03x02 - Muriel's Bedding

Post by bunniefuu »

- Previously on "RuPaul's
Drag Race Down Under"...

G'day, g'day, g'day.

For your first maxi challenge,
you'll entertain us

with a Mardi Gras
float performance.

[singing] She's a super queen

Never miss a beat

Amyl.

- It looked like
you were thinking

a couple steps ahead
the whole time.

- Ivory Glaze.

- The beauty of this show
is letting go.

- Hollywould Star.

You floated our boat.

Condragulations,
you're the winner

of this week's challenge.

[cheers and applause]

Ivory Glaze, shantay, you stay.

Amyl, sashay away.

[dramatic music]

- Oh, b*tch.

- We're back in the Werk Room,
and the first girl

has been sent home.

The reality is starting
to sink in

that no one is safe
in this competition.

- b*tch, I don't
have my glasses.

Glad I got to be here
while we all loosened up.

See you soon.

XOXO, Amyl.

- Aw.
- We'll miss you, Amyl.

- I sent Amyl home, but I don't
feel bad about it.

This was my chance to prove
to the other girls

that I do have the power to go
through this competition.

- How are you feeling after
your first lip sync, Ivory?

- Well, now that I won it,
I feel a bit better.

But enough about
my horrible life.

Don't we have a winner
in the room?

[cheers and applause]

- Congratulations.

- Our first winner.

- The train has left
the station.

Everybody else
better jump on board,

because if they haven't,
then they're gonna be

left behind, honey.

- I'm so glad that I'm safe.

I know I had my moment,
you know, the tears flowing.

- The lashes falling.

- Lashes falling.

I'm so embarrassed.

It's just my f*cking n*pples.

I never want to be
in that position again.

Pasties on every time.

Every f*cking time.

I think the judges maybe
really had a hard time

picking the bottom.

I think I was also really lucky
that they loved this look,

'cause I think that
if they didn't like this,

I could have been there
with you.

- I did question your look
a little bit,

'cause I personally
didn't get it.

[tense music]

- 'Cause it wasn't rainbow?

- Yeah.

- And yours is?

- I'm representing
the g*y men flag.

That was my
interpretation of it.

- I mean, it's a leotard
and some draped f*cking fabric.

Please.

- Let's get out.

- Let's go.

Ashley, she's being a b*tch.

- Ugh.
- Uh!

- I think people
are underestimating me

because I'm new to drag.

But I deserve to be here.

That's why I'm here.

Bring it on, b*tch.

That's not coming off.

- The winner of "RuPaul's
Drag Race Down Under"

will receive
a year's supply of cosmetics

from Anastasia Beverly Hills

and a cash prize of $50,000.

Tonight with Michelle Visage,

Rhys Nicholson,

and our extra special
guest judge,

former Miss Universe Australia
Maria Thattil.

[singing] RuPaul's Drag Race

May the best drag queen win

Best drag queen win

[upbeat music]

- La Latina named...
all: Flor!

- It's a new week
in the Werk Room,

and I'm feeling just okay.

- Another week.

- I didn't win last week,
but I think I'm okay.

I think I'm okay.

I'm pretty sure I'm okay.
I'm okay.

I'm good.

Yeah, I'm good.

- So, Ivory...
- Yes?

- How are you gonna get
out of the bottom this week?

- I'm going in
with a new mindset.

They want to see me
be confident,

and so I'm just gonna go
and talk really loud

and be really g*y
and have a good time.

- Good girl, yes, good.

- Last week, Ivory said
that Hollywould and I

affected her lyrics.

- Flor and Holly,
you guys came and, like,

kind of, like, said that this
wasn't gonna be the tea.

And then Gabriella came
and just kind of sent me.

- Do you think that
it affected you?

- Yeah, it did. [laughs]

I just was already
in my head a little bit.

- You know what it is?

It's just a little bit
of an excuse.

She wants someone to blame.

- I mean, I...

I don't know.

- No, finish the sentence, Flor.

- Yeah, what have you got
to say?

- Yeah, keep going.

- Nothing.
- Oh, okay.

- Well, in the spirit
of clearing it all up,

are we all good?

Because the girls that
gave you the advice

all ended up in the top.

- I did notice that,
and I was, like,

standing there on the line
like, f*ck these h*s.

f*ck you all.

- Maybe I should have listened.

- What the hell?

- Ivory is hanging on
in this competition

like Ashley's eyelash.

Any moment, she's gonna go.

[door opens]
- Ahh!

- G'day, g'day, g'day.

[cheers and applause]

Who are you people?

[laughter]

Racers, condragulations
for making it

through your first week.

But it's still early days.

So y'all better step
your pussies up starting now.

Today's mini challenge is
going to be a very intimate

photo sh**t as you serve us
a sexy selfie

in between the sheets.

All: Ooh.

#DragRaceDownUnder.

You've got 20 minutes
to get into quick boudoir drag.

Ready, set, go.

- Ahh!

- All right, time's up, ladies.

Ladies, time's up.

- Wait, wait, wait!

- Bumpa Love, come on through
those curtains, darling.

Ooh.

Very Tina Turner.

What's love got to do with it?

- It's all about
the Thunderdome for me, Ru.

- [laughs]

Say hello
to the pit crew members.

- Hello to the pit crew.

- Do you have some poses
in mind?

- I do, indeed.

- All right,
let's see what you got.

- Do you mind if I sit on you?

- [laughs]

How many times have
you said that in your life?

- Many.
- Uh-huh.

- One, two, three.

- This is gonna make
a really good Christmas card.

[laughs]

- Okay, now faces
out of the shot.

Just dicks next to my face.

- [laughs]

- Oh, this is what
I've been waiting for.

- Oh, you are an artiste.

- Knock, knock.

- [laughing]

- Hello.

- Hello, Flor.

Oh, my goodness.

- Dora the wh*re-a.

[laughs]

Ah.

- Is that a map?

- Uh-huh.
Trying to find a d*ck.

- Oh. [laughs]

I love the smell of pit
crew in the morning.

- All right.

One leg, grab.

One leg, grab.
- Great.

- We're crowning.

- Oh, fabulous.

- Oh, I've never looked
so horrendous.

- Sweet dreams are made of this.

[laughs]

Fabulous.

Now I know where
the Labucci comes from.

- This would be called three
men and a little sausage.

- [laughs]

Your country breakfast is ready.

- Oh, all right,
let's get this over with.

I gotta take a leak.

- [laughs]

- Oh.

- Oh, I wouldn't,
but morning would.

- Would you like to spank me?

- Okay, yeah, remember,

this is a family TV show.

- Yeah, somehow.

- Yeah. [laughs]

It's not a porno sh**t.

Allegedly.

- One, two, three.

[groaning]

- Wow, that was an experience,
wasn't it?

- Now take the pants off.

- [laughs]

Do we know the Eiffel Tower?

- I love Paris.

Shock.

Now constipation.

Ooh.

You smell that?

What's that smell?

Why don't you laugh maniacal?

Yeah.

Crazier. Crazier.

Crazier.

Oh, duvet, you stay.

Well, that was
a real wake-up call.

The winner of today's
mini challenge is...

Gabriella Labucci.

[cheers and applause]

You've won a custom jewelry set

and a $1,000 gift card
from Amped Accessories.

- sh*t hot, thank you!

That's gonna go nice
on top of $50,000.

Look out, girls.

I'm coming for this crown.

- Now, ladykins,
I have some exciting news.

Tomorrow on the main stage,

you're all invited
to Muriel's wedding.

[all gasping]

And with such short notice,

I just know you don't have
a thing to wear.

So for this week's
maxi challenge,

you need to create
a dress for the wedding

out of Muriel's bedding.

- Oh, my God.

- We're sitting on the material.

So my little eye's
clocking everything.

[vocalizing]

- Now, you can be a bride,
bridesmaid,

mother of the bride,
or even the flower girl.

Just make sure you get
the judges to say, "I do."

Racers, start your engines,

and may the best drag queen win.

- Ah!
- I have the duvet.

- I don't like.

- We all run ragged
with this set.

I go straight to the wardrobe,

'cause they keep the good stuff
in the wardrobe.

- f*cking Rita,
I'm not giving you this duvet.

No.

Ow!

- You go for that one, then.

- And you know what?

I won.

Sorry, Rita.

Find something else.

[chuckles]

- Watch out.

Gabby's under the bed.

Don't k*ll her.

I'm pulling sh*t out
and just like,

sh*t, sh*t, sh*t,
sh*t, sh*t, sh*t.

- What are you grabbing, girl?

- I don't f*cking know.

- Meanwhile, all the girls
are grabbing everything.

I'm like, I've got
the leftovers, don't I?

- [singing "Wedding March"]

- This week's maxi challenge
is sewing, b*tch.

- Do you make your own stuff
at home?

- I used to.
- Yeah.

- But I'm pretty sure
it will come back to me

like riding a bike, right?

- Are you feeling any pressure
to beat Anita?

- Some of you may
or may not know,

but Anita Wigl'it and I
are married.

- It's time to wiggle it.

- She went home on the sewing
challenge, right?

- She did.
She did.

Both times.

- Yeah.

- In Canada and here, so...

- If you survive this,
you'll have one up on her then.

- I've got confidence.
I should be able...

I know I'll be able to do it.

I know how to sew.

I know what I'm doing.

I just need to focus
and get the sh*t done.

- I think I'm gonna do
something mostly with this.

- Uh-huh, uh-huh.

That's difficult to work with.

- It is a little difficult
to work with, but...

- Fur.
- Yeah.

- So the purple rug
for Holly is a choice.

You can't put that
through the machine.

It is far too thick.

We usually like it thick,
but not in this case.

- What about you?

You are the sewing queen,
honey, so...

- I am.

This is my challenge to win.

- !sis's sewing ability is
like my performance ability.

Undeniable.

- You know,
on the scale of sewing,

like, there's people that are
at the top of the game.

I'm kind of, you know, there's
a top, there's a bottom.

I'm not there.

I'm kind of here.

Like, I can put
the sh*t together.

What about you girls?

- I can use a sewing machine.

- Oh, that's a plus.

- I've made a few of my outfits.

I'm thinking of doing
a flower girl

just based on the fabrics that
I have and the color scheme.

Good old pink ensemble here.

I have a feeling
everyone's gonna do

something very long.

I just want to stand out.

- So what fabric did you get?

- I'm keeping that a secret
for now.

I've covered it up
at the moment.

I don't want to give away
all of my design.

I keep my cards
close to my chest.

I'm not going for safe.

I'm not even going for high.

I'm going for
the f*cking win, b*tch.

- So you're gonna be
ambitious for this?

- I'm gonna be ambitious.

Yeah.

It's a risk,
and hopefully it'll pay off.

- I'm gonna go get my face off
so I can start

sewing my winning gown.

- I hope you don't
tear anything.

[upbeat music]

- Do I sew?

No.

What I might do
is cut out panels.

So it's, like, paneled
around the corset.

I'll start with that.

I did grab a cushion
that had some fringe.

So I could do something there.

This is gonna be
f*cking hideous,

but the plan is,
the outfit's name is Muriel.

- Okay.
- So it can be terrible.

"You're terrible, Muriel."
- Right.

Do you think the judges
are gonna read

it was purposefully terrible?

- Ru saw my entrance look.

- Yeah, but she didn't
judge it, though, did she?

- Nope.

- You really picked all
the ugly fabrics, didn't you?

b*tch, you're already sewing?

- Yes.

- I haven't even
sketched sh*t out yet.

- Haven't you?
- No.

- Oh.

- Ivanna and !sis,
they're sewing already.

So is it this one
or have this one as well?

And there's me...

trying to pick
the f*cking fabric.

Oh, I don't know.

I don't think black and white
goes with a wedding.

- It doesn't have to be a bride.

You can be a bridesmaid.

- No, no, yeah, yeah,
yeah, but like still, like,

black on the wedding?

- Well, are they
gonna be wearing

that ugly floral print?

Yeah, it's yours now.

[laughs]

- I just don't want
to get inside my head.

If I'm like,
oh, my God, I just...

I just can't sew very well,
I'm like, girl, you are f*cked.

You're just preparing
yourself to be in the bottom,

and that is not me.

I think this is the one.

Yes, mama.

I'm not the best sewer,
but I'm gonna give it to you.

All right?

- Hi.

All: Hi.

- Ladies, we have company.

Say hello to Drag Race
royalty, Raven.

[cheers and applause]

Let's go check them out.

Come on.

- Wow, wow, wow.

- !sis, let's take a look at
those dirty, dirty pillows.

So what do you have there?

- I have a couple fabrics
that I'm thinking

of using and also a sketch.

- It looks like a bridal gown.

- It is.
I'm the bride today.

I worked in bridal before and...

- You've worked
in bridal before?

- Yeah.
- What does that mean?

- Uh, I've made dresses

for many a bride
and bridesmaids.

- Really?

Wow.

- By you giving us
all that information,

you have a lot riding
on your shoulders in this.

- We're looking forward
to what you turn out here.

- Thank you so much.
- All right.

Thanks, !sis.

- If I f*ck up this challenge,

I don't think I can show
my face in Melbourne

anymore, let alone Australia.

My reputation is on the line.

- Oh, my goodness, the print
on that outfit is gorgeous.

How you doing?

Last week,
you were in the bottom.

- Yes, I was.

- We're gonna just go
right into it.

- Uh-huh.

- Do you know how to sew?

- I can put fabric together,

and I've got great taste, so...

- That's a big whopping no.

[laughter]

- Okay.

- Clearly, you have great taste.

What are you coming up with?

- I was actually thinking of
being the bride as well.

- There could be
more than one bride.

- Yeah, I was gonna say f*ck it.

I'm still gonna do it.

- Sure.

- In Chinese culture, red
is very auspicious and lucky,

and it's very pretty fabric,
so I was like...

- It really is.
- f*ck it.

Why don't I use some of this?

- I can't wait to see
this outfit.

The fabric is beautiful.

And let's see if
you can put it together.

- Yeah, let's see.

Last week was f*cking sh*t,
and she's gone.

This week I'm just going
g*ns a blazing.

I just need to make sure
that I can sew it correctly.

- Bumpa Love.

Last week you had
a very interesting presentation

with your runway walk.

Can you walk us through that?

- Sure.

So it was blue and green.

- Well, no, I mean
the way you present it.

It was kind of like
someone who was

slightly drunk and confused.

- Bye.

- What was that about?

- Which is not unlike me,
to be honest.

Girls, is that right?

- Had you been drinking?

- Actually, I delivered
who I am, so there you go.

- [laughs]

- Stay that way.

- Now, okay, does that
fabric stretch at all?

- Hell no.

- It's a beautiful print.

It really, really is.

Have you sewn that
silhouette before?

- This one I have, yes.

I love the off-the-shoulder.

I have a beautiful tattoo
of Bumpa here,

so I like to show her
all the time.

There she is.

The Bumpa Love.

And she moves. Look.

Isn't she pretty? Mwah.

- I think you're probably
in good hands.

And I can't wait to see you
down the runway.

- Ka kite ano.

- Yes.

[laughs]

Ashley Madison.

Wow, that fabric looks familiar.

Someone else has it too,
don't they?

- They do.

- How's that gonna work out?

- Well, I can sew.

- Oh, snap!

Then there's that.

[laughs]

- That's that on that.

- Shady, and I love it.

- [laughs]

- She can say whatever
the f*ck she wants, really.

She doesn't judge me.

It's not like
Michelle, Ru, Rhys,

and Ashley Madison.

- That's gorgeous.

- So I'm going for,
like, a jealous

sister of the bride
kind of thing.

Show her up and not wear white,
just look absolutely gorgeous.

- Yes.

- I don't know why
you'd want to wear something

that someone else is doing.

- Thank you so much.

- They're absolutely going
to compare them both.

Who did it better?

- Hey, Ashley.

I heard you mention to Ru
that I can't sew.

But there's one thing
that I have that you don't.

This much taste.

You don't have a single bit
of taste, babe.

- Okay.
- So we'll see

what looks like fashion
and what looks like,

you know,
something off the rack.

- Okay.

You can have the best idea
in the world,

but if you can't bring it
to fruition,

good luck on the main stage.

[upbeat music]

- Oh, my God,
this f*cking sh*t is not easy.

f*ck's sake.

I wanted a gown,

but I cut the f*cking
bottom part too short.

So it is not happening anymore.

- Yeah.
- Cut this, right?

- But I would put
a side seam down the side.

And the side seam is here.

- So I have to cut this too?

- Yeah.

And then have the skirt
that way.

- !sis is a very giving person.

And everyone is coming up to her

or she's having to be
pulled to them

to help them with their stuff.

- You want me to hold it?

- No, no, no, let go.

- I mean,
I'm a little guilty too.

I tried leaving her alone
as much as I could.

But I'm a little worried
about the pattern structure

I put through.

- I would raise the sides
and the back up a little bit

so that way it just holds
onto you a bit better.

- But yeah, I'm a bit
worried she might not finish

if, like, people
keep bothering her.

- Also the length of
your body as well.

It's very different.
- Oh.

Surprisingly,
torso length is the same.

- It's the same?
- Mm.

- Stand up for me.

For someone
who hasn't sewn before,

she's being very ambitious.

She's making a pattern
from scratch.

Hold her waist to waist.

- Oh, no, I'm a little...

- It really isn't,
because your waist is here.

- And this waist is here.

Okay.

- So make sure you extend this.

- I added little
extra bits here.

- Okay, yeah.

So I'm a tad worried about
that, but here we are.

All right, well, chookas.

- All right, see ya.
- Get into it.

- This is how we do it
on TikTok.

That's how I learned
how to do this stuff.

- Is it gonna go?

- Yeah, it should do.

Oh, there we go.

- As I'm working
with this fabric,

I notice
it's actually very thin.

I could line this,
and ultimately,

that would be my goal,
but I just don't think

I'm gonna have enough time.

- Oh, you're redoing it?

- I think I'm gonna
have to start over.

[sighs]

This fabric, I have decided,
is not working.

I'm not f*cking going home.

I'm not going home.

b*tch, I'm not.

I'm just gonna go,
and I'm gonna go

bat my little eyelashes.

Hey, !sis.

- This is packet number,
like, 80.

Honestly, I'm just trying
to keep it together,

because I feel like
f*cking breaking down

and hiding in the corner.

I feel pretty confident that
I'm gonna be in the bottom.

My outfit's way too simple,
not being...

Thing is, I don't want
to ask people for help.

I want to do this myself.

But I just can't go home yet.

- Whoo!

- It's a new day.

- Be ready, perras.

- It's runway day.

I have a look.

I know it's very simple,

but I think, you know what?

Just f*cking sell it.

- Well, I had to change
my whole outfit.

I thought that I could be
the purple little dream,

and it was not giving.

- Well, a little birdie,
Ivanna, may have mentioned

to me that you didn't
change your outfit,

that !sis changed your outfit.

- Ooh.

- Did you make that?
[all speaking at once]

- Actually...
- I did not make her outfit.

- No, she did not.

- I did do two hems,
but that's all I did.

- You're allowed
to ask for help.

But I think some of the girls
are feeling like

it's a little bit of, like,
cheating almost

because she hasn't made
this outfit.

!sis has.

- Don't be hating
because you already know.

- I'm just trying to find out
the tea... just, you know...

- Because if I have to lip sync,

you're all going down, honey.

- Yeah, why are you
looking at Ivory?

- I will eat you all alive.

So that will be
the TV moment of the year.

!sis said that she put two hems
in my dress, which she did.

But the design
and the concept were mine.

So it is what it is.

We'll see on the runway
whose looks the best.

- How do you feel
about other queens

helping other people
in the competition?

What's your thoughts on that?

- Well, it's f*cking sh*t.

Because I'm old.

I don't sew.
- Yeah.

- And when I do have to sew,
I'm slow.

So I think to ask someone
to help you,

especially if you change
your design,

I just think it's f*cking
bullshit for this competition.

It's the f*cking Olympics
of drag, you know?

Come with your game.

I just spent hours sewing.

My beautiful Rita, hours sewing.

Miss Hollywould...
Glue, glue, glue.

Purple fluff, fluff, fluff.

Brand new blue outfit.

- I think it actually
looks really nice

now compared to what it
originally looked like.

- Oh, God.
She's gonna be on the top.

And you'll see my eyes roll.

It's not fair.

You've got to work,
and you shouldn't

have come into this
competition if you didn't

know how to do these things.

- If I can get through
this one, then like...

- Do you think there's three
others that are below you?

- I think definitely
Gabby and Flor.

I haven't seen Flor's on,
though.

So I don't know.

- Yeah.
It's sort of two pieces,

and the back is really bad.

- Oh.
- Yeah.

- I am not worried at all.

I'm gonna sell it and just
be me and have fun with it.

So I mean, that one got me

to the top three last week,
so...

Maybe this week as well.

[upbeat music]

- Is anybody else in
a relationship or married?

I know Bumpa,
you've been married

for nine years, you said?

- Yeah, we've got our 10th year
anniversary coming up...

- My God,
you get less for m*rder.

- Next year.

We have been together,
though, for much longer.

- I've been married
seven months.

- Oh, wow.
- Goodness. So fresh.

- And who asked who
to marry who?

- You think I'm gonna ask?

Ha.

- Did you have
a long engagement?

- Oh, my God,
maybe, like, five months.

- Oh, God.
- Oh, wow.

- That's pretty quick.

- I was with my ex for 10 years,

and we didn't get engaged
until, I think,

seven years in.

It wasn't legal either.

This runway is really
a celebration of my queerness.

As a child, I'd dress up
in a wedding dress.

And now on the main stage
of "RuPaul's Drag Race,"

I get to be a bride.

Marriage equality
in Australia really changed

my perception of marriage.

It made me feel more human.

Having that wedding dress
meant a lot to me.

But one day it was gone.

And as a little kid, like,
maybe I didn't realize

what the significance
of, you know,

taking a dress away from me
at that time was.

I think my parents' actions
were protective.

But with that protection
also comes shame.

Michael sort of lives
through !sis.

She's the vehicle
for Michael to shine.

[RuPaul's "Cover Girl"]

- [singing] Cover girl

Put the bass in your walk

Head to toe

Let your whole body talk

And what

Welcome to the main stage

of "RuPaul's Drag Race
Down Under."

Michelle Visage,
have you ever had to wear

an ugly bridesmaid's dress?

- Oh, my God, so many times.

In fact, I wore them all
on season three

of "RuPaul's Drag Race" U.S.

[laughter]

- Rhys Nicholson.

Now, have you ever been
a bridesmaid?

- No, but my partner, Kyran,
and I are getting married.

I'm gonna be a September bride.

- Oh, my gosh.

Condragulations.

We wish you both
all the love in the world.

And our extra special
guest judge, Maria Thattil.

Welcome to
the Drag Race universe.

- Oh, Ru, thank you very much.

I feel very home sweet h*m*.

[laughter]

- This week,
we challenged our queens

to create a dress for a wedding
out of Muriel's bedding.

And tonight they are ready
to march it down the aisle.

Racers, start your engines,

and may the best drag queen win.

[singing] I tell you what I want

Category is Muriel's bedding.

Up first, monster-in-law
Ivanna Drink.

- It looks like
she sheeted herself.

[laughter]

- My dress is giving
mother-in-law b*tch realness.

I've gone for vintage
glamour, cinched waist,

beautiful
off-the-shoulder ruffle

going into a train that flows
along the back of the dress.

- Ooh, she's serving
some wedding cake and candy.

Flower girl Rita Menu.

- Wow, well, I've seen
spotty sheets before.

They look familiar.

- [laughing]

- I'm serving
the cutesy little girl.

Turns here and there.

Pose here, pose there.

Don't I look pretty?

- Where's your flower, girl?

- Oh.

- I think that flower
has been deflowered.

- Yes.

- I am feeling confident
with what I've made.

Wouldn't say for the win,
but I kind of feel like

it will be a good safe.

- Jealous sister of the bride,
Ashley Madison.

- Oh, the humidity.

Have to have been
a beach wedding.

- I'm serving maroon curtain.

I'm giving train.

I'm giving eleganza.

My hair is very RuPaul.

- Note to self,
don't perm your own hair.

- That's true.

- I am so happy with

what I've been able
to piece together.

It's giving everything I
originally wanted it to give.

- Here comes the bride,
Ivory Glaze.

- Talk about a red wedding.

- Ooh.

- I heard Ashley say that

she was a jealous sister.

Well, I'm the b*tch
that got hitched.

- I mean,
I've seen beads in bed,

but they're kind of
another kind.

- I think you're thinking
of a**l beads.

- That's right, Mother Ru,
I am thinking of a**l beads.

- Why just think about them?

Use them!
- [laughs]

- I'm really proud that my
garment has actually made it

into being a real thing.

There are definitely
some design sacrifices

I had to make
from lack of skill,

but I do feel beautiful.

- Pull up to my Bumpa with this
monster-in-law, Bumpa Love.

- Oh.

- She's so drunk.

- Yes.

- You are seeing a beautiful
mother of the bride.

Fair hair bride.

Farewell.

Take that f*cking
horrible man with you.

Now, where's his father?

- Her breasts really
follow you around the room.

- [laughs]

- Showing my beautiful purse
with all its jewels.

Got my cute little
fascinator on.

And I've also got
a very slutty dress

that if the wind should blow,
father will see the goods

and make an offer
I can't refuse.

[laughter]

- Flower girl Hollywould Star.

- Ooh, petal to the metal.

- I mean, this is
what I would strut into

my divorce proceedings in.

I'm gonna be honest.

- This isn't
a traditional flower girl,

but Hollywould Star isn't
a traditional drag queen.

- Party in the front,
business in the rear.

Hey.

- My new dress is beautiful.

It's fun.

It's short in the front,
long in the back,

halter neck, added some O rings.

I think it's stunning.

- That flower girl is gonna
f*ck everyone at the wedding.

- Yes, she certainly will.

Every wedding needs one.

She's the caterer.

- [laughs]

- Gabriella Labucci.

- She's not just tying the knot.

She's tying the dress.

- [laughs]

- I actually feel kind of cute.

It's cohesive.

Like, the skirt is
the same pattern

as some of the paneling
on the corset.

We've got the orange
for a pop of color.

We've got the fringe.

It's giving mildly western

country Dolly Parton kind of...

I don't f*cking know,

but I'm selling it
with confidence.

- I don't think she asks
for ID at the open bar.

- No.

Would you eat food
served by this woman?

- Absolutely.

- Up next, here comes the bride.

!sis Avis Loren.

- I mean, despite the white,

something tells me
she's not a virgin.

[laughter]

- Down the aisle, I am
serving you bridal couture.

I have created a '20s-inspired
bias-cut gown

with sashes draping off it

to create
this wonderful big train

and a Pat McGrath design
for face.

- Not since Princess Diana.

- Has what?

- Someone looked so dead.

- [wheezing laugh]

- Rhys!

Rhys!

- It's just magical that I get
to do this on the main stage

of "RuPaul's Drag Race"
and show all my glory

to the world as I was as a kid.

- Ring bearer Flor.

- So on the runway,
I'm serving the ring bearer.

She's doing her job,
bring the ring.

But then...

- Oh.

- Fiesta time.

Party is on.

And I just bring the purse,
bring the complete outfit,

and party.

- She's bearing a ring
of another kind.

- Yes, she is.

Lord of the ring.

- See you at the limbo contest.

[laughter]

- Kia ora, queens.

All: Kia ora.

- Aussie, Aussie, Aussie.

- Oy, oy, oy.

- Now, when I call your name,
please step forward.

Ashley Madison.

Gabriella Labucci.

Flor.

Ladies, you are all safe.

- Thank you.

- Thank you so much.

Oh, my God, I'm safe.

I did not see it coming.

- You may leave the stage.

Now it's time
for the judges' critiques.

First up, Ivanna Drink.

- So I'm assuming you know
how to sew, correct?

- [laughing] No.

- Really?
That's a very big undertaking.

But the cape,
I like the idea of it,

but it needed to be steamed.

Could you not steam it?

- I think it was just a lot
of movement beforehand, but...

- I see the fold marks
of literally

where it came unfolded.

There's kind of
no excuse for that.

The dress doesn't have wrinkles,

but it needed to be lined.

It's just too thin, so it's
kind of doing weird things.

This many years
into this competition,

it's the details that matter.

- I received a really
great piece of advice

when I was doing Miss Universe.

It's serving with energy.

I just wanted to see
a little bit more

of your personality
and your energy,

because you're beautiful.

- I noticed that too.

What was going through your head

when you were walking
the runway?

- I needed to be cold
and a b*tch, basically,

because the mother-in-law
hates the bride.

- That didn't come across.

It just came across
as you were kind of stiff.

[dramatic music]

Did you get any help
from anyone?

- Yeah, I got help from !sis.

She helped me dart my a*s.

- [laughs]
- Wait?

You had time for darts?

You kids are too much
with your fun and games.

Up next,
sweet, lovely Rita Menu.

- You were a flower girl.

I think in order to really
get that character going,

we needed to have,
I don't know, flowers.

- [laughs]

Oh, my God, Michelle.
- Call me crazy.

- You're shocking.
- Yes, I know.

- Oh, my goodness.
- On the edge.

But it really would have
helped spell it out.

But I do appreciate
the hem on that skirt,

the wide waistband.

But I think there needs to be
some balance

in your shape here.

- For your body shape,
I would love to have seen more.

You know, more hair,
more makeup.

- You need drag.

- That's right.

You need big hair.

Because you know,
it sort of offsets

the thickness of your shoulders.

Up next, Ivory Glaze.

- Now, your performance
was adorable.

We understood
the story completely.

But I don't understand
the silhouette.

The waistline is very high.

You look pregnant, really,
is the best way to put it.

And we didn't play
the pregnant angle.

If you wanted to play
the pregnant angle,

then we would have
understood it.

- Also, your breasts seem like

they're in
different hemispheres.

In your mind,
who are you marrying?

Does he like
your droopy t*tties?

[laughter]

- I just think
it was a big risk,

and it didn't quite pay off.

- I will commend you, though.

You clearly have taken
our advice.

You put on a little show for us,

which we kind of didn't see
last week.

- So did you get help
with this outfit?

- I did get help.

- From !sis.

- Of course.

- So this is the !sis
bridal collection.

- This is Martha Stewart over
here and her inmate friends.

[laughter]

- Yeah.
- Thank you.

Thank you so much.
- Thank you guys.

- And now for the moment
we've all been waiting for.

Bumpa Love is in the house.

- Hello, Bumpa.

- Hey.

- Oh, I'm so excited
about this moment.

How long have you
been doing drag?

- 20 plus years.
- Right.

It shows in your
attention to detail.

I love the matching fascinator

with the matching purse

and the little kerchief.

And I think just all
the details are wonderful.

- Thank you.

- You and I are clearly
a little bit

partial to a puff on the arm.

- Hello.

- I know this lady.

She is the lady
at every wedding.

We don't know how
she's related to the family.

She's always asking me
how my girlfriend is.

- Yes.
- [laughing]

- Very fun,
and I had a great time.

- Now, at the end of the runway,

why don't you hit
that mark one more time

before saying goodbye?

- That one?
- Yes.

- Oh.
- You know, because

you come there, there, there,

back to there,
then one back there.

- One more to go.

- Yeah. [laughs]
You got one more to go.

- One more. Come on, Bumpa.

Come on.

Okay, got it.

- Up next, Hollywould Star.

- Hollywould.

- Hey, Michelle.
- You're a flower girl.

- Yes.
- At the type of wedding

that I would love to go to,
because I don't know

no flower girls
that look like that

in that kind of dress

and give that attitude
down the runway,

but I live for it.

- You came out.

You gave us drama.

You gave us flowers.

Who could have thought?

- The only thing that would
have made it 10 out of 10

for me would have been
if you held those petals

just a little bit longer.

Don't do it
the minute you get out there.

Make us want it.

- Okay.

- Did our almighty !sis
help you with this?

- She... she did, indeed.

She helped me hem it.

That's why it's all finished.

- You know,
what really makes this

is the cutout
and the proportions.

And of course,
it's finished beautifully.

- Thank you.

- Up next,
mommy's little helper, !sis.

- I know what it is to walk
on a stage with a train, girl.

I know it ain't easy.

But you did it,
and it was beautiful.

- Sometimes the queen
that helps everyone

does it to a fault
and isn't able to deliver.

But you're clearly so skilled.

- Everything is hemmed.

Everything is finished.

And I was trying
to find something,

'cause I'm that b*tch.

But it's all there,
and you did a wonderful job.

- Thank you, Michelle.

- I would go a little bit
lighter on those eyeballs.

I'm not sure why we went
so heavy for this look.

But all in all,
you were beaming,

and that's what it's all about.

- To stand on a global platform
in my feminine power,

it means so much to me.

Thank you for the opportunity
to be here.

I truly appreciate it.

- Thank you.

Thank you, ladies.

I think we've heard enough.

While you untuck
in the Werk Room,

the judges and I
will deliberate.

[soft music]

- I am so confused.

I am so happy being safe after
being in the bottom last week,

but I am gagged that I am here
with Gabriella and Flor.

Did you expect to be
in the bottom?

- No.
- No?

You lying b*tch.

- I didn't expect it.

- They must have served
some kind of character

on the runway, because I thought

they were two of the worst
looks that we had.

- Hello.
- Hi.

- Hi.

- Drink.

- Can we just play
a little guessing game?

Because we have no f*cking clue
what's happened,

because obviously,
I did not expect to be here.

- I think I might have
the win, girls.

- Yeah.
- Yeah, without a doubt.

Without a doubt,
we think you've got the win.

- What did they say?

- They loved it.

- Really?

- They absolutely loved it.

[tense music]

- Ivanna, girl,
you seem really bothered.

- I'm gonna be like you
with your f*cking eyelashes.

I feel disappointed.

Like, there's a lot
of pressure this week.

Before I left, Anita said to me,

"Don't go home on
the sewing challenge."

And she said it as a joke,
but I just don't

want to go home like this.

I feel like
I worked really hard.

And someone who had
their dress made for them

made it to the top.

I can do the lip sync,
and I'm going to stay here,

because this can't be
how it ends.

I am ready to lip sync
if I need to.

I'm going to be here next week.

- You're making me cry.

- There's no doubt
about that in my mind.

Don't cry.

You look too pretty.

- How are you feeling?

- Probably in the same boat
as Ivanna.

I was happy with my outfit.

Of course, the judges weren't.

- You were that close to making
those f*cking flowers too.

- So close.

I can't believe that
I am in the bottom

based on the smallest detail.

I want to be here as much
as everybody else does.

So I'm just gonna show me.

- My heart goes out to you guys,

'cause I know it's a horrible,
horrible position to be in.

- So, Ivory,
you're confident that

it's not you in the bottom two?

- Oh, I didn't say that.

It's funny,
because the critiques this week

were the opposite of
the critiques from last week.

- Yeah.

- I can't f*cking seem
to figure this sh*t out.

I'm f*cking pissed.

Like, I don't know what to do
to impress these judges.

Yes, there were some fit issues.

But I sewed
my whole outfit together.

- Do you think that someone else

should have been
in the bottom three

instead of any one of you?

- This is no shade,
but I am kind of annoyed

because that is a glorified
apron you're wearing.

- [scoffs]

It's not an apron, honey.
- It's a f*cking apron.

Stand up.

- It's not an apron.

- Show the camera.

- Give me your drink, girl.

- Turn around.

It's a f*cking apron.

- I'm not gonna go
and fight with her.

- It's a cute apron.
- It's cute.

- And you obviously sold it
on the runway,

which really helped.

- I could.

I could eat her alive.

- But like,
I spent f*cking hours

stressing making this two
f*cking crinoline bullshit.

- You did.
- And then adding

f*cking horsehair
and making a pattern.

I don't know what possessed me
to do that.

- Yeah.
- But everything I brought...

- Let her get it out.

You know, her feelings
are hurt right now.

- I have to do something more.

I have to be ambitious.

I was already
in the f*cking bottom.

- Yeah.
- So I was stressed.

- I'm not the type of person
that's gonna

kick a horse when it's down.

Plus, she might not even be
around by the end of the day.

- [slurping]

- Now, just between
us kangaroos,

what do you think?

Starting with Ivanna Drink.

- The outfit was a little more
linen cupboard

than it was Muriel's bedding.

- If you are gonna have
mistakes in the clothing,

you gotta make up for it
with the performance.

- I got a performance from her.

I kind of understood
when she turned the corner

that she was the mother
of the bride.

- All right.

Let's move on down to Rita Menu.

- I wasn't getting flower girl.

I was getting more
the barmaid from "Shrek."

[laughter]

You know, and I say that
with love.

But there was no childlike
essence in her at all.

If you're gonna do it,
then go for it.

- The outfit and her
presentation of the outfit

wasn't up to par.

All right.

Ivory Glaze.

- I mean,
I know everyone's going on

about the wonky t*ts,

but my left is a lot bigger
than my right.

- No, that's very normal.

Hers was very extreme, though.

- I truly thought when
she walked around the corner

and was pointing at the ring,

I was like, this is very funny.

This is like an eight-month-in
shotgun wedding or something.

No, it was just
some weird proportions.

- But where I do want
to give her credit

is she performed
the hell out of it,

whereas last week,
she didn't do anything.

- Michelle, pull up to my Bumpa.

- I would love to.
- [laughs]

- Bumpa Love is a star.

She's just so much fun to watch.

And everything was thought out
from the white pumps,

which Ru and I absolutely adore,

to the purse.
- White pumps...

- She told the story,

and the outfit was adorable.

- Yeah.
Rhys, white pumps are code

for, "I am a wh*re."
- Oh.

White Pumps is my Grindr name.
- [laughs]

- She's got this vibe that is
the epitome of down-under drag.

This kind of like,
yeah, all right, what?

- [laughs]

- It's my favorite type
of drag to see.

- It's like watching someone

who doesn't know that
you're watching them.

[laughter]

- Drag like no one's watching.

- [laughs]
- Yeah. Yeah.

- Hollywould Star.

- Listen, this girl knows
how to command the stage.

- I think she's got
this kind of confidence

beyond her years.

And I think you can see that

in all the choices
that she makes.

- She wasn't necessarily
a flower girl

I'd want at my wedding,
but that's because

she would upstage the bride,
and she delivered that.

- All right,
let's move on down to !sis.

- You know, when !sis came out,
she was so proud.

- She cut that thing
within an inch of her life,

and it served her well.

Also, I love the fact
that she was the only one

who actually had a veil.

All: Yes.

- It's a wedding challenge.

She followed it through
to the ninth degree.

- When somebody is
really confident

and they've got a pure heart,

they don't feel
they're losing anything

by supporting
the women around them.

It just represents
the best of this community.

- The only thing I didn't love
was the makeup choice.

But this is a design challenge,

and she hit it out of the park.

- All right. [clapping]

Silence.

I've made my decision.

Bring back my girls.

Welcome back, queens.

I've made some decisions.

[suspenseful music]

!sis Avis Loren,

when it came
to this week's challenge,

you had it all sewn up.

Condragulations,
you're a winner, baby.

[cheers and applause]

- Yes, good girl, Isi.

- Congrats, !sis.

- You've won a $2,000 gift card

courtesy of our friends
at Shoe Me.

- Ooh.

Yes!

This was the week for me
to make my mark.

I'm so thrilled.

So thrilled.

- Bumpa Love.

Hollywould Star.

You are both safe.

- Thank you.

- Ivanna Drink,

your mother of the bride
needed more nurturing.

Rita Menu,

your flower girl needed
more flower power.

Ivory Glaze,

your bride-to-be was left
at the altar.

Ivanna Drink,

you are safe.

You may join the other girls.

- Thank you.

- Rita Menu, Ivory Glaze,

I'm sorry, my dears,
but you are up for elimination.

- Ugh.

It just feels like
a giant meteor

is coming down from the sky.

I didn't think
I'd end up here again.

- In a moment,
I'll ask one of you to shantay,

which means stay,

and one of you to sashay away.

- You okay?
- Are you okay?

- Sorry.

- Wait, somebody...

- She's going down.
She's going down.

- Please, somebody help her.

- Sorry, sorry.

I just feel really dizzy.

- Okay.
- Sorry.

- She's going down.

- James to Jess,
Jess, Jess, Jess.

I need a first-aider on set.

I need a first-aider on set.
Please come now.

- It's all right, darling.
You're all right.

- It's okay.
You're all good.

You're all good, hon.

- Oh, my God.

- You're all right, darling.

- You're okay.

- Fainting is really scary.

Like, I've never
f*cking fainted before.

I was like,
what the hell is going on?

I thought it was just nerves
or something.

Sorry.

This just felt
like a crazy dream.

And I woke up,
and to my surprise,

there's RuPaul staring at me.

- Ivory, we'll let you spend
some time with the medic,

and we'll see if you are
well enough to continue.

Okay?

- Can I go outside
for a little bit, please?

- Yeah. You got it.

- Thank you.
- Slowly, slowly, slowly.

- Sorry, everyone.

- No, don't apologize.

- I don't know what happened.

- I have no idea
what's gonna happen.

Are we gonna be
lip syncing today?

Is she gonna be sent home?

Do I have to do
a song by myself?

- You all right, Rita?

- You got this, girl.

- Poor Rita is just standing
on this stage alone.

How f*cking terrifying
must that be,

just standing there
waiting to see

what the f*ck is gonna happen?

[suspenseful music]

- Welcome back, Ivory.

How are you feeling?

- For the first time
in Drag Race history,

someone fainted,
and it had to be me.

- You don't seem
very steady on your feet.

- I'm getting there.

- Okay.

- In this moment, I'm feeling
really, really defeated.

I'm trying to get ready
to do this lip sync,

and I'm like, okay, girl,
get it together.

- Ladies, I've made my decision.

For the safety of our queens

and to assure
a fair competition,

we're going to end the show now.

[dramatic music]

Rita, Ivory,

we will begin
next week's episode

with a lip sync for your life.

- [mouthing words]

- Not literally, Ivory.

[laughter]

- No guarantees, Ru.

- That's true.

- Gag.

Gag, gag, gag.

Shocked. Gooped.

[speaking indistinctly]

- So until then, sleep tight.

And remember,
if you can't love yourself,

how in the hell
you gonna love somebody else?

Can I get an amen up in here?

- Amen up in here.
- All right.

Now let the music play,
carefully.

[singing] Playing with
the game of love

When I play, play

Oh, baby, I'm a winner

Next time on "RuPaul's
Drag Race Down Under"...

You'll be starring in

"The Fake Housewives
of Down Under."

[laughter]

- You're not my real sister.

- [vocalizing]

[crying]

- When you turned the corner
on the runway, I went, ooh.

- It drove me crazy
in about 10 seconds.

- I heavily disagree
with Michelle.

I was here for it.

[dramatic music]

- The time has come for you
to lip sync for your life!

Mabuheeey!
And welcome to the Main Stage,

and the season premiere
of Drag Race Philippines!

Boogsh!

Oh, look around you, queens.

We got more funding!

b*tch, the goddess is here!

Are you ready?

She's giving… Loofah Girl.

Like, that...
that’s the vibe.

Well, well, I'm horny.

So where's the joke there?

Exciting set of guest judges.

This is trash.

You're that b*tch.

Anne Curtis!

You give such life to your
character,

I wanted to see more of you.

- Pangina Heals!
- I love Drag Race Philippines.

Season 2 will give you
double the fun.

Here, take it!

Because you deserve it.

Double the extravaganza.

You are by far the most
beautiful girl
that has ever graced this stage.

I know you're kind of crazy,
but that was batshit crazy.

Because of you, Drag Race is
here.

I think I did just see comedy
gold,
I saw comedy platinum.

It's one of the best runaway
looks
I've ever seen

on the main stage
of Drag Race Philippines.

And double the drama.

You b*tch, what were you saying
behind my back?

And you had to pile this sh*t
on top of it!

f*cking hell!

- Where's my popcorn?
- b*tch, what the f*ck?

You're a liar, b*tch.

This is my redeeming moment.

I'm not shoving her under the
