. He has a past,

and he's really trying to make up
for every dark, ugly, nasty thing he did.

It's okay to not be okay.

Oh, Jimmy, I love that.

[Helen] Everyone these days is just tryin' to be relevant

and caring and thoughtful, and be kind.

And it's just grindin' my a*s into a stub.

Last night, I couldn't sleep 'cause I was
up all night goin' like,

okay, Amy-girl, you just turned 40.

What are fun, cool things that you want
to experience while you still have time?

You mean, like a bucket list?

A what?

A bucket list. It's just all the things
you want to do before you die.

That's, yes. Oh, my God, a bucket list!

- Yes. I need to make a bucket...
- You've never made one before?

- Have you?
- Yeah, several.

- Seriously?
- Yeah.

That is such a good idea.

- Doug.
- Oop, I'm sorry.

[Helen] Good morning.

- Hey, guys.
- [Dougie] Let's look alive.

Could I have everyone's attention, please?
Now, we'll formally begin.

We'll formally begin. All right. [Chuckles]

Hey, guys, day two. We're onto Grandma's retreat.

[cheers and applause]

I spoke with Kevin and his mom,
and she said he's doing fine.

He's probably not gonna be back today.

- Okay.
- [Doug] Okay, so.

Kevin played a prank on us and proposed to Amy.

He said it was a prank after he proposed and Amy said no.

And he left. So, I think he just needs to take a beat.

Today is going to be amazing. It is seminar day!

[cheers and applause]

[Jackie] Well, we do a lot of fun things at the retreat,

but seminar day is not one of the fun things.

I think last year we had a nine-hour seminar on, um...

What was it?

Uh, listening, I think.

No, I don't remember that.

But it's easy to remember three things;
situation, behavior, impact.

These are things that are gonna make
feedback more receivable

- and effective.
- [exhales]

[Other Anthony] I kinda fell asleep during one guy,

and when I woke up, that guy turned into a different guy.

There are a lot of ways in which conflict may arise.

There is also a wide array of what constitutes harassment.

That includes intimidating looks and staring,

comments about appearance,

vulgar gestures, whistling and making kissing noises,

r*cist, xenophobic, h*m*, sexist, transphobic slurs.

It's my most favorite day of the retreat.

- [electrical zap]
- [gasps]

- My God, what was that?
- Good Lord.

It's um, it's my new posture trainer.

If I slouch, it corrects me.

[Dougie] Okay.

[speaker] Lastly, the bystander
justifies inaction by saying,

- [electrical zap]
- [speaker] it's not my problem.

[Dougie] I'm not gonna lie,

this morning's speakers were super lame and boring.

Uh, so, uh, I made a future executive decision

and hired a speaker of my own.

And she was dope!

Emotions and vulnerability in the work space.

It's an important area that we don't always think about.

'Cause we hear things like,

"Don't invite Susan to the meeting.

She's on her period, she'll probably cry."

There'll be something like that.
You've heard that before. Okay.

Right, I've never heard that.

Now, I'm gonna have you reach down,

open up your envelope and there'll be a sentence inside.

And I want you to read it aloud to the group.

Let's start with you.

- Jimmy. Is that how you pronounce it?
- Yeah.

I want you to read that out loud with no emotions attached.

"I hate everyone in this room."

Oh, my God.

- Shh.
- Hey, no emotions, guys.

Sorry.

My girlfriend dumped me because she said

she didn't feel that I had any emotion
when I told her I loved her.

Well, how do you say it?

I love you.

Oh.

Well, you could put a little more passion in it.

I love you.

- [Jackie] That was better.

- Love you, too, Claire.
- That was just louder.

I just think I'll probably die alone.

Bad, because I love being able
to support people with emotions.

Jimmy's room is clear. No chips.

And nothing to worry about at all.

Nothing.

[PJ] For real.

Oh, hey, guys, dad's here. Dad, hey.

- [Doug] Hey, guys.
- Hey.

- What do you got?
- Nothing. We checked everybody's room.

- You checked everybody's room?
- Yeah.

And what's goin' on?

[all] No chips.

It was like a team building game.

An exercise, a game. Like a trust game.

No, no, no. Marjorie is really upset about this.

Okay, she's pissed.

She thinks you guys are just blowin' her off, man.

[Dougie] What? No, we just did the...

[PJ] Blowin' her off with what?

We just wanted to go search everybody's rooms

to double check that nobody was lying.

The bottom line is, somebody took the chips,

and we gotta find out who it was.

As incoming CEO, I will just say that I took the chips.

Nobody's saying they took the chips
if they did not take the chips.

What happens when she asks for the chips

No. What is it you're looking for?

[Anthony] Can you describe it?

[Cole] Yeah. It's um...

It's kinda tubular. It's made out of this hard plastic.

It's like a tool. It's like a relaxation device.

Like a massager, or something?

It is like a form of massage.

It looks like, kind of like a coffee thermos,

or like a travel mug.

Kind of this erotic ice blue color.

So, a blue coffee mug
is essentially what we're lookin' for?

- [Cole] Pretty much.
- Can you fill it up?

You can fill it up. I mean, yeah.

You can throw it right in the dishwasher, honestly.

If you don't think it's in the room,
it might be by the business center,

by the computer, or maybe
by like the muddy part of the creek.

I could sketch it.

-
[wine cork pops]

And then, that's, um, Bones.

This looks like Kate.

Kate, this looks like you.

No, it does not.

[group chanting]

[all] Whoo!

And now, we watch Bones.

[all] Cheers!

Guys, it only felt right.

Oh, my gosh!

Everyone should watch Bones before they die.

I just want to watch it while I'm alive.

Yay! Good job!

[all cheering]

I'll have to re-watch it because
everyone was talking the whole time.

- Oh, my God.
- I'll watch it with you again.

I'd prefer not.

[instrumental music]

[Doug] On the next episode of Company Retreat:

Today is what?

The client cookout!

I have a big kind of announcement
that no one really knows about.

We really don't know what he has in store.

[comical shrieking]

Someone has filed an anonymous complaint.

This report requires us to attend

a mandatory sexual harassment seminar... today.

Sexual harassment seminar can gargle with my b*ll s*ck.

- Boop!
- The new CEO...

my son, Dougie Junior.

Give it up for this guy!

Whoo!

- Walk!
- Where? What?

[Doug] Now!
