We have someone who's connected,
tribally, to the area.

I would like to start off with a ceremony,

see if we can instigate a connection.

This is just crazy. This tree is heating up.

And it keeps getting hotter.

Doesn't make any sense.

I've got a few interesting hits
from Homestead Two.

- if we're looking at a UAP.

It landed 2,000 feet!

That's the exact distance
from the center of the triangle

to the edge of the bubble.

There is a ranch in Northern Utah.

It is considered the epicenter

of the strangest and most
disturbing occurrences on Earth.

the federal government

investigated the property.

Right there! We got something!

Now a new team

of independent scientists
and researchers are taking over.

They are uncovering evidence

We've covered a lot of ground this year

with our investigation.

So now we really want to figure out

if all the hot spots where
we experience strange activity

are somehow connected.

And today starts at the mesa.

We're about to drill
our fourth large borehole

that we're hoping against hope
will finally intersect

with one of the biggest
mysteries on Skinwalker Ranch...

a massive object buried
around 33 feet deep,

along with a bunch of smaller objects

that we've detected using
our ground-penetrating radar.

Last week, the team
from Triple A Drilling put

a 24-inch-diameter hole
to the west of where

we've detected the big object.

That's where a smaller drill
was damaged last year

when it hit something
really hard at the 33-foot level

and we found the Type A ceramics.

Unfortunately, that hole didn't produce

any more ceramic material.

What are we looking at?

- We got metal.
- Wow.

But between 60 and 70 feet,

we did find some small shavings
of strange metal.

That's right where we need to be.

- Here we go.
- All right, let's get drilling.

So today we're sinking

another two-foot-diameter borehole

right in the center of where
the big object was detected.

While we want to be careful
we don't damage anything,

we think it's our best bet
to finally make contact.

While the new hole gets drilled,

Kaleb and I will be helping

archaeologist Chris Roberts

sift through the leftover spoils
from our previous hole

where we found
those metal flakes last week.

Hopefully we'll find more metal
or ceramics or something,

anything, that helps us figure
out what the heck this thing is.

So these are from 60 to 70 feet down.

So this is the same level
we found that metal at.

This is the one we found the metal.

- Where's your magnet?

A lot of these flakes we've found

have been very small. Some are
about the size of a quarter.

But we've also found some shavings

that were practically microscopic.

So the magnet will help make sure

we don't miss any possible clues.

'cause this piece looks like
it might have some patina

or something on it.

That means it's been
in the mesa for a while.

So that didn't come from our drill bit.

To find what I would describe
as a highly magnetic,

very thin metal at the depth of 60

to 70 feet down in vertical hole three

in the mesa is highly unique.

That's a flake right there,
whatever that is.

There's no natural process

to explain how it got there.

So did the drill scrape this
off a much larger object?

- Guys, what do we got?
- We're finding

little bitty pieces of the
material like we saw earlier.

And we got one right here right now.

- Yeah. Okay.
- It matches color, thickness.

I see a flake here.

Just a visual inspection

tells me clearly this is, artificial material.

We need to send these samples
off to a laboratory

and have a more detailed
analysis performed.

This is something that makes me
personally quite hopeful

that we will drill
directly down onto the center,

the top of that anomaly
buried in the mesa.

from multiple instruments,

all confirming
that there is something huge

buried in the mesa.

Our previous smaller drilling operations

have hit something impenetrable

So how do we keep missing it

with a much bigger drilling operation?

Well, I think we need to keep
looking for that evidence

is take a step back from drilling

until we can get Jan back out
here to scan this thing again.

to do some new scans inside Borehole 1

with a brand-new device
that he designed just for us.

I've come up
with the coded sequence radar,

He designed it
after previous scans conducted

a couple weeks ago
were totally messed-up,

which Jan believed was due
to something inside the mesa

jamming the radio waves
from his device.

Now, if Jan's theory's correct,

this new GPR unit
with an encrypted signal

should bypass any interference

and finally collect clean images
of these buried things

from inside Borehole 1.

produces the most amount of frustration

from an instrumentation standpoint,

from a data standpoint,
because there's weird things

that happen that I can't easily explain.

We're almost completely out.

to get usable data within

the mesa itself.

The good news is that we got

On the left-hand side,

this is the entry point
where I was standing.

So this is just, you know,

the first 30 feet.

Nothing exciting.

As we go down,

you start getting things like this.

Wow, look at that.

So this is what we see
at about 80 feet down.

Borehole Number 1.

What is it? Who knows, right?

But the good news is we are getting

some reflections from that.

Well, and it stands out, though, clearly.

And right where your old data detected it.

So why didn't we hit it?

This is a validation.

It's puzzling, but it's a validation

of our original location for the anomaly.

According to Jan's data,

that huge object is
right where we thought it was.

That means we should have hit this thing

with all four vertical boreholes
we drilled this year.

So how did they all miss it?

I've got something else
I want to show you.

So, again, we have all these reflections.

These are sort of hits
on possible objects, okay?

But take a look at this.

Yeah, that's pretty strong.

How far from the top of the mesa is that?

Somewhere around 290
to 300 feet down Borehole 1.

- And there seems to be two of them.

To me, this looks metallic.

Wow.

Jan's past GPR scans
have detected smaller objects

surrounding the main anomaly.

So are these more of those
or something else?

You know, Jan, I was just thinking...

we've got those large boreholes now

- from the top vertical drilling.

It's two-foot in diameter.
We could run your GPR in those.

'Cause one of 'em goes to 90 feet.

It's right between Borehole 1 and 2.

We should get much more precise data

for where we could drill again.

we can't miss next time.

in these new holes that we've drilled.

Later that night, we switched our focus

for a follow-up experiment

at another important hot spot,
Homestead Two,

the dilapidated group of old buildings

just southwest of the mesa drill site.

A few weeks ago,
we conducted an experiment there

with Navajo shaman Art Hardy,

who performed a prayer ceremony
to try and make contact

with whatever causes
the strange phenomena

that we and others have encountered.

These include everything from orbs...

and strange cold anomalies

that we recorded on thermal cameras.

Heck, members of a
government-funded investigation

back in the early 2000s

reported seeing strange creatures

emerge out of portals there.

And it definitely seemed
like Art made something happen.

We not only detected
strange 1.6-gigahertz signals

coming from inside one
of the homestead buildings...

This is just crazy.

But saw the trees suddenly
heat up above them, too.

Just watch what happens. There.

But the craziest thing
was a UAP that Erik found

in our processed high-speed video

that appeared during the ceremony

right above the homestead.

Is there something happening
inside Homestead Two

that may be connected
to UAP activity on the ranch?

If so, then hopefully tonight's
experiment will help us

actually see what it is.

It's been a while
since we've tried anything

with light out there.

So we're gonna set up
a laser grid at Homestead Two.

And to see those laser beams clearly,

we can use that smoke g*n, right?

We do have the smoke g*ns.

So that would maybe
help us see what's going on.

The goal of tonight's experiment
is to help us identify

phenomenon that's not visible
to the naked eye.

Using specialized laser boxes,

we're going to project
a grid of light beams

inside of the main building
at Homestead Two

where we detected
those 1.6-gigahertz signals.

Then we'll fill the room with smoke

to make the lasers easier to see.

If there's something invisible in there,

maybe we'll see disturbances in
the smoke and the laser light.

We ought to also take,
a-a digital audio file

of the whistle Art used
during his ceremony.

I want to play it
during our experiment to see

if we see similar things

high-speed video cameras

pointed inside Homestead Two.

We'll also be capturing images
using both stationary

and portable lidar devices,

which use infrared scanners
to help reveal

anything that would
otherwise be invisible.

We also will be monitoring

a GPS sensor positioned
on top of the homestead,

as well as multiple spectrum analyzers.

holding that heavy thing.

Another reason we're
interested in Homestead Two

is because it sits just beyond

the western boundary of the bubble.

It's like there's a massive
invisible force field

covering a huge portion of the ranch

and constantly prevents our equipment,

like rockets and especially drones,

from passing through its boundaries.

We think it may be connected to
whatever's buried in the mesa,

but this is also a good chance to see

if we detect any possible connections

to Homestead Two as well.

be coming from Homestead Two,

a light source that is apparently

out at Homestead Three,

out to that western extreme
portion of the property.

would be giving off

this big of a heat source.

So what is it?

And could it have something to do

with the strange light Erik saw

or the 1.6-gigahertz signal we detected

just before it appeared?

Is this evidence that some, if not all,

of these hot spots
on the ranch are connected?

and made us both nervous and excited

A really similar thing

After his prayer, he entered the building

an EEG brain scanning device.

- We wanted to monitor him

for any strange physical effects,

since he was trying
to summon phenomenon

at the homestead to appear.

The headsets just stopped working.

The moment he walked in there.

It's just... It's gone.

The device glitched immediately

when he went inside the building,

even though it was
completely within range

to transmit his brain activity data.

Now that the smoke
has dissipated some,

I'm not seeing anything move through it.

we just saw move through the smoke

is having issues once again

the western bubble boundary.

But since the boundary
is just a few yards away,

that the bubble is connected

to the phenomena at the homestead?

Finally got control back.

And there you go.

I'm gonna land the
drone while I still have signal.

Just as quickly as unexplainable things

appear on the ranch,

they suddenly disappear sometimes, too.

After several more minutes

of watching our instruments
and cameras,

no more signals or visual
anomalies were detected.

- Hey, Erik, you copy?
- Yeah, go ahead, Travis.

We're not seeing anything else,
so I think we're gonna call it

if you want to head on out.

Yeah, copy that. I'll head right out.

So, hopefully, the processed data

will help us understand what the heck

really happened here tonight.

Erik, I-I think

it was a lot of things

in this experiment
that we weren't expecting.

I really want to get back
and scrub that video

of the infrared camera -Yeah.

And whatever that was
in the laser beam,

'cause that was pretty weird.

So, I think there's
a lot of follow-up we can do.

- Yeah. Sounds like a plan.
- Yeah.

- Good deal.

Homestead Two never disappoints.

Never does, does it?

- Morning.
- Hey, guys.

You ready to talk about the experiment

- out at the homestead?
- Yeah.

- I am.
- Yeah.

There was a lot going on,
so I'm excited to see

- what data you have.
- Well, yeah, in fact,

some of the really interesting things

happened not at Homestead Two

but over-over Homestead Three,
as you saw

- with the-with the drone.
- Yeah. No doubt.

- Yeah.
- So, I'll start

with the video that was recording

inside of Homestead Two.

We have the, the-the green laser grid.

You guys called out
something really interesting,

and I'd like you
to sort of talk me through it.

Yeah, we saw something
moving through the smoke.

Okay, so, should I just play
this through and you guys

- can, stop me when you see something?
- Yeah.

- Yeah.
- Okay, so, tell me what caught your attention.

If you'll watch right there,

you will see something move across

the bottom of the beams,

- almost like a void.
- Okay.

- It kind of moves up and moves back.
- Right.

It's moving around in that, just, one spot.

I see.

I got it.

Watching the playback on the video,

it's clear we really did see
some kind of disturbance

or void moving around
inside Homestead Two.

Was it an invisible object
or something else?

I don't know. It's the craziest thing.

Pete SLAM-scanned
the room, too, right?

- That's right.
- Yeah, you did.

Unfortunately, we didn't see anything

in the lidar data to explain
what we're seeing here.

- Really?
- Yeah.

Well, we saw,

you know, some pretty unique
kind of flow in that area,

but also, the radio communication -Right.

- With the... -The-the...
- Now, this was interesting.

- Yeah.
- So, we call Pete,

and we're looking at Pete on the monitor

and we see Pete respond,
he picks up the walkie

and he starts talking... nothing.

We literally could get
no walkie communications

out of the kitchen in the homestead.

Direct line of sight to us.

My point is, there's a one-way door,

it seems like, inside Homestead Two,

where information can fall into it

but information can't get away from it.

One of the interesting results

from the experiment is that

we have, something
interfering with radio comms

from the Homestead Two area itself.

There's no really good
explanation for that

that comes to mind.

Could it be from whatever
we saw moving through the smoke?

Next, I want to review

that light source that appeared
by Homestead Three.

When I saw it in the moment,
it was blinking,

but this is what it looks like
processed through Meta-Frame.

Watch what happens in this region here.

- Clearly, we've got a light source.
- Yeah.

And you can see the movement.

- Wow.
- You know, the question is,

do we have someone or something
moving through the area?

- Yeah.
- But we didn't find anything

by Homestead Three.

And if that's not a person we're seeing,

- what's out there?
- I don't know what that is.

If that's not a person we're
seeing, then what's out there?

I don't know what that is.

We didn't find anything

at Homestead Three.

We've got to figure out

- what else there is that it could be.
- Yeah.

Looking at this video Erik processed,

there is no doubt that some light source

was moving around
over by Homestead Three.

And then it just disappeared.

But what the heck was it?
And why did it appear

just moments after we started
our experiment at Homestead Two?

Jim, I'm gonna pull up

your thermographic video footage now

that you captured using your drone.

So, talk us through,
you know, what those,

different colors mean.

Yeah, so, basically, you're gonna see

cold as darker,

and it gets brighter as it gets hotter.

If you look at the top, you'll see the scale,

it's 39 to 62 degrees.

- That's in Fahrenheit, right?
- That's right.

- So, that sticks out a little bit.
- So, that's 39 degrees

being the coldest

- and 62 degrees being warm... the warmest?
- The hottest.

- That's correct. Yep.
- Okay.

So, should I just play
this through and you guys

- can, stop me when you see something?
- Yeah. Yep.

Now, I'll point something out here

that's interesting,
is you notice the ground,

when you can see through to it,
it's really cold.

It's about 30 to 40 degrees,
somewhere in there.

Maybe-maybe upper 40s, I don't know.

But, now you look at Homestead Three,

- the roof is cold. Yeah.
- Right here, yeah.

But inside the homestead,

it's up in the 60s.

If it was a concrete floor

and the sun had been
beating down on it all day,

I could understand why
we would be seeing heat

radiate from it, but

that wood floor's not gonna retain heat.

It wouldn't retain heat
any more than the wood roof.

So, what on earth could
be heating up the interior?

I have no idea.

How does a completely abandoned
old building

show up 20 degrees hotter

than everything else around it
on a cool night?

It just doesn't make any sense.

There was clearly something
going on inside Homestead Three.

Was it connected to the strange
light or UAP that Erik recorded?

Well, we've got a new hot spot
to investigate for answers now.

We've seen so much
to draw our attention

to events out at Homestead Three.

I think it would be
a good idea for us to design

an experiment out there.

You know, we've had that light,
we've had what we saw

with the, the-the thermal infrared.

We've done so little at Homestead Three.

That should be a-a new priority for us.

I think it-it's high time

- we get in there.
- Yeah. I like it.

- Let's do it.
- Good plan, guys.

I don't know what's going on,

but I do find it interesting

that as we are doing
an experiment at Homestead Two,

we're seeing anomalies
at Homestead Three.

It's very curious,
and it makes me wonder

if there's a connection between the two.

I'm confident

that's definitely gonna be a high priority

that we're focused on.

Just the way it goes
out here on Skinwalker Ranch.

You investigate one area,

and suddenly, there's a bunch
of strange activity

in places you never expected.

Whether it's the bubble or the mesa

or these old homesteads,

there has to be something that connects

all these hot spots together.

Our attention is being
drawn out to Homestead Three.

So, what is going on?

And is it, in fact, related to the things

we've seen happen
between Homestead Two

and the bubble boundary?

I don't have a convenient answer

or explanation for why
we're seeing what we're seeing,

but I'm confident that we will
get to the bottom of it.

I wanted to look at that
metal we found in the mesa.

- Whoa.
- Look at that.

It looks like it was manufactured that way

- intentionally.
- Am I reading that right? -Yeah.

All right, let's smoke it one more time.

Something weird has happened
to this gamma ray detector.

The Geiger counter showed

dangerously high counts
of gamma radiation.

- Really?
- I'll play this.

It'll jump right out at you.

That.

That is really bizarre.

How could that happen?
