WEBVTT FILE

Brilliant.

All right... game time.

It’s my third year as chief
stew on Motor Yacht St. David.

My standards are higher
than they’ve ever been.

I’m going to blow this
b*tch out of the water.

If I see any more of this stuff,

I’m going to
jam it up someone’s a*s.

This is about wowing.

Welcome to your V.I.P.
experience.

This is amazing.

I love this!

[cheering]

Ow!

My feet, honestly, they
just don’t work anymore.

Help!

We will get injured.

Woop!

We will be exhausted.

I’m so burnt out.

But that’s yachting.

We do this for the guests
and we do it for the tip.

And everybody loves a good tip.

Margarita, on the rocks, please.

Not too sweet, skinny.

So tonight, it’s all about
meeting the new crew.

I think it’s a great opportunity
for us to get to know each other

over a drink where we can
all be ourselves

off the boat
before we’re colleagues.

Let’s start on a high.

- Hello.
- Hello.

Gorgeous woman.

- Soléne.
- I’m Fraser.

- Nice to meet you. Soléne?
- Nice to meet you, too.

- How are you doing?
- I’m thirsty.

- Me, too.
- I’m excited.

Always.

What do you want to drink?

Says a lot about you.

Okay, let’s go Pornstar.

I think I’m a very free spirit.

Yep.

I do stuff without thinking.

I’m not asking questions.

Roar!

I used to be like a waitress,

a bartender and stuff like
that in Cannes, you know.

Nice, nice, nice.
What about laundry?

I know how to push a button.

Fabulous.

- Hello.
- Hey, guys.

How are you?
Fraser, nice to meet you.

- Fraser? Caio, nice to meet you.
- Yes.

- Hello.
- How are you?

Very good. How are you?

- Name?
- Soléne.

I’ve been a bosun
for two years now.

I grew up in Rio.

Zzzz...

You’re bosun this year?

- Yeah, I’m bosun this year.
- Fantastic.

So you’ve been working
on big boats as well?

Nah, man.
This is my biggest one.

[laughs]

You’ll be fine.

- Hi, guys.
- How are you?

Nice to meet you.

- I’m Rainbeau.
- Rainbeau.

- What a Rainbeau.
- She’s beautiful too.

Rainbeau.
Is that your actual name?

No. My full name is...

- Okay, Rainbeau.
- Rainbeau. It’s very good.

Yeah, so...

We can stick to Rainbeau.

- Hi.
- Nice to meet you.

- Nice to meet you.
- I’m Rainbeau.

- Welcome, welcome.
- Thank you.

- This is Soléne.
- Hi.

What position are you on board?

I’m a stew.

- Do you enjoy the job?
- Yeah.

Well, it was very
different for me.

I used to work in a cruise ship
for, like, seven years.

Does it not compare at all?

No, at all.

Oh, my...

- I’m so happy.
- God.

- I need to go see my husband.
- Hello there.

How are you, mate?

Flip-flops on the
first night out.

This year,
the training wheels are off.

Three, two, one.

Here, I work hard, play hard.

This is...
This one here is actually...

Oh!

You’re all incredibly
beautiful,

and it’s going to be
very easy this year

- to just stare at you.
- Yeah.

And I’m g*y.

Well, I’m g*y, too.
That’s all right.

g*y, I’m g*y.

- Hi.
- Hello, gorgeous.

- What’s your name?
- Jess.

Jess? Kyle.
Good to meet you as well.

- Hello, nice to meet you.
- Caio, nice to meet you.

Hi, nice to meet you.

- Where are you coming from?
- South Africa.

You’re a deckhand?

Yeah. My previous position,
I was bosun.

- Oh, good.
- So I’m coming in as deck,

so I’m just taking
it easy this time.

- Hi, guys.
- Hello.

Hi. How are you doing?

- I’m Lawrence.
- Lawrence, Kyle.

Pleasure to meet you, mate.

Caio, nice to meet you.
What’s your name?

Lawrence, you deckhand, huh?

You’re the chef?
Ah, okay.

The most important.

I’ve been in the culinary world
for about 15 years.

I worked in a two
Michelin star restaurant.

The chef is outdoing himself.

Yeah.

Chef’s get a
pretty bad rap.

Everyone thinks that
they’re angry all the time.

But once you get the
Holy Spirit inside of you,

God changes you into
a different person.

I try and stay as
calm as possible.

Is this a----ing joke?

So I’m a little bit...
I’m a little bit nervous.

- Yeah.
- Don’t worry.

I mean, that’s the least
of our concerns.

- Hello.
- Hey.

- Welcome to the party.
- How are you doing, man? Damo.

- Fraser.
- Fraser, Damo.

Nice to meet you, Damo.

So, Damo, do you know that
Caio is your bosun?

No.

Thanks for coming in early.

Going through that bridge
over there is a huge challenge.

Okay.

It gets to 20 knots,
I can’t leave.

on your stern.

Caio, say my name
before all your calls.

I’m missing the distance.

So I Kerry, Kerry,
and then the distance.

If we didn’t go out today,
we might actually...

don’t do the charter because the
wind is going to get so strong.

- Clear off the bridge.
- Clear off the starboard.

Whew.

We’re at anchor now.

Yeah, I guess you
guys join tomorrow,

and, yeah, tender is going
to pick you up.

- You’re going to go there.
- Right.

- So we single...
- No, I’m single.

- Single.
- Single. Ready to mingle.

[laughing]

- Single?
- No.

No.

But he works on boat so
I’ve seen him

for five days so far this year,

so that works out at
half a day a month.

- Yep.
- That you see each other?

Technically, yeah,
it’s not great.

What would you say is, like,
your thing as a chief stew?

I think ultimately, like,
we have to be here

to enjoy ourselves,

and the better we do,
the bigger the tip.

I have thought so much about
how I can make this season

bigger, badder, and better,

and I can’t wait
to get started on it.

- Cheers.
- Cheers. Cheers. Cheers

Cheers!

All right, kiddos, vamanos.

[chuckling]

Oh, my God, is that the boat?

G’day.

How you go, mate?

- Good to see you, mate.
- How are you doing?

Welcome to the St David.

[laughing]

Caio washed her a little
too much and she shrunk.

[laughing]

Wind is shocking.

We like to start the
charter in this slip,

but due to this bridge
being so narrow

and the wind being so strong,

we’re going to start
the charter out on anchor.

- And come aboard, please.
- Great.

Boats at anchor.

St. Martin is one of
the biggest hubs

for yachting in the Caribbean.

There’s many things
I love about St Martin.

The most beautiful white sand
beaches you’ve ever seen.

The one thing I don’t
like is the bridge.

There’s been many a crash
on that bridge,

and there’ll continue to be.

There’s been some horrific ones
where yachts have taken out

the control tower on the bridge.

Oh, my God.

The channel is so tight.

My professional goals
this season

is not to touch this bridge.

Here we go, boys and girls.
Here we go!

That’s our home for
the next six weeks.

Nice work, gentlemen.

God, home sweet home, hey?

Fraser, can you show everyone
their cabins, please?

And then we’ll have a meeting
in about an hour.

- Great.
- Okay?

- Thanks, Cap.
- Thank you.

Want me to take someone for you?

I’m a strong...

Oh, you don’t need no man, huh?

Wow.

This one is yours, Kyle.

- Rainbeau, that one’s yours.
- Yeah.

All right.
Follow me, chaps.

So, this is the main saloon,
if you haven’t figured that out.

I’m excited to
get back on board.

I know the boat.

There is a level
of comfort there.

This is the longest relationship
I’ve ever had with anything.

This----ing boat is
so confusing.

You’ll figure it out.

It’s big.
There are so many guest areas.

Got a lot of work to do.

But as much as it
causes me so much pain,

it is home nonetheless.

Rainbeau, I’m going
to have you in here.

I’m going to have you with Jess.

Lawrence, you’re going
to be down the end here,

and then two boys down the end.

- Hey, ladies!
- Neighbors!

It’s okay.

Don’t see
too much of my n*pples?

No, no, it’s all right.

I’ve been pretty low,
like, a lot of my 20s.

Short temperedness,
anger, addictions.

There was a point in my life

where I started
reading the Bible,

and I became
a born-again Christian.

My faith guides me through
stressful situations.

Sorry, would you just
mind not filming

when I get this piece
of equipment out?

Please.

No.

Ephesians 6:
Verse seven to nine is

"serve wholeheartedly as if
you were serving the Lord,

"not people because
you know that

"the Lord will reward each one
for whatever good they do,"

and I think that’s a
good way to live your life.

It’s going to be a long
six weeks, isn’t it?

- Wait.
- Oh, my God.

I’m going to get
so----ing fat.

- G’day, mate.
- Hey, man.

How are we?

Yeah, mate, good, good.

We’ve got a big boat.

If you feel yourself
getting snowed under,

and you need some extra help,

don’t try and take it
all on for yourself.

- I just want you to be aware.
- Cool.

Thanks, man.
Great to have you aboard.

See you soon.

You’re a gentleman, Damo.

- ing good night.
- Good night.

- Oh...
- Oh, my [bleep]!

Is this laundry?

Yeah, how amazing.

- Sick.
- I know.

Radio!

You got the good clips,
by the way.

Whatever.
What do you got?

Microfibers, drop towels.

Wow.
Oh, man.

All crew, all crew.

I see the tender inbound
with provisions,

so can we get all hands, please?

Yeah, copy that, cap.

What the hell is that?

Jesus Christ, what
the [bleep] is that?

- This is just one.
- Is it a pellet?

A nightmare.

And then you just tell
us where it’s going.

- Absolutely.
- Oh, my [bleep].

- Yep, I’m ready.
- [bleep], it’s never ending.

Oh, my days.
What the [bleep]?

I’m sorry.

[grunts]

Ooh la la.

This is----ing too much.

I’m sweating my t*ts off.

- Yeah.
- Yeah.

Oh, God.

How are you doing, Cheffy?

Good man, how are you?

Are you keeping
on top of it all?

Oh, my days.

- He is... stressy strawberries.
- Of course he is.

Oh.

Provisions come in.

You don’t have
a home for everything.

You don’t know
where everything is.

[bleep] it.
Mother----er.

"Serve wholeheartedly,

as if you were serving
the Lord, not people."

This is----ing bullsh--.

Absolute bollocks.

"Because you know that the
Lord will reward each one

for whatever good they do."

On top of this, you’ve got
just cameras in your face,

watching your every move.

Like, there’s no hiding.

And I think that’s a good
way to live your life.

Oh, what the [bleep]?

[growls]

Coming up...

Yeah, where is the black light?

No luggage.

Luggage.

I like working
with you this year.

Are you anything like last year?

Where is... Oh!

No, no, no.

I’ll [bleep] you up.

Sh--.

All crew, all crew,
crew meeting in the Sky Lounge.

Copy that.

You’re good.

Yeah, just about.

I just don’t know what
the [bleep]’s going on.

Don’t worry, you got this.

- Hello, Cap.
- G’day.

How you all doing?

All right, guys, welcome
aboard the St. David.

We’ve got a big
season ahead of us,

and with that, the way
I manage is I’m very firm,

but I’m fair with everybody.

But don’t take more
kindness for weakness.

I can’t wait to work
with Kerry again.

He demands respect.
He’s an excellent leader.

I slightly disrespected him,
maybe a few times last year.

Do you guys not take
seriously inspection today?

- ing blanket disrespect.

[bleep] beyond words.

I’d really, really like to
prove to Kerry that, you know,

I’m not a----ing dickhead

and I’m here to work
and I respect him.

People don’t respect each other,

they have no time
on a boat of mine.

All right.
Fun stuff’s out of the way.

Let’s talk about where we are.

In St. Martin
and St. Martin’s cool.

You’ve got Dutch side,
a French side.

It’s a little flavor on
both sides of the island.

We’ll be going to Anguilla,
which is a British island.

It has awesome coastlines.

But you’ve got great
diving everywhere.

And of course we’ve
got St. Bart’s.

Great shopping and
amazing restaurants.

Which I’m sure you'll get
a chance to enjoy.

Okay, let’s get to work, guys.

Thank you so much.

One quarter,
two quarters, three, four.

Yeah.

I’m just looking for Downy.

Oh, Downy.

Double glove is a one.

- Wow.
- Nice.

I would love one day
to be a captain.

I’m good at my job,
and I’m not shy to say that.

Who tied this on?
Guys!

Being on deck as a girl, like,

you’re always going to have
those people who are like,

you shouldn’t be here.

Like, [bleep] that sh--.

[grunts]

When people are like, we
only take male deckhands

because there’s heavy sh--
to be picked up, I’m like...

We have a
crane for a reason.

I do see myself growing
old on the ocean.

Like a boss-a*s b*tch.

Jess is going to be running
the show within one charter.

Yeah, she is.

No, I don’t want to
be responsible for you guys.

Nah, you are.

Anything that’s open and
disgusting, throw it away.

You guys keep going around here.

Wash this cover, also.

Okay, cool.

Oh, I don’t know
where anything goes.

Oh, where’s my radio?

Where’s my----ing radio?

This is----ing insane.

Nope, it’s the other way.
[bleep]

Fraser, how do you
want to fold this?

- Are you just like this?
- Yeah.

And then we keep like this?

Yeah, yeah, we can do that,
and that’s an easy...

Yeah.

Just make sure Soléne
knows how to roll it like that.

Oh, sure.

How can I help you, mate?

I need to start
bringing some stuff down

to the walk-in fridge.

- Yeah. Absolutely.
- Stunny.

Oh, sh--.

Look at all this stuff.

Soléne, come here.

You need me?
I’m doing something.

I wouldn’t have called
you if you didn’t.

Yeah, just, "come here."
It was like quite a...

Did I do something bad?

- No, just come here.
- Yeah.

- Do you know how to...
- No.

Okay, just let me show you.

Here, Fraser, told you?

I’m very honest.

It’s a problem sometimes,
you know.

But please don’t call me.

I need work to support my mom.

I have to take
very serious, my job.

But I also can have a good time.

I can definitely be spicy.

That’s the Brazilian in me.

b*tch!

I always say...

Because you say rose,
I think it was like a flower.

No.

I’m single.

I’m always looking
for that person.

Is there anyone like on
the crew that you’re...

I’m like super
personality-based, so like...

I’m sorry, I'm g*y.

Yeah, yeah, it’s been
a bitter pill to swallow,

to be honest.

Hell, yeah.

- Very good.
- Thank you very much.

Someone preferably
like my height range.

You don’t like to kiss up?

Yeah!

I take relationships
very seriously.

That’s why I'm not in one.

But I really love a stew.

[coughs]

I mean, you don’t have
to put it like that.

You never know, love could
be just around the corner.

Coming up...

I eat my steaks
extra well done.

Not a bit of pink.

[bleep] my life.

We’re sending them back.

Oh, for [bleep] sake.

[grunts]
Cool.

Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool.

I smell actually horrific.

I don’t understand.

It’s like, take long,

because I really have a
lot of stuff to do, too,

and I’m late, quite late, but...

- Of course.
- No, no worries, my love.

Everyone has a lot to do,
just let...

Yeah, so that’s why
I was doing mine.

I expect at least
this done in...

Yeah, absolutely, no,
not even, yeah.

This should take five minutes
to get done.

Fraser and Caio,
please come to the wheelhouse.

Copy.

[grunts]

Hey, Fraser, there you are.

Yes.

Gonna change things up with
the preference sheet meeting.

So, I’m gonna get
with the deck team

and go through what is
important to the deck side.

And I want you to go through
interior stuff.

We’ve got a lot to plan, so
we’ve got to do this now, now.

- Listen, I like this idea.
- Thanks, mate.

How are you feeling
about your roomie?

I feel worried,
to be honest.

When I go shower and I take
this off, where do I put it?

Maybe on the floor.

I don’t know.

No, it’s okay, it's okay.

I don’t know everything at all.

I’m just in yachting, like,
less than a year, you know?

- Oh, really?
- Yeah, like...

Oh, you got big d*ck energy.

Do you have a lot of siblings?

I don’t have any.

I usually don’t get
on with only children.

- Really?
- I got two older sisters.

How old are they?

Well, I’m 25, one of them's

Yachting is my career.

I would love to be
chief stew one day.

Babe, it looks stunning.

I grew up in a
straightforward, no-bullsh--

no-nonsense household,
almost, like, militant.

So, that’s why I work my a*s off

and I expect that from
my other teammates as well.

Why are you taking shots
with charter guests?

You don’t drink on charter!

You have to work to survive
and you work until you die.

My mom was basically pregnant
for three years straight.

Oh, my God.

She’s a god of a woman.

Interior, galley, we’re
gonna meet in the Sky lounge now

for a preference sheet meeting.

Copy.

Do this meeting with everyone.

Okay, that’s all right.

And then we’re
going for a chat, okay?

Yeah, sure, sure.
Right.

You can hand out the preference
sheets to everybody.

Thank you.

So, our primary charter guest
is called

Sam Rashid from
Tampa, Florida.

So, the primary is bringing his
daughter, his daughter’s wife,

his nieces and
his grandchildren,

a family affair.

He is also a germaphobe.

He travels with a black light
and a disinfectant wipe.

God...

We’ve got a young family
coming out on this trip.

They’ve got two young children,
around four years old.

Wow.

So, the first thing we’ve
got to make sure,

we’ve got some life jackets.

For dinner, they’ve requested a
Japanese-inspired tasting menu.

- Is this on day one?
- Yeah.

Why the [bleep] are we only
finding out about this on...

- I know.
- Six o’clock in the evening,

the----ing day before.

- I know, I know, I know.
- What?

It feels quite daunting with

everything coming
at you at once.

You don’t have loads
of time to set up.

You’re just sort of, like,
thrown into the deep end.

The primary would like
the steak extra well done.

Oh, my God.

Burned, absolutely no
pink at all.

They’re really going to test us.

So, day two, and even
the guests would like

to have a
Bollywood-inspired dinner.

Day three, we’re coming back.

I’m going to go through
my lovely bridge.

I’m going to hit it one day.

- No, no, no, don’t say that.
- Uh-uh.

Girls, I’m going to hold
on to you for two seconds,

if that’s okay.

- All right, guys.
- Cool.

Thank you very much.

As I said, guys, this
is not going to be easy, okay?

This first charter, at least,

what we’re going to go with
is Barbara,

you will be waking
up at six o’clock.

And Rainbeau,
you will be doing lates.

Okay, back to crew mess,

and then Barbara, I want
to talk to you, if that’s okay.

Yeah, yeah.

What’s going on?

Yeah.

- But she’s really annoying me.
- Oh, yeah?

I was showing her, like,
how to fold a towel?

A towel.

If she does something wrong,

Fraser not going
straight to her.

He’ll go for both of us.

And she doesn’t take me serious.

That’s very frustrating,
because I’m just trying to help.

- I’m very easy...
- Yeah.

Do you know what I mean?

I appreciate it.
It’s day one.

It’s going to be testing.

It’s going to be testing,
but I’m going to have a look

and make sure that
she’s picking up and learning

and taking it in.
We’ll be fine.

I feel like I need to
console Chef a bit as well.

Good Lord.

Let’s stick together
and be patient.

Mm-hmm.

You’re going to be on earlies.
You’re going to be on lates.

And you’re going to be with me.

The three of us, we start at

- And that’s it, man.
- Thanks, love it.

That’s it. Okay.

Bang!

Let me work on that.
Let me work on that.

Oh my God.

I’m not nervous anymore.

That’s gone.
Maybe I’m dead inside.

Hmm? Is there one?

Like this.
Yes, thank you very much.

[bleep].
The girl I met last year...

Okay.

I----ing tried to make it work
where I was

like a lost little puppy, mate.

Do you know what I mean?
I just----ing went for it.

A lot happened to me and
Barbie after St. David.

When I got to Miami,
we linked up

and had a beautiful
relationship.

And I think part of me
still does love that girl.

However, I think we’re
very different people.

At our core, we don’t connect.

I’m single, I'm free,
I’m looking for a bit of fun.

We’re not looking for love,

but I fall in love
every second week,

so we’ll see what happens.

Oh, was that the
name of your Miami?

Barbara, Barbie.

- That’s a red flag.
- Oh, mate.

So I want to give
you everyone’s resumes.

Okay, good.

How did you feel
the team working?

- I don’t see any problems.
- Okay.

Here are your epilates
to give to your crew.

Okay.

So you need to work at who your
lead deck hand is going to be.

Okay, I’ll figure it out.

- Thanks, mate.
- Thanks, man.

Sh--.

- Go to bed.
- Go to bed?

Yeah.

You want to take, like,
this and I take this?

- Yeah, we have two.
- Yeah.

- Okay.
- Same size.

Yours is bigger,
but yes, of course.

No.

Soléne’s sexy as hell, man.

[bleep], I have a cramp.

Exactly.

Oh, she’s great.

I am a massive flirt.

These girls are hot.

You’re a babe.
Barbara’s a babe.

Sel’s a babe.
Everyone’s a babe.

Damn, I’m still looking like
an absolute bag of dicks.

I definitely have
Peter Pan syndrome.

[imitates fanfare]

That’s why I left Queenstown.

That’s why yachting
is perfect for me.

I don’t ever want to grow up.

Good night, buddy.

Good night, babe.

Right, I’m going to smoke and
pretend this day never happened.

[alarm sounds]

Ugh...

I couldn’t sleep at all.

No, I couldn’t sleep, either.

[belches]

Ah, la la.

Just tidy these up,
I’m going to start

- uncovering and wiping here.
- Okay.

- Hello, Cap.
- Hey, mate.

I’m really happy with the team.

- They seem brilliant.
- Yeah.

Soléne has 22 days experience
in yachting in a shipyard.

Let’s look at the resumes here.

Yeah, do you have them, actually?

Yeah.

I’d love to, before I hand out
stripes, have them.

You’ve got Rainbeau.

Love her name, Rainbeau.

- Fantastic.
- She’s a positive.

So you’re going to pull in
from here as tight as possible,

and then you can tuck.

Yeah, she’s got the most
experience.

- Love it, mate.
- Perfect.

- Thank you.
- Thanks, mate.

Mmm.

- Hey, mate.
- Hey, man.

How are you doing today?

Is it always like this?

The first day is going
to be frantic like this.

Yeah.

Next trip, it’ll also be
frantic, but not as frantic.

Yep.

But then, so this is the
kind of pace at the start.

- Absolutely.
- Yeah.

All right, cool, man.

You do toilets first,
and then you join cabins,

but toilets should take
no more than 10 minutes.

- Oh, okay.
- Yeah.

Yeah, bro.

I’m just tidying up these mats.

What are you going to do now?

Okay.

Look. Get the rags.

Just because you
bring everything.

You need to clean
inside the toilet.

You know, you have to brush.

Yeah.

Okay. But if you don’t stop
to talk, I cannot explain,

and then you’ll
take even longer.

[sighs]

The mirror?

Aw, sh--, mirror again?

- Of course.
- With this?

No.

It’s with vinegar.

No. Alcohol is alcohol.
Vinegar is vinegar.

- No.
- No.

This. Always here.

Yeah, baby.

Not in your pocket
is not in your hand.

Just always here.
Make this here.

Y’all are spinning.

[laughing]

Coming up...

What’s happening?
What does that mean?

- Good morning.
- Morning.

Yes.

I appreciate it.
That means a lot to me.

- Hey, mate.
- Hello.

The first arrival,
we’re gonna need a stew.

You know, to welcome them,
to give them water.

I mean, I don’t want Kyle doing
it or one of the other guys.

It’s not that experience.

So, who could I take?

Soléne.

There’s dry pee everywhere.

- She’s good with people.
- Yes.

She hasn’t taken initiative yet.

But now, if she can be
with guests, that’s fine.

- Good. That’s it, mate.
- Perfect. Thank you.

Guys, since everyone’s here,
Jess is gonna be the lead deck...

- Yeah, buddy!
- Woo!

Interior, can we meet in
the main saloon, please?

Copy, coming.

Okay, girls,
we’re looking ready.

I need to give you
some of these.

Rainbeau, I’m going to make
you my second stewardess.

Obviously, you can’t be
like, woo-hoo! Let’s go!

Like, yes!
Yes! Yes!

In front of Fraser, because
you have to keep it

very professional, right?

But it feels
so----ing good.

Yes!

Your experience can’t be denied.

What’s gonna happen is we're
going to send Soléne off

with the deck crew
to be with the guests,

make them feel special from the
minute they get onto the tender,

and they’ll come here.

Okay?
Thank you for everything.

Oi.

All right, so, we don’t
want pooling water.

We’ll leave these covers
on until we know

what’s going on
with the weather.

What I’m looking for is
the first impressions.

And we can’t have the boat
looking like a dog’s breakfast.

Make sure this is wiped nicely.

I’m going to have a
walkthrough with Fraser.

Oh, God!

We’re behind the eight-ball.
We don’t have a lot of time.

Looks good in here.
Okay, is that bin empty?

Yes, yeah.

Okay, all right.
Get these a little straighter.

Looks very nice there, mate.

All right,
let’s get on back here.

Okay, guys, very proud
that we’ve got this much done

in such a short amount of time.

- Thank you, Cap.
- Let’s rock and roll.

- There’s more rain coming.
- [bleep].

Do you want to pass me this
and then you go get changed?

Yeah, yeah, sorry.

My brain is like, zzzzz.

Am I wearing a tie?

- Step up.
- Pull me.

- Sorry, thank you.
- [laughing]

All right, let’s wait
for the guests.

G’day, how are we doing?

I’m Kerry, your captain.
This is Soléne.

- She’s a stewardess.
- Hi, how are you?

Sam Rashid, very nice
to meet you.

Nice to meet you, sir.

Captain, very nice to meet you,
my granddaughter.

I don’t understand
the baby people.

They can be cute,
but not too close from me.

Do you want to shake
the stew’s hand?

- Hello.
- Wonderful, okay.

Thank you.

Apologize for the weather.

Due to the high winds,
we had to move the yacht

through the bridge.

So we’re going
to get aboard right now.

Be careful.
Perfect.

- Everybody accounted for?
- We’re good.

All crew, all crew,
guests incoming.

Guests incoming.

[bleep], [bleep].

- Do I look all right?
- Yeah, you look great.

Thank you.

All right, thank you, Captain.
That’s wonderful.

Big crew.

Captain, again.

[overlapping dialogue]

- For you.
- Oh, thank you.

On behalf of myself
and the crew,

we’d like to welcome
you to St. Martin.

This is your Chief Stew.
He’ll show you around.

- Thank you very much.
- You’re welcome.

We’re going to head straight up.

So this is our sun deck.

When the weather’s a little
bit nicer, it is so magical.

We’re rocking around a lot,

so I think we should just get
that boat in straight away.

My black lights are in my bag.

Specifically, check
the bathrooms, okay?

- Did you bring the Clorox?
- Yeah, of course.

I think you can make it.

It’s all you, hon.

Yeah.
Okay, pull back.

Oh, sh--.

At least you didn’t change.

You just got baptized.

We’re going to go
into the primary suite.

Wow, but this gets washed,
though, right?

Yeah, everything
has come brand new.

Listen, this boat has seen
some pretty disgusting scenes.

I’m pretty sure
that the primaries are----ing.

[retches]

Oh, God!

So let’s just hope and pray

that he doesn’t
find anything too gross.

If you want to wake up
to the sun as well,

you absolutely can do it.

- That’s so cool.
- That is epic.

She’s all looking good.

All right, guys, I’m going
to pull this anchor up now.

Jess, can you come with me?
Pull the anchor.

These are all lower cabins here.

We’ve got our queen cabin,
our twin cabin, and our VIP.

Let’s get the black lights out
and see what we’re wearing.

Yeah, where is the black light?

- Mine’s in my bathroom bag.
- So can you grab it?

- Yeah, it’s in my suitcase.
- I don’t have mine.

- Whenever they bring it.
- Like when did they bring it?

I don’t know.

Okay, let’s start
bringing this anchor up.

Copy that.

Anchors off the bottom,
anchors off the bottom.

Anchors in the pockets.

If you need anything at all,

we’ll do our best
to accommodate.

Let’s just have a great time.

Yo, you two are on break.

All right.

We’ve got quite a
few fun snacks coming out.

Oh!

If there’s snacks like this,

let’s skip lunch and then
do dinner at like 6:30.

This is our chef,
by the way.

Hi, everyone.
How are we?

You won’t eat lunch
or dinner, sorry.

- I won’t eat lunch.
- No problem.

Is this salmon?

Yeah, so we’ve got some
smoked salmon belinis.

We’ve got some fruit platters,

some harissa spiced
beef tartare.

And over there,
we’ve got some sea bream

with a Virgin Mary foam.

Oh, gross.

- All right.
- Thank you, chef.

- We’ll see you later.
- Thank you.

This has got caviar on it.

You’re crazy.
I’m not eating caviar.

Not now.

- Are you mad at me?
- I’m not.

You’ve never worked on a boat.

If I’m telling you,
it’s because I have to.

Let me show you something.

You were the last one
to use this.

Of course.

Why didn’t you put back?

To be honest, I think you are
giving me a lot of attitude

that is not nice.

Because you call me,
"come here."

"Come" and you scream at me.

I’m here and you scream
and you don’t say, please.

Well, anyway, we’re clear.

- Okay.
- And that’s enough.

Fraser, will you
check on the luggage?

Yes, I’m doing that rightaway.

We haven’t unpacked.

Get their stuff situated.

Make sure you get the black
lights in the bathroom, please.

No luggage.

- You guys eat beef tartare?
- Of course.

You’re eating raw beef?

Yeah, but it’s okay,
because we’re on like a yacht.

[knocking]

- Hello.
- Mate.

Um, luggage.

Yes.

Do you have an ETA on that?

I don’t think it's on board
unless it’s in there.

I hope we didn’t forget it.

- Just check with Caio.
- Caio, Caio, Fraser.

- ing wankers.

Are they just
- ing around down there?

Like, what the hell’s going on?

- There’s Pringles?
- Yeah, yeah.

Okay.

My bag should be here.
Where’s my bag?

Where the hell’s the luggage?

Deck crew?
Yes.

- Question.
- Yeah.

Where’s the luggage?

[chuckles]

Where’s Caio?

He’s on deck.

Okay, I’d find him and talk
about that pretty sharp-ish.

- ing hell.

What?

Can you imagine if our bags
didn’t make it onto the boat?

It’s a----ing nightmare.

I think we lost
all the suitcases.

Oh, it would be so funny.

Caio, Caio, Kerry.

Oh, wait, was that for me?
Was that for me?

Yeah, mate, can you
come to the wheelhouse, please?

h* h*.

Caio, Caio, Kerry.

Oh, wait, was that for me?
Was that for me?

Yeah, mate, can you come
to the wheelhouse, please?

h* h*.

We didn’t get their luggage.

We need to think.
Guests are on the boat.

- Where’s their luggage?
- Yeah.

- Uh-huh.
- So it’s a big deal.

I can’t think of everything.

I can help you guys
out as much as I can,

but I’m there to help.

Okay, yeah,
it won’t happen again.

All right, that’s all.
Thank you.

- Thanks, man.
- It is a [bleep]-up.

There’s just too much
stuff happening.

[bleep]

Even though I have almost
four years of experience,

this is my first time as
a bosun on a 60-meter,

my biggest boat, actually.

So it is a challenge.

I move in an
extremely fast pace.

It’s go, go, go.
We don’t breathe.

We can’t do anything
’til we get our luggage.

Your bags,
I’m just waiting to hear

when they’re going
to be here time-wise,

but someone’s going
to grab them.

Curtis yacht services?

Yeah, good day, Curtis.

Kerry here, St. David, mate.

Look, mate, we left
the luggage at IGY.

Could you throw it in a shuttle

and bring it over to the
French side, over to Marigot?

Yeah, not a problem.

We’ll put it in a tender

and get it out to you
as soon as possible.

Thanks, mate.
Appreciate it.

Okay, we’re at the anchorage.

Okay, captain,
we are ready to drop.

Release, release.
One shot, release.

One shot in the water,

Fantastic, mate.

All right, lock her down, mate.

I’m going to have you
start doing tables.

Look in the decor cupboard
and see what you can think of

for a Pan-Asian
fusion Japanese evening.

Yep.

Fraser, Fraser.

We have luggage aboard.
We’ve got the luggage arriving.

Good man, go for it.

We have the same size head.

That looks good.

It’s bigger than you.

Oh!

Mummy can put them on
better than I can.

- This one’s mine.
- This one’s yours?

All right, you got that one?

Let me grab my black light.

The first thing...

It’s not bad.
Everything’s kind of clean.

What is this?

Oh, man.

Anyone see Fraser anywhere?

- Hello?
- Hey, I did black light.

I found the switches
by the bedside.

- Okay.
- Were disgustingly dirty.

- Okay.
- They were not wiped down.

We can do that as opposed to
you doing it now, if that works.

- Would you mind?
- Of course.

It’s not a problem at all.

That’s like the worst area.

Clean my hand before.

It’s crazy,
but it’s really funny.

- You’re the best.
- We would love that.

Thank you so much.
Appreciate it. Thank you.

What’s the forecast for
the next couple of days?

- Rain.
- Seriously?

Good.

In the groove, man?

If you’re good at what you do,
you’ll push through.

Yeah.

I have anxiety, but, you know,

I know what I need to do.

I don’t want to be, like,
just complaining, you know?

[laughs]

I will do it to the best
of my abilities.

Get through this trip...

- Yeah.
- Yeah.

Do something cool with the fans.

You’ve got this, guys.
You’ve got this.

Oh, right here.

All right, let’s go.

- Do I look okay?
- You look great.

We’re cousins and besties.

chicken tenders.

You nearly bit my nose off!

So, to start off,
our little ones

we’re going to do some
chicken tenders and some fries.

Ah! [bleep]!
It’s very hot, huh?

Of course, it’s a iron.

Ah, yes, it touched me.
