Then dad threw the fish up on board, and then the dog.

He was laughing away, and then he was gone.

We looked, and called, and waited,

and then started the motor in case we were drifting.

And a trawl came by, and they looked, too.

And lots of other boats and a helicopter.

But they never found him, and it's three weeks now,

so because of the currents and the tides

maybe they never will.

Maybe he'll end up in Germany, because that

happened to a woman once in an island off Germany.

Perhaps dad might make it to Belgium.
