of being a rabbit with ADHD.

The hops are when

you keep hopping

from one thing to the next.

Lots of rabbits with ADHD do.

The hops can make it

hard to get things done

or even just one thing.

things I need to get done!

A system is just a routine.
It helps you get things done

by doing them the

same way every time.

Every morning I make a list

of all the stuff I have to do,


then check each thing

off after I do it.
