soft spot within me.

has a lot of experience,

what she's doing.

the rest of the girls,
They're not as

Different yachts
and how the common ground,

uh, stews would operate on.
So, these stews
are comin' in, you know,
With no experience prior
or very little, and, you know,
She's trying--

to work with what she got.
So, you know, things
are fallin' a little apart.
They're going
in a little disarray,
But I think she kinda
pieced it together
And got it through
the season, you know?

if you would together, again.
- No one makes me laugh
harder than jen,
And I think,
in yachting,
That's a valuable
asset, as well,
Because you're working
long days in close quarters.

Started off good.
Then, things got choppy.
And between the mystery
of the lost lobsters
To the ice cream meltdown,
The guests didn't always
think his food was well done.

through great chefs.
I could get any
chef job possible,
But working on yachts
is a more intimate process.

I had a great sous chef.

He's labeled a deckhand,
But he can also do
other things like--

I was just about to

- Um, well, it is
an area that I love.
I mean, cooking is something
that I do every single day.

help with that,
And-and I think
it worked really well.
I mean, he is
a great listener,
And he's willing to
let someone help him,
And that was great.

- Absolutely not.

the whole season
And with every single plate
'Cause, in the galley,
You can't see some of
the reactions of the guests,
You know?
So, the last pow wow
we had was great.
I loved it, and it showed
how much of a team player
She is to help me.

- Because it was great,
her reaction,
When she actually helped
you the last charter,
But the entire season,
the only thing I saw
Afterwards,
after leaving "valor,"
It was just criticism,
And I didn't see her
actually sitting with you
Like she did
on the charter,
The previous charters,
and helping you.
I mean, she even said
that your banana foster
Was like a seagull's sh--.
So, i-i really
don't understand.
- It was.
No offense, it was.

constructive criticism,
And it did look

to be helpful

things around with her,
But she just seemed that
she was cutting my legs
All the time with no reason
when I was just trying to help,

on matt as a chef
And his evolution?
- It was too little
too late.

the matt that we saw

Because I always felt that
matt had it inside of him.

other than what he has,
What he possesses in his
own mind and his talents.

He respects me, but I think

People has to understand
that regardless your stripes,
