I'm just driving up against it.
At Paradise Hill,
King of the Klondike, Tony Beets
is battling to save
his chaotic season.
His constantly changing plans
have banked
less than 500 ounces,
well-short
of his 6,000 ounce gold.
Tony is now focused
on mining Paradise Hill,
and his main money maker,
the 40-foot long trommel
is his only hope
of saving his season.
But he still has to finish
assembling the plant
before it can start
catching gold.
There's no place like Paradise.
Nice weather trap.
It'll be interesting
when we get to the top,
see what everything looks like.
I hope they realize just, like,
through our absence,
how much we did on site.
Yeah.
At the start of the season...
Tony's eldest son,
Kevin and partner Faith
dropped a bombshell.
We've been thinking
that perhaps this year,
we might take it off.
Without chief mechanic, Kevin.
Tony struggled for months
to get his trammel reassembled.
And last week,
daughter Monica took action.
What's up?
I figured you guys
might wanna come up
just to help out.
Do you think it's gonna be show?
I'm a little worried
about how things may be.
Yeah.
Me and Tony have to figure out
how we can both play
in the sandbox
without getting
in each other's way.
- Hello there.
- Hi, strangers.
Look at you all clean
in your town clothes.
Right?
No. Someone gave
a desperate cry for help.
Desperate cry for help.
It looks close
until you stand right here.
I think your gearbox
is too high on the front.
You got the ring
replaced, it looks like.
I think at least a week,
assuming nothing goes sideways.
Si. Si.
It was a little surprising to me
that Kevin and Faith
agreed to come back up,
but I'm glad they did.
But I think Tony's got a hard
time giving up the control.
He's a micro manager.
Look at that.
You're late.
- Good to see you.
- Same. Same.
- Got one.
- Good luck.
How you been? What's happening?
What's going down?
Why ain't it set up yet?
There's a lot
of assembling to do here.
If we can get on that, you can
keep everyone away from me.
That'd be pretty excellent.
Trust me. It's not hard.
We got so much
that needs to get done.
Well, let's get
to doing some of it, I guess.
Well, it was good
seeing you all.
Same.
Mixed feelings coming back.
I expected the trommel
to be further along.
I think it's been
almost 10 months
since the trommel has run,
and it's very frustrating
with Tony.
I don't think he quite realized
how much of that
me and Faith took on.
So far,
Tony and Mike have replaced
the trommel's broken drive ring
and moved the wash plant
onto a new pad.
Now, Kevin and his crew must
bring in the sluice deck.
Attach it to the trommel
with a distribution box.
Then, connect the water supply,
bring in a conveyor,
and finally, the hopper feeder.
And the kicker,
Tony wants it all done
by the end of the week.
Kevin's first task,
hauling the gold
catching sluice deck.
Forward a bit.
Keep going, keep going,
keep going, keep going.
No, I think that went well.
So you have to back up a bit
and we'll swing her over.
Next, Kevin
will install the conveyor
that feeds pay dirt
into the trommel.
So we have our excavator
on the back end.
We have our crane
on the front end.
We're about to lift
the conveyor in.
We're gonna have
to walk forward slowly.
Yup, that's good.
That's far enough.
To bolt the conveyor in,
Kevin must line it up
with pinpoint accuracy.
Okay.
Just a hair more, like a foot.
Okay. Bring it back this way.
How the
that's supposed to line up.
Just not lying up as a around
we don't really need right now.
Okay, just hit the pipe again,
let's see what that does.
A little bit of a close start.
So that's hasn't changed.
Like most of the stuff here,
I can already hear Tony...
The issue is that's bent
when these holes line up,
these don't line up.
The only holes that this thing
even remotely lines into
is the angle piece
in the middle.
But then, these are about
a foot too far back.
I had them in.
But they didn't
line up back here.
That don't work. Okay. New plan.
So we'll slide them in there
and then I'll play welder.
The conveyor can feed
350 yards of dirt an hour
into the trommel,
but the struts
that support the conveyor
are bent and won't line up.
To fix them,
Kevin will cut the struts
from their crossbeams
and pull them into alignment
before welding
the crossbeams back
to lock everything in place.
It is incredibly too hot
for this.
Hot metal bull.
Got that.
All right. Len, we're gonna
pit them in the first two.
All right.
And then I'm gonna get out
the welder
and the torch
and make the rest fit.
Nice, like a glove.
Perfect.
And we're happy right there.
Let's leave it here
and go on to the next one.
- All right. Sounds good.
- Okay. Lead on.
This plant got built
for this property
by one of the owners
many years ago
and it's one of the biggest
wash plants
ever ran in the Yukon, actually.
It's a beast.
I bet there's a bunch of gold
hidden in this plant somewhere.
I might need to cut it apart.
But for now,
that'll have to wait.
I mean, there's a mountain
of work to do.
In the heart of the Yukon,
Parker Schnabel
is in uncharted territory.
Having three different projects
going at once is just brutal.
You know, we're like
halfway through the season,
we're sitting on
like just over 2,200 ounces.
I knew it was gonna be
a rough year
financially at least,
but, you know,
there's just so much change
and so much going on.
But we'll get there.
After gambling
$15 million on Dominion,
plus millions more to strip it,
Parker opened Ken and Stewart's
to keep the cash coming in.
When Dominion began sluicing,
he found himself stretched thin
and thinner still
when four weeks ago,
he broke ground
at a third claim,
Australia Creek.
We're all spread
all over the place
and, you know, it really hurts,
but the clock is ticking
very fast.
Like, the second half
of the season
and it's, you know...
It's a lot.
Now, down at Ken
and Stewart's...
We're done here.
His El Dorado cut is tapped out
and he's shutting down
the operation.
It's the last time
Sluicifer will be
catching gold down
on Ken's for this year.
Hope to do it again next year.
Now I have to start
trying to get this stuff
up to Australia Creek.
We're at Australia Creek,
we are trying to get
ready for a wash plant.
Once we get the pad
all in place and ready,
we're gonna start bringing up
components from Sluicifer
and start getting ourselves
ready to just wash rocks.
Until Sluicifer
moves to Australia Creek,
Parker's once again
down to just one wash plant
to bankroll his season.
We're spread pretty
thin right now.
We need a nice clean transition
into Australia Creek and.
Parker, do you got a copy?
Yeah. What's up?
Hey, the berm for
Big Red's resurge just blew.
Water's flowing out of here
pretty quick.
I'm gonna need a hand down here.
The pump's gonna flood.
All right. I'm on the way.
Sounds like the dam I put
in yesterday just blew out,
so that's not good.
That's a ton of water.
That is not good.
When the dam blew out,
the only place left
for the water to go
is the sump where our pump is.
And if we don't get
that pump safe,
then we're
because that pump is...
The pump is the only pump
that will run this plant.
This is not good.
That's a ton of water.
This is not good.
At Dominion
a burst dam is threatening
to shut down.
Parker's only
running wash plant.
Hey, Kay.
Just start hogging material
and let's rebuild that dam.
I'm gonna try to cut
a channel here for the water
to relief out
of where the pump is.
Right on.
The water
in Big Red's settling pond
is held back
by a 50-foot high dam.
But a failure
on one side of the dam
has sent thousands
of gallons of water
flooding into the neighboring
intake pond,
drowning the pump that sends
water to the plant.
To save it, Parker will use
an excavator
to divert the water into a ditch
away from the intake pond,
then pack the hole
in the dam with tailings.
And finally with a dozer,
reinforce the bank
to stop it happening again.
This is so sketchy to sit on
'cause you don't know what's
solid ground and what's not.
Walk you piece of.
I relieved it now,
so it should start coming down.
All right. We've got
the water level down
about 6 inches so far,
so that's good.
With the floodwater
safely diverted,
Parker must now rebuild
the dam to plug the hole.
We're gonna start
round two of chaos
if we're not really careful.
You can still see a gap
right where my bucket is,
it's actually
where the failure happened
that caused this.
It's just like
a little cavern down there.
The only way I know
how to solve problems
is just by force and volume.
So, we're just gonna shove
a bunch of dirt in there
and try to see if it'll stop.
Yeah. So, Parker's
down there in the 450
and, I'm up here just trying
to get our berm repaired.
We'll fine-tune and pack it in,
make sure it's all done right
so we don't have
this problem again.
When you're up against
a Virgin Bank like this
and it's... The gravel thaw's
way faster than the mud
but it gives routes
for the water
to go underneath the mud.
I just wanna really seal
that up good.
All right.
Well, that should solve that.
Now, it's just a matter
of Kayden shoving the rest
of the dirt in there and...
That's super sketchy
right there.
Um, don't take this as a lack
of confidence in you,
but I wanna do this
in case something goes wrong.
It has nothing to do with you.
It's really sketchy.
- I don't want you to get hurt.
- Sounds good.
I didn't really want
Kayden up here
'cause he doesn't have
a lot of time in dozers.
And if something bad happens,
there's not much you can do
in a dozer to save yourself.
Who wants to see
somebody get hurt?
So, now I'm gonna try to go
a bit wider if I can
which sketches me out a bit
because I'm right on the edge.
To widen the dam, Parker tiptoes
his 63-ton D10 dozer
along the brink
of a steep 50-foot drop.
That's super sketchy right there.
I'm gonna end up upside down
in this pond...
All right. Well
we made it a good 10 feet wider,
packed the out of it.
See if that works.
Ninety minutes
after the dam burst,
Parker's completed repairs.
The pump is safe and Big Red
hasn't missed a beat.
If Kayden hadn't caught it,
that pump
would be underwater by now
and we would be shut down.
Hey, Kayden,
nice job spotting that.
Yeah.
It was a pretty,
hectic couple of hours
but, it looks like
we got it all wrapped up
and everything's fixed
and good to go.
We've raised the dam up
and tried to kind
of reinforce things.
I've done as best as I can.
These are definitely
not headaches that we need,
but hopefully,
hopefully that's it.
There's the boss man.
What's up,
you bunch of champions?
You guys ready for something
different or what?
Yeah.
I see we're moving
out of the bench cut today.
So, I think we've got like what,
maybe two more loads of rock
haul up there for the road?
I'll smooth that out and then
we'll just start hauling.
I mean, you guys know
what to do.
I think we're all set.
Should we hit it?
- Let's do it.
- Yeah.
- Let's hit it hard.
- All right.
100 miles east of the Klondike,
Rick Ness is struggling
to get his season
out of first gear,
having mined just a quarter
of his 1,000 ounce target.
There's no doubt
that this year is do-or-die
after taking a year off.
The biggest trip
has been pretty marginal.
I've been doing everything
as economically
and tightly as I can.
I've already got three-quarters
of a million dollars
invested just in running costs.
And we're sure
don't have a three-quarters of
a million dollars of gold yet.
To get his comeback
season on track,
Rick is leaving the lean
Bacon Strip behind
and is going all in
on the bench cut.
I really expect the gold
for this to be a lot better.
I don't know. It's gonna be
spotty I guess maybe.
But, you know, hopefully
in the long run it pays off.
And judging by the records
of the previous miners,
you know, it should pay out,
you know, really double
what we've been getting out
of Bacon Strip.
But I don't have a road
over to it... To it yet.
So, that's what I'm working
on right now.
If I don't get this road
done in time,
then we're gonna be sitting
without running the plant
and that's just not acceptable
because I can't afford
any downtime this year.
That's, not the way
we're gonna hit
Rick's crew now at full force,
Buzz Iago loads tailings
for new recruits,
Ryan Kent and Bailey Carten,
to lay for the road.
Yeah. So, we're trying to get
this done as quick as we can.
You know, Rick told me
if we hit the...
Reach the 1,000 ounce goal,
I'll get a pretty good bonus
at the end of this season.
So if I get that, I can,
start building on my property
and build a nice house
for myself.
As of now,
I've been here
for about a week now
and it seems that everything's
going pretty smooth.
It's important to me
to make sure that Rick
gets that box full of gold.
I take a huge risk
coming up here
and not making any money
and leaving my wife
and my daughter,
so it's a big risk.
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, man.
I'm not just here
to turn a wrench.
I'll do anything
you guys need me to.
I'll try to get this road
taken care of
so we don't lose any time
on getting pay to the plant.
Rick's new bench cut
is isolated 1,500 feet south
from his wash plant, Rocky,
which remains
near the Bacon Strip.
To access the bench,
Rick's crew
are using compacted tailings
to build a single track road
that curves
around an old holding pond,
then rises over 100 feet
to reach the gold
rich pay at the bench.
We should
be getting pretty close.
Maybe a couple more
loads a piece
ought to probably do it.
It should be pretty good.
Yeah. And now we can go
make some money.
Road complete.
The crew starts stockpiling
the pay dirt next to Rocky
before they can fire up and see
if the bench holds gold
to turn Rick's season around.
Everybody's evidently putting
a bunch of work on this road.
It is pretty much
a highway in my opinion now,
which, should be good for us.
But I almost feel like
I'm jinxing us at this point.
To hit Rick's
the bench cut needs to deliver
over 70 ounces a week.
Team's working good together
and everything's working out,
timing wise.
Feels good to be pulling pay
from the bench cut.
I'm excited about it.
I just got an emergency
alert on my phone
saying there's a wildfire threat
located in the Mayo Region.
Residents and workers
in the area
should be prepared
to evacuate on short notice.
I believe that's right on the
other side of this mountain.
Rick?
Hey, did you just get
an alert on your phone?
Yup.
I'm not gonna worry
about it too much right now,
but I guess if it's
in everybody's head,
we'll just keep it in mind.
- Yeah.
- All right.
All right. Thanks, Buzz.
All right. All right.
In the Yukon territory,
wildfire season runs
from June to August
and can force miners
off their claims.
Canada is experiencing
its worst wildfire season
on record
with tens of thousands of people
being driven out of their homes.
The early warning text message
means Rick and his crew
are on standby to evacuate
if the fire nearby
gets any closer.
Hey, Buzz.
Isn't it just lovely today
that we got everyone out about
and working hard?
It's a little smoky over there.
It's a little smoky over there.
Must be a big problem going on.
What the.
Ryan.
I don't know what's going on
with the rock truck,
but it's smoking.
The.
Okay. Hey, get it shut off and
get out of the cab real quick.
Let me grab a few tools.
I'll head up that way.
Okay. See you in a second.
At Duncan Creek,
Morgan Lauren's rock truck
has gone up in smoke.
It seems like every single time
we get something going,
something else borderline
catastrophic happens
'cause I'm blocking
the entire road,
which means we can't get pay
on the plant.
So this is just
the last thing we want
with the bench cut right now.
Yeah, 'cause we really
need pay at Rocky right now,
so hopefully Ryan can get
that rock truck fixed.
I don't know
what the heck is going on,
but I smelled something hot
and looked back
and it was smoking
right back here.
Yeah, it smells like fuel.
Yeah. It's wet back there.
So, good chance of fire
right there
with as hot
as that exhaust gets.
So, I don't want you to move it
because it's just gonna keep
sh**ting fuel out right now.
I'm gonna get this cover
off really quick.
All right. Watch yourself.
It's going to swing open
your way.
Yup.
It's the injector line.
It wasn't even in.
You got a pump right here
that's sh**ting fuel
into this injector.
So, I mean, basically with this
thing just hanging right here,
all you're doing
is sh**ting fuel
on the outside
of this exhaust pipe.
It's probably
getting knocked out
by rocks getting in
through here.
It's a good thing
you were paying attention.
When fuel or, you know,
when diesel starts burning,
it'll take everything with it.
All right.
Well, let me get this fixed up
so that way
you can get back out of here.
Okay. Sweet.
To get Morgan's
rock truck running,
Ryan must reattach
and tighten the injector cable
while checking
for loose connections
in the rest of the fuel supply.
All right, dude.
I think it's good.
I'd say in a couple rounds,
let's double check
to make sure nothing's
loosened up again, but...
Okay.
Just let me know
when you're ready.
- Sweet. That was fast.
- All right.
- Awesome.
- I guess let's get back at it.
- Thank you.
- Okay.
Looks like Ryan
got that truck fixed already.
That was real quick.
It looks to that.
I'm really happy with Ryan.
You know,
he's fitting in really good.
He's a very
knowledgeable mechanic
and also doesn't mind sitting
in an all truck when need be.
So that's exactly
what I was looking for up here
and I'm extremely happy
to have him here.
With two rock
trucks back to hauling pay,
the crew can finally
fire up Rocky.
Really exciting
that we're starting up Rocky
for the first time
since we moved over
to the bench cut.
I really like this stuff
and maybe I'm just
overly excited,
but I really think
this is gonna be good...
A good cut for us.
I'm stoked for this.
How about some 1 ounce nuggets,
some 1 ounce nuggets,
some 3 ounce nuggets,
some 4 ounce nuggets?
It doesn't have to be
terribly precise
for what's it's gonna do.
At Paradise Hill,
the Beets eldest son Kevin
is close to getting
the trommel up and running
by Tony's one-week deadline.
Pretty good.
Over the last couple of days,
he and partner Faith
have wired up
the electrical shack
that supplies power,
connected a 2,000 foot long
water pipe,
and installed
a chute between the trommel.
Everybody's fingers clear?
And the sluice box.
Perfect.
Hey.
So we have our conveyor in,
we put in our sluice box,
welded everything up,
I'm feeling pretty confident
for the fire up
that everything
that me and Faith did
should be pretty A-okay.
The stuff that was here
beforehand,
that me and Faith did not touch,
nah, you take
no responsibility for that.
To complete
the assembly of the plant
and fire up,
Kevin and Tony have to bring in
the last piece of the puzzle.
To drag the two-story high
35-ton hopper into position
beneath the conveyor,
Mike and operator, Brandon Carl
need the muscle of two
Everybody ready?
All right. Mike, shove it in
nice and gentle, please.
Hold for a sec, Mike.
Hold for a second.
Brandon, can you drop it down
nice and slow?
Nice and down, Brandon.
A little bit more.
Right there.
Now, Mike you can push
nice and slow.
Yeah. Just like that.
Okay. Stop for a sec.
Let's have a quick look.
How we liking this?
That looks really nice.
Just four days
after Kevin's return,
the Beets crew are finally
ready to fire up
their main money maker
for the first time this season.
Yeah, that'd be kind of handy.
And better watch your ears.
Okay.
You.
I don't know.
There's always something.
Whenever you try to fire
the plant up first time,
there's always something.
What I have here on this welder
is jump capability,
meaning I can provide a boost to
so you live here.
That should be my power.
Okay.
She's boosted. We're running.
That's power.
Onto the next step.
Generator running,
the crew prepare to send
power to the trommel.
All right. Ready?
Okay. But I need you
to stand that way.
He lives.
Stop it. Stop, stop,
stop, stop, stop, stop.
Stop. Stop pressing the button.
At Paradise Hill,
the trommel has been shut down
just seconds
after its first fire up
in nearly a year.
Okay.
Something's stopping it.
It's not sitting right on the
rollers I don't think, Tony.
If that is our outside ring,
our inside ring
is essentially like this.
Our outer ring here
is not lined up
with the inner trommel.
It's closer to one side
than on the other.
Almost an inch difference
in parts,
which is a big difference.
Last week, Tony and Mike
rushed to fit a new
outer ring to the trommel.
Sometimes you just
gotta get nasty.
The 12-inch wide
outer ring sits on rollers
that rotate the 40-ton barrel,
but Tony and Mike's repair
has left it off center,
stopping the trommel
from spinning.
This year has been a long
consistent line of
well, that didn't work.
Well, that didn't work.
Kevin's stuck in a hole.
Looking like a straight gremlin.
Lord, I'm
it's kind of a cluster.
That ring should have been
checked and rechecked.
He should know that,
he knows better.
At this point already,
we're supposed to have
this thing up and running.
This is the reasons
we didn't come back this year,
put so much effort
into getting things to run
only for someone to come in
it all up.
Do you guys see Tatiana
ripping down there?
She's an absolute monster.
I give her many props
for what she does,
but she'd bust an a*s all day.
At Dominion Creek's money pit,
loader operator Tatiana Costa
is feeding pay dirt
through Parker's
only running wash plant.
Big Red
and clearing its tailings.
It's definitely more hectic
than Sluicifer
for being here at Big Red,
but it's okay.
It's manageable.
Just busy.
450 feet away,
Parker is reinforcing the dam
that burst earlier in the week.
Normally Mitch or Tyson
would be dealing with this stuff,
but they're, you know,
deep in the Australia Creek.
So, you know,
I cover when I can,
which is not very often.
Well, that's not good.
There's no water coming out
of our culvert in our dam.
There's water
in one end of the pipe,
but it's not coming out
in the other,
which means
gravity defying water
or, um,
or I didn't put
the pipe in level.
In the race to fix the dam,
Parker's misaligned
the angle of a culvert
that acts as an overflow.
The pond side end is too high,
meaning excess water can't flow
out of the settling pond
and the dam could burst
once again.
Because if this fails again,
we'll probably lose the pump.
To prevent another flood,
Parker needs the 30-foot
culvert to lie flat,
but excavating
the dirt around it
risks weakening the dam.
If I'm not careful right now,
the whole dam will blow out
just from working around
the edges of the culvert.
It's not really ideal scenario.
So I don't think there's
really much more I can do
other than just like
shove some dirt in here
and try to compact it
a little bit,
and, um, see what happens.
I won't feel
like we've succeeded
until there's water
flowing through the culvert.
Now Parker needs to climb out
over a 40-foot drop
and check for blockages.
There's a bunch of moss
and clogged up in here.
I feel like I'm in that movie,
with the...
This, prison escape.
Something redemption,
Shawshank.
That's a long ways down.
This is gonna be interesting.
Looks like I gave a beaver a.
That ought to do it.
If that doesn't work,
I don't know what will.
So we'll find out.
Culvert flowing,
Parker's Dominion Creek
operation can keep running
and with no downtime,
it could be
his biggest week yet.
Well, that was fun
and let's hope
it doesn't happen again.
Holy.
There's a lot of gold in here.
More than picker's nuggets.
Look at that.
These guys
are gonna wanna see this.
Hey, get over here.
What'd you find?
No way.
Yeah.
And we've got big gold.
You get to see where all
your fuel money goes.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah.
- I like that...
- You put it that way,
I'm not so excited anymore.
No. But no, I am
I mean this is amazing.
You guys wanna get more of that?
. Right.
All right.
Sounds good.
- You guys are the best.
- I know.
Thank you.
Can you tell my wife that?
No.
It's my fifth-year mining
and, I spent a lot of time
around wash plants.
He's the wash plant expert here.
No.
Bailey's the expert.
You got an operator,
you got a
wash plant operator expert.
You got a gold sniffer.
You got a gold cleaner.
- Sniffer.
- You got a...
At Duncan Creek,
it's time to see
if Rick's gamble
to move to the bench cut
has paid off.
- How you do, guys?
- Yeah.
Um, by the look of that,
really good.
- Not bad.
- That looks good, man.
Better than it has been.
That's for damn sure.
Tell that already.
Can we all hold it
and we'll take a guess,
- closest one wins the mine?
- No.
- Shall we weigh it?
- Yes.
Rick's best weekly haul
from the Bacon Strip
was 32 ounces,
but he needs
over 70 ounces a week
to hit his end of year target.
All right. Let's do this.
- Ready, Terry?
- Yup.
All right.
Worth almost $125,000,
double Rick's season best.
Yeah.
Boom!
Nice.
Hell, yeah.
That's much better.
That's a nice pile, right?
That brings us to a total so far
of, just over 319 ounces.
Quick math in my head.
You know, we do have to
improve on this a little bit.
Can we limp across the line
with stuff like this?
I think we can.
I don't wanna limp
across the line.
I think you got the group
to do it
and I came a long ways.
I don't know about you guys,
but I'd like
to see you smash it.
Yeah.
Hell yeah, guys.
Thank you so much as always.
Couldn't do without you.
- Cheers.
- Cheers.
I'm gonna go put this away.
Yeah.
Well, it's a new beginning
for us from the bench cut.
It's a good week.
You know, we doubled
our numbers finally.
We're gonna keep plugging away
and hopefully
we get some more gold.
Obviously this was
the absolute best gold weigh
we've had so far
and just all of the work
that we've been putting into it
is finally paying off.
Um, so I'm really happy
to say the least.
I can't help but be happy.
I mean, we doubled what we did,
you know, the previous weeks.
I think we just gotta
hit it hard now.
See what's up there.
Keep adding to our total.
Well, sounds like everybody
had an event full week.
Yeah, man.
But mainly you there
with your, water works.
If I was a beaver, I would've
gotten shoved out of the colony.
Then you, got to
throw the last of the dirt
through Sluicifer down there,
so that's awesome.
Yeah. Kind of sad to be
leaving my home, to be honest.
Well, dude,
that's why your trailer
has wheels on it there, man.
Yeah.
Just drag that thing
to a new spot.
Yeah, exactly.
You wanna see
how Ken's finished up?
Let's see it.
Sluicifer ran for 40 hours
and the last
of the El Dorado cut
should deliver around 60 ounces.
Here we go.
Last cleanup of Ken's.
We got 40, 60,
Well, there we go, 93.25.
Worth over $186,000.
That's not bad.
Finishing up Ken
and Stewart's down there
is almost like the end
of a legend or something.
There's still
more dirt down there,
but not for this year.
With Sluicifer now shut down,
Parker only has Big Red
running in the money pit,
which last week delivered
a massive 410 ounces.
Well, Big Red
had some water issues,
but we didn't lose
any run time because of it.
Just pouring it.
There's 100.
Keep going.
There's a buck 50.
Still more 180, 190, 200,
But it also had this
So we wound up
with 506.7 ounces.
Worth over $1 million
and taking their season total
past the halfway point
to 2,822 ounces.
Are those separate cleanups?
No, I just... I don't have
any more big thermoses.
You're gonna have to just
start using a bucket.
- Yeah.
- And like a bathroom scale.
Good job, guys.
Well, that's a hell of a week.
Same, excited about it.
The gold is good.
I think we could kick
