thousands of fashion hopefuls auditioned for a chance

to become America's next great fashion designer.

We picked the 16 best.

And each week, one of them had to go.



Auf Wiedersehen.

Now only three designers remain.

And the stakes have never been higher

as they prepare to unveil their new collections

at fashion's most prestigious venue,

Olympus Fashion Week.

Tonight, all 16 designers will meet again

at Parsons New School for Design

for the first time since they gathered in New York.

I did it in eight hours.

Why'd you do it in eight when you had a whole week?

There's one perk to being kicked off first.

-What? -We get to drink first.

-Thank you. -Auf Wiedersehen.

I don't know what that means, but bye.

You just went over the top.

[Heidi] Kirsten, you're out.

[Raymundo] Well, well, well.

Oh, hey!

Hi!

How many months are you?

I'm seven months.

-Seven months. -Now, that's awesome.

She, to me, looked like barefoot Appalachian

Little Abner Barbie.

[designer] Are you staying out of trouble?

Uh, trouble, I'm not quite sure.

Busy, yes.

Daniel, don't cut the sides!

Don't--it's gonna look like

we didn't have time to finish.

I told them if it goes down that I have to go, I go.

I don't sell them out.

I'll take the blame.

[Heidi] That means you're out.

Damn!

Damn! I can't believe it!

Wait a minute! What's that?

Yes, you know, you're straight, what happens.

The tabloid press are vicious.

They are vicious.

I mean, you know, the last thing she needs to be

is in the "What was she thinking?"

Off to the lounge, right?

[Michael] I think she looks like a stewardess.

Imagine what Emmett's gonna look like.

Emmett, they made me do it.

this is the third time that I've seen

something of yours

that has an execution problem.

To execute it well and to present it well,

it is so important in a designer.

Oh, Andrae!

A little transformation.

Andrae and I go to Red Lobster.

[Santino] And then you guys get into an argument.

[Michael] She looks like a doormat.

To me it looks like a Golden Girl jacket

that you'd belt and wear with leggings.

Nick, that means you're out.

-Wow. -Amazing change.

All right, but here was your opportunity

[Heidi] This is Project Runway.

[Santino] Let's get it on!

The search for the next big fashion designer.

[designer] This is a dream come true.

I'm gonna do whatever it takes to win.

Sixteen designers.

Everyone here is crazy.

Drama has to happen.

[Santino] Yes, I'm a competitive person.

[Heidi] Three finalists will make it

to Olympus Fashion Week.

You will see me at Fashion Week.

[Heidi] But only one can be the winner.

Heck yeah, I'm gonna win this.

For these 16 designers,

Project Runway is a chance of a lifetime.

Designers, I wanna welcome you guys

to our second season reunion special.

It is very nice to see all of you again.

And of course, our lovely Tim Gunn is here.

-[applause] -[Heidi] Your mentor!

[Tim] Thank you, Heidi.

Welcome, everybody.

It is wonderful to have you back again.

We have a lot of clips tonight.

-[Heidi] Yes. -And we have questions

from the loyal fans of Project Runway

sent in via the bravotv.com web site.

And they have a lot to ask you.

-Yeah. -[laughter]

I bet.

Before we start, though,

I would like to know,

how has life been since the show has been out

and you've gone back to your normal world?

A lot has changed, really.

I mean, I've had offers.

One lady wants me to be the head designer for her firm.

That's kinda neat-- and I'm gonna have

a charity fashion show the Children's Hospital

of Alabama, so yeah, it's really cool.

[Heidi] You've changed a lot, John.

I have indeed.

Like you shrank into, like...

You look completely different.

Blah, blah, blah.

Nick designed a red carpet dress

for Brenda Strong of Desperate Housewives.

Thank you.

Yeah, no, it was a wonderful moment.

I got a call from Brenda Strong

from Desperate Housewives.

She loved the dress

I did for Nicky Hilton.

And she wanted that gown for the SAG awards.

So I was like, "Yeah, of course."

So what's with your family?

You all sit gathered around the television.

You got the popcorn out and you're like,

"It's coming up, it's coming up! Shhh!"

[Nick] I sort of watch it like...

My hand is sort of like this, like...

Oh, Lord.

And then my niece and nephew are watching it.

And I'm like, "What are they doing up that late?"

You know. But they sit right there in front of the TV

and they're like this.

Especially after the Barbie episode.

And they were so hard to get,

those Barbies, too.

I mean, everyone wanted to have that Barbie.

I was lucky to get one.

They went like bagels.

It's like bagels.

Can you say that, they went like bagels?

You can't say that.

How do you say that?

-Hotcakes. -Hotcakes.

Hotcakes, bagels.

See, how would I know? I'm German.

I would like to know,

who do you guys think should have been

the final three?

Mr. Verreos.

As we all know has been performing fantastically.

Should have been one of the finalists.

You know, that was my goal.

And I gave 110% of me.

The rest was up to the fashion gods.

Kara, what about you?

You were the last to be eliminated.

So you were so close to making it.

How did it feel for you?

Did you think you were going to make it?

I was hoping to make it.

I thought that I was, like, the engine that could.

Do you think your elimination was justified?

I can't even remember it.

[designers laugh]

All right, now I would like

to bring out the final three.

And the first one I'm gonna bring out

is Daniel Vosovic.

[designers cheering]

[whistling]

And now, our next designer is Chloe Dao.

[applause]

And last...

we have Santino Rice.

[applause]

Chloe, one of the things that I wanna bring up,

is that your fellow designers,

by the end of the last challenge,

were really questioning whether your ambitions

extended beyond your boutique in Houston.

And whether you, in fact, have the passion that it takes,

um, to really make it to the top

to be America's next great fashion designer.

Let's see what they said, right?

[Tim] Okay.

[Heidi] Santino, if you deserve

to go to Olympus Fashion Week,

who of the other three designers doesn't?

Oh, dear God.

I'm not wowed by people who are basically

like, maybe brilliant pattern makers,

but not necessarily brilliant designers.

I would take Kara and Daniel.

[Heidi] Daniel.

I know that Chloe

has an established business.

Um, I just think that to use Fashion Week

as a catalyst would be a bit more beneficial for us.

I guess that's the only reason why I would say Chloe.

[Heidi] Kara.

There's two very classical

designers to my right.

And there's one very extravagant man to my left.

I'd say I'd take Santino with me,

and I'd take Daniel.

So Chloe's the one you choose to be out.

Right.

What do you think about that, Chloe?

Chloe, how do you feel about that?

Do you feel you have the passion?

I have passion. I mean, I'm here.

I've wanted to be a designer since I was 14.

Did that hurt you, Chloe, what he said?

Oh, yeah, I wanted to kick his a*s for months.

He said that you were a pattern maker.

No, I'll be honest, I hated his guts for months

because--I mean, it's the worst thing

to say to another designer.

-[Heidi] Right. -[Santino] Right.

I knew it was cutting.

I knew it was a cutting thing to say.

[Chloe] Yeah. It's below the belt.

[Daniel F.] What about that cutthroat [bleep] though?

-What about it? -Like what?

Like, why is it that, like,

you feel you had to do the cutthroat thing?

-Why? Because... -Why? Artist to artist.

Why the cutthroat thing?

[Santino] You know, what I'm saying,

it's just straight [bleep] talking, you know?

And it's--and there's a part of this competition

that it's like a basketball game, you know?

It's like, "You suck. Your mama."

I didn't come on this show to make friends.

I came on to win.

You know, Santino, I don't think you realize...

I mean, as much as you wanted to win,

you just pretty much offended all of us on the way.

I mean, maybe you didn't know it,

-but you really did. -He knows it.

But it didn't come from an evil place.

Or a mean place or a bad place.

Like, it means nothing really, you know?

It doesn't matter, you know?

It really doesn't matter.

[Heidi] Since we're with Santino right now,

and you know, we've been chatting about

all the stuff that you've been saying.

Right. I'm horrible.

[Heidi] So let's take a look.

Yeah.

I don't like to be a critic.

I don't like to critique

other designers' work necessarily.

But Kara's really having trouble in her head.

Zulema's dress was really pretty bad.

Daniel Franco, I think is seriously...

um, I think he seriously has some mental defects.

Emmett, oh my God.

I think Daniel's full of [bleep].

I guess, about Santino, I actually really liked him

until I found out that he would say mean things

about me when I wasn't there.

I can't stand the sound of her voice.

I think he's mean. I think--

That's the bottom line, he's mean.

[as Diana] No, it really should be this way, Marla.

No, no, no, no.

And it's just like, oh, my God.

Emmett.

Eat my a*s.

Nick will be upset with the fact

that I will be showing at Olympus Fashion Week

and he will not. I defecated on Chloe's fabric.

I want your soul!

I'm definitely an overall, like, compassionate

and nice person.

[designers laughing]

You were never shy talking about

all the other designers

and what you thought about them.

-You just say it as it is. -You know--

Yeah, you know.

I know that--you know,

That's ridiculous.

I mean, I look at the show and I'm like,

"Who the [bleep] is that?"

-Do you really? -Like, who is that?

What do you think about Santino's...

I love Santino!

I think there's things that are really hurtful.

I didn't appreciate what he said about Diana.

I felt that was really, really insensitive.

What did he say about Diana?

[Kara J.] That he doesn't like the way she talks.

How did you feel about that, Diana?

Oh, I was really surprised to hear it.

I guess because I felt like it would have been different

if he didn't like my designs.

Or, you know, thought I was a bad sewer or something.

[Tim] Nick, I know that the two of you

-have had a major falling out. -[Nick] Right, right.

From the beginning, I didn't have an easy time with him.

But I still respected his vision.

He had a lot of creativity.

After watching the show,

You know, I was surprised about a lot of the things

that he said privately behind the scene.

And that did hurt me.

[Andrae] I think words can be very damaging.

And very hurtful.

And it's not true that sticks and stones

break your bones, but words won't hurt you.

They were really painful.

[Santino] I don't regret any of it.

And I don't regret saying any of it.

What I regret is the way that

I made other people feel

if it hurt their feelings because my intention

wasn't to hurt their feelings.

You really did not take anything in consideration.

We're back with our cast from season two of Project Runway.

And how was it for all of you guys?

Standing there in the spotlight

with the judges looking at you

and having to defend yourself,

talk about your garments.

I think that's the hardest part of Project Runway.

It's, like, for me, look at my work.

Okay, I don't wanna talk about it.

I'm done with it.

Like it or hate it, I'm done.

But on this show you've gotta stand there,

explain it, defend it.

[Tim] I just have to assert,

you all were entirely more vocal

than the season one designers

when it came to the runway dialogue.

But why is that?

[Raymundo] We feel too much. We do.

I mean, at least in my perspective.

There's just so many ideas that you wanna tell them.

And you have such a little short time

to tell them all that right away.

[Heidi] All right, we put a little something

together that we call Project Talk Back.

Let's take a look.

I think there's too much talk and not enough design.

Last year none of you ever talked back.

No, like with that Kara girl.

That's a big talk you just had.

Da-da-da-da-da-da.

The talk doesn't match the dress.

It's very simple and--

[Kara J.] I actually disagree with you.

I think simplicity has its voice.

[Jay] I didn't say it was, like, the worst piece of [bleep].

It's predictable. I just feel--

Jay, I think that would have been predictable.

-I think that-- -Hey!

It's predictable and it's too simple.

Period.

Jay, but I tend to disagree.

Barbie's blonde.

[Andrae] She's blonde here,

and I think the dress still works.

-I mean the reality is-- -Let's talk about the dress.

The dress is what we should talk about.

-Yeah, let's-- -But you ended up

making us talk about all of these other things.

You asked me, so I told you.

Tell me about the dress.

I don't really see this on a 16-year-old.

Wow, I disagree, like, I can't even say.

In what woman wears your dress on the street?

It's very rare that anyone wears anything

they see on the runway directly onto the street.

That's not true.

I mean, if it's not good enough for life, who cares?

[Jay] Then I don't wanna show it.

[Santino] I see that it is theatrics.

I see that women don't leave the house looking like deer.

It's really aesthetically not pleasing.

I think lingerie is sexy,

and I think it's supposed to come off, is what I think.

[Nina] And it's supposed to be delicate.

You know, I'm sorry.

I'm sorry, Nina.

As a designer I feel that

it's always easier to dumb something down

than it is to bring it up

and make it bigger than it is.

And, as a designer, I think gimmicks and theatrics,

to me, are ridiculous,

and women don't really need it or want it.

I can't imagine anyone wanting to actually truly wear that.

Santino, I'm sorry to tell you, but if it's designer

versus designer in look, I think this is something

that more women-- would be much more marketable.

Much more marketable.

I don't know, to me it was like being in court.

Talking back to a judge just wasn't in my nature.

You didn't see any clip of me in there.

-I was-- -[laughs]

I was--I felt like it was like the court of appeal of fashion.

It was very cool. I loved it.

In order to take the risk and to do something different,

you have to put yourself in a, uh,

in a vulnerable situation.

And when you feel very vulnerable, you--

yeah, you have to defend yourself.

Santino though, he did talk back quite a lot.

Yeah, it felt like a fistfight every time I got on the runway.

It felt like, um--

Because it always felt like you really did not

take anything in consideration.

[Santino] No, I took--the thing is,

I take everything into consideration.

And I was listening.

I just didn't subscribe

to what you were saying.

I think on the flip side though that--that--

I mean, I know it's a cliché, but a picture

is worth a thousand words, and unfortunately Santino

chooses to speak all those thousand words.

-I mean, you can't just-- -[Chloe] He came to win.

-And he used every aspect-- -Every single aspect, and--

Personality, skill, talent.

I mean, he thought about everything.

-Positive and negative. -Yeah.

And that's the thing is, like--

[Santino] And if it comes down to, like,

intimidating somebody with my voice

or, like, or a look, or, like, I say, "No, Nina, no Nina."

You know, like that's-- that's--that's frightening.

But I'm not a frightening guy.

I just know that that's intimidating.

[Heidi] I remember Nina giving a quote.

She was saying, "Santino's gonna k*ll me."

She said, "I thought Santino was gonna k*ll me."

And then she also-- I read that, you know,

"I thought that Santino was gonna jump off the runway

and strangle me in my chair."

I mean, that's pretty strong.

It's not, like, "Oh, he doesn't like me."

I mean, that's pretty, like--

[Tim] How does that make you feel?

[Santino] Well, it makes me feel bad.

Daniel Franco, how about your intervention,

I'll call it on the judging runway

during the lingerie challenge?

When Santino was so vociferously engaged

with Nina and with Heidi.

[Daniel F.] It was leader versus leader.

I didn't like...

the voice Santino had against professional people.

I thought it was unprofessional.

I just spoke from my heart. That's it.

[Tim] We have a question from bravotv.com.

Ayryan writes, "Guadalupe."

Yeah, Ayryan!

[Santino] Dude, have you guys all been drinking or something?

Because I want what they're having.

-Exactly. -You know?

[Tim] "Do you feel that your elimination was fair

even though Marla had plagiarized

a dress Nicky Hilton had worn before?"

Honestly, I can only

give him a personal critique.

Nobody would ever know unless they personally respond to me--

would know what my personal response is.

And that is of me.

And personally I believe you can't, like,

push the boundaries,

and, like Johnny Cash, walk the line.

This one's so confusing. What was your question?

[Tim] I haven't a clue any longer.

[Heidi] What was the question? I totally lost track.

Did you feel your elimination was fair

given that Marla plagiarized the Nicky Hilton dress?

-Yes or no? -[indistinct]

Understand that Marla has...

an aesthetic that I cannot duplicate.

But Marla has an aesthetic that she cannot duplicate.

And Ayryan, on national television,

if you can get this, you [bleep] rock.

Because you believe in what is true.

Period.

This is the biggest bunch of [bleep]

I think I've heard in weeks, sorry.

I agree as well.

Let's move on.

[laughter]

[Tim] As Heidi's pointed out,

the judging process is not easy.

And in some times, it's not very pretty either.

And one of the moments that is frequently talked about

is Andrae's meltdown on the runway.

[indistinct]

And we wanna take a look.

Before we take a look, I would really like to know.

[Andrae] Were they real tears or weren't they?

Indeed they're real. That's exactly--

Because you do come from Los Angeles.

And maybe--maybe--

[designers talking at once]

[Heidi] What?

I just moved to Los Angeles,

so nothing against Los Angeles.

But there are a lot of people in Los Angeles

that do acting classes, so I was wondering,

is he for real?

[Tim] Well, we'll take look and see.

[Heidi] Let's revisit this moment again.

The first thing that Tim Gunn said to us

when we were at the party

was the next challenge was going to be about how far

you would go for fashion.

And it's not an easy thing.

I've come a long way.

I'm so sorry. This is becoming so ridiculous.

[sniffles]

I'm very innovative.

What I had to work with was a testimony

of the first and maybe the last three years of my career.

It sounds ridiculous.

But it's true. [sniffles]

I was bedraggled.

I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

This lovely girl, she's amazing.

And she is an amazing, amazing woman,

not just a model, and--and--

Screaming at the top of my lungs in L.A.'s Chinatown.

All by myself.

No, I opened the shop three years ago.

And I have to close it when I get back.

There is no more shop.

Ahh.

Where to begin, um...

I wasn't alone this time.

And--and--and I'm not supposed to be crying!

Jesus.

It's just clothes.

But it's also my life.

[sniffles]

[laughter]

-[Heidi] It was a moment. -It's--it's--

And it's a really tough moment. Um...

It's such a difficult thing to do this.

You know?

And that is so hard to watch, I think,

on just a human level.

I mean, I think most people see that as really real.

Um, you're seeing somebody--

and it doesn't even feel like me here.

And that's thoughtful.

That's thoughtful and compassionate.

And that's, you know, why Andrae's a great designer.

-I think. -[designer] Exactly.

[designer] Commendable, monsieur.

People also say that you have an accent.

That you kind of drift in and out.

Yeah, I think Madonna and I had the same speech teacher, so.

Andrae, you have definitely had some moments.

And they did not escape the other designers.

-Let's see. -[designers] Oh, no.

Andrae.

I'm trying to do Andrae,

it's just so hard because he's so expressive.

Tonight two are gonna be out.

I would like to have a walk off.

That was close.

It's all about body movement.

What does he do?

You know. [moans]

How Andrae talks?

-He speaks with-- -This weird English...

-French... -She is vixen wench-elli.

-...g*y accent. -We have to take

literally the clothes off our backs.

And turn it into fashion.

Your next challenge is going to be to design for a socialite.

I don't know why Andrae speaks that way.

I just find it funny.

What's funny is everyone

remembers me saying it, and I don't.

But was it Daniel?

-Andrae thought it was me... -[Tim] No.

And I thought it was--

Neither of us was using chiffon.

But I know that I do have a habit

of calling charmeuse chiffon.

So they sound kind of the same.

-[Heidi] Yeah. -I think [indistinct]

[Heidi] Coming up on Project Runway...

I tried to help work her walk.

Over and over and over again.

At least come out with a banging outfit.

I felt you deserved to at least try with someone else.

And try to evolve.

[upbeat music playing]

Were back with our cast from Season 2 of Project Runway.

And we have one very special man

that can really help your career.

One of your biggest mentors.

The man that you've been bugging,

and who's been very nice with you,

but sometimes also a little hard.

I would say.

-Truth teller. -Yes.

We have a nice little clip on you too.

[Tim] Oh, dear.

You really need to wake up.

The work that you're creating right now

is, for the most part, quite lackluster.

What is this? I'm not understanding.

Oh, God, Guadalupe. I mean, look at this.

Trying and achieving are two different things.

It shouldn't look like a float in a parade.

That looks too much like a bathing suit.

I saw this color at Mood with you.

And I thought, "Ugh, horrible."

-[Santino] Really? -Yuck.

This is such wretched excess.

It looks like a jockstrap.

This is looking Joan Collins to me.

But it's like I Dream of Jeannie?

It looks like renaissance fest.

She walks like a stiff.

She's like an elongated marshmallow.

You just have to say all these things on the runway.

-[designer] I do... -Nina, I wanted her to look

like she had a big, fat a*s.

[as Tim] Designers, up until now

you've all [bleep] sucked.

However, go out there and kick butt.

Carry on.

What did you guys think of Tim Gunn when you first met him?

As an instructor I had immediate respect for him.

So anything that came out of his mouth, I was just like,

all right, you know, just like that because I was also

reflecting how I want my students to treat me.

And, you know, with respect.

If I give them critiques or criticisms

in regards to their homework or their draping

or their patterns.

I never met anyone that could, like, give a point of view

and still be selfless.

I care about all of you, and I have

a sincere affection for you too.

[Marla] It was a great opportunity to get feedback.

I mean, I think you have a great eye.

You don't miss a-- you don't miss anything.

Every designer has a blind spot.

And it was really helpful

when you said, "Oh, I'm getting another reading

from your creation."

-Santino. -Yes.

You loved making impressions on Tim, didn't you?

Yeah, I loved-- [laughs]

And everyone wants to see that again.

[Tim] Before we do this, Santino.

-Yes. -Can you do

an impression of Heidi?

You know, if Tim didn't have a sense of humor,

about some of the things I said.

You guys were all a very outspoken bunch of characters.

And there's one person in particular

who you did not wanna step on.

She-tangi, She-tangi, She-tangi.

What's that all about?

I think another dramatic moment was when

Zulema took your model Tarah,

and she gave you Rachael.

Take a look at this.

I would like to have a walk off

between the following three models,

Danyelle, Tarah, and Shannon.

It's a mother [bleep] walk off.

[Heidi] All right, Zulema. Which one do you want?

I choose Tarah.

[Nick] Literally my throat just dropped to my stomach.

And I just wanted to, like, throw up.

All right, Zulema

that means Rachael will be now Nick's model.

[Nick] Rachael was very, very, very angry,

and the whole time she kept looking at me like,

"I can't believe this b*tch did this."

And I was like, "Well, I can't believe she did it either."

[Zulema] I changed models because my model cannot walk.

I can't be concerned with Nick. Do a good job.

Win next week. You take her back.

So let's bring them out.

[cheers and applause]

So how was that moment?

I have to admit I was shocked.

And I felt like somebody had punched my stomach.

In that moment, just us, I felt like that was hurtful

because I really do

have a bond with my models,

and I sort of treasure them as porcelain dolls.

And I like to sort of-- they're my muses.

I understand you feel hurt. I understand the situation.

I was within my right to switch models.

And was it emotional for you as well, Tarah?

I was a little upset when I had to be with Zulema.

'Cause I did hear

someone wasn't happy being with her, so...

Well, I mean, it was a little hard

when you would come in,

and the designs wouldn't be finished.

And they're sewing it on you. And there's pins in your back.

And I mean, at one point she asked me

if she could glue the dress to me.

And I was like, "I'm kind of a real person, but..."

[Heidi] I remember there was one dress

that Zulema made that exposed one of your parts.

[Rachael] I really never noticed that

it showed that much of my bottom

until I saw it on TV

and it was zoomed in, like, three times.

I made a decision.

I asked her if she felt comfortable.

She said, "Yeah, it's fine, doo da doo,

blah, blah, blah, blah, blah."

I said fine, let's send it down.

I don't care, if I believe in a vision,

I will send it down.

If you're gonna cause that much upset and that, you know,

that distress for Nick, at least come out with a banging outfit.

[Zulema] You know what? I tried to help work her walk.

Over and over and over again.

And I didn't want you to get kicked off the show.

Even though I don't think you're a good walker.

Even though I think you had a lot of issues.

I felt you deserved to at least try with someone else.

And try to evolve.

I loved working with the other people.

I don't think Marla's-- her taste is high fashion.

Does this season really need another Wendy?

I think she might be a little bit out of her league.

I don't see anyone being nasty.

Guadalupe's going from person to person

sort of giving her critique.

Almost as if she was Tim Gunn.

-Uh? -Huh?

Don't you even try to come right here.

I would have to shut it down.

Honestly, you do not wanna mess with Zulema.

I don't think all her marbles are there.

She's got, like, a bow and arrow in her suitcase.

Daniel Franco speaks in a language of fantasies.

We talk about his girlfriend.

I think there are so many beautiful women.

But, you know, if he says that he's straight,

I don't think Emmett is selfish at all.

In the course of this whole thing

Emmett has really proved himself to be

a very selfless person, actually.

So I will be the first to say I was absolutely wrong.

How about since watching the show?

Have your views about your fellow designers changed?

-Marla. -Yes.

How about for you in watching the show?

Well, that was pretty painful.

Um, God, it was really painful to hear you say that.

You know, I have a creative point of view.

And I have certain things that I bring into my work.

And I do my thing.

And I make clothes

that some women seem to like.

Um...

Gee, maybe I really was out of my league.

The--the-- the thing is

that--all I was gonna say, like--

I don't wanna get defensive.

And the thing is as a 24-year-old designer

straight out of school, I commend Marla, like, immensely

for what she has done.

She's created a store on her own.

One of my biggest fears is where to start,

and I'm looking at someone who's done that.

[Andrae] What's true about life

as a human being, as an American, whatever

is that we are accountable for what we say.

Like, we have to kind of live all together

and really get along.

[Heidi] As you all very well know,

this was not all about work.

Was it?

Between dramatic moments and frazzled nerves, um,

there were definitely moments of, how shall I put it?

Musical expression.

If I had to choose, I would probably say Danny V.

I think all three are gonna show some great collections.

But I think Daniel V.

I think he's got, like, a broad range of ability.

now that he knows what it is that he is not expected to do,

he might just end up being that he comes out

with just a spectacular collection.

And it just might surprise us.

You know, part of me wants him to bring it on.

Because I know that this is the arena,

where I think of all arenas, this is the Santino arena.

Like, this is his moment, so.

[Tim] But it's everybody's moment.

-Right, exactly. -And what I'm slightly

disarmed by hearing you say this

is that I know that the two of you

have had a major falling out.

Right. Right.

And I'm on the one hand pleased to hear your support.

On the other hand, I'm surprised by it.

Well, after so much has gone by,

there's other problems in the world.

There's other things that, uh, that are far more important.

Um, but anyway, I just feel that,

okay, if you're really gonna prove

to America and to us that you deserve it,
