[Shaggy] That's my pal!
Scooby-Dooby-Doo!
[thunder crashes]
I will never rest until Hatfield's are revenged upon.
[wicked laughter]
[hisses]
[Shaggy] Like, are you sure this is a shortcut
to the Ozark River?
It looks more like the back road
to Dracula's pad.
[gulps] Yeah.
Relax, you two.
Just think of all the fun we'll have floating down the river
on our rafts tomorrow.
Velma's right. We're on vacation, remember?
Besides, we'll be out of this area soon.
- [loud popping noises] - Zoinks!
Somebody's sh**ting at us.
We gotta hide.
[Daphne] Sounds like we have a flat tire.
[Fred] You mean four flat tires.
Oh, great. Stuck here for the night.
Stuck here?
For the night?
[both] Huh-uh!
Like, we gotta fix these flats
and get out of this creepy country.
Like, I found the hole.
Now blow it up, Scoob.
OK.
[laughs] Nice going, Scoob.
You got a steel belted radial head.
[laughs]
Forget the tires.
We better find a place to spend the night.
- Look. - [thunder crashes]
An old cabin, and it looks like somebody's there.
Good. Let's go someplace else.
We've gotta stay somewhere, Shag. Come on.
Yeah?
Our van broke down with four flat tires.
Can you put us up for the night?
[grunts]
[imitates grunt]
Hey! You can't leave us out here in the storm.
OK. You can stay
but at your own risk.
[both] Own risk?
[both gulp]
[screeches]
We 'uns is the last of the Hatfield family.
We moved in to this place,
the old McCoy cabin about a year ago.
[buzzing]
[groans]
'Bout a month ago, the Ghost of Witch McCoy
started showing up around here threatening to get vengeance
and turn us all into frogs and lizards.
Who's Witch McCoy?
A wicked old croon they say was hung for witchcraft
a hundred years ago.
She's after us for the old time feud with her kinfolk.
But she ain't gonna drive us outta this cabin.
Well, if she shows up tonight,
Scooby will chase her off. Won't you, Scoob?
Huh-uh!
[thunder crashes]
[snoring]
[groaning]
[yawns]
Oh, boy. That Scooby and his doggy nightmares.
[whimpers]
[screams]

[laughs] Like, I guess we were both having
the same nightmare, Scoob.
I see a witch. Zoinks!
Jeepers! The witch!
Leave this cabin before you're all doomed!
[laughs]
Wow. She disappeared.
- [woman] Oh! - That's Ma Hatfield.
Come on!
Pa's gone. The witch got him.
- [ribbets] - Mercy me!
She changed Pa into frog!
[ribbets]
[sniffing]
We've gotta find clues to that witch.
That's the only way we can get Pa Hatfield
turned back to himself again.
And so far not a single clue.
- Like, that's OK with me. - Yeah.
'Cause if we do find her, she'll turn us into frogs,
- right, Mr. Hatfield? - [ribbets]
- You see? - We better split up.
We'll search those woods over there
and you two can go in to town and phone the sheriff.
Right!
[thunder crashes]
Oh, boy. What a creepy town.
No wonder they call it Spooky Hollow.
Yeah. Spoo-ky!
[ribbets]
Like, we better find that phone.
Like, help! Open up!
[whining] It's no use, Scoob. There's nobody here.
- [thunder crashes] - Shaggy!
Look!
A telephone.
So it's gotta be OK if we get in there somehow
to use the phone, huh?
[Scooby-Doo] Uh-huh.
I'll... open the window.
[straining]
Oh, boy. It's really stuck.
[sighs] Like, nobody's gonna open that window, no way.
Let me try it.
[laughs]
You did it. [chuckles]
Now give me a boost.
Grab hold, Scoob. I'll haul you in.
OK.
- [grunts] - [crash]
Nice going, Scoob.
You made enough noise to wake up the dead.
I did?
- [creaking] - Like, what's that?
[whining]
Yow!
What are you doing in my store?
You see? Witch McCoy turned poor old Pa Hatfield into a frog.
- That right, Pa? - [ribbets]
And then she turned herself into a cat.
- Right, Scoob? - Yeah.
[imitates cat hissing]
So we came to call the sheriff and...
saw your phone.
So can we call him?
If'n Witch McCoy's running loose again
you better call the sheriff.
- [ringing] - Hello? Hello?
[whining] Hello?
[Scooby-Doo] Shaggy, look.
Yikes! No wonder the phone's dead.
- Somebody k*lled it. - [gulps]
You best stay away from anything to do with Witch McCoy
and her cave upon Spider Mountain.
[Scooby-Doo gulps] Spider Mountain?
It's been said that anyone that's dared
to go up there has never been seen alive again.
[hissing]
Zoinks! That's no ordinary cat, it's Witch McCoy!
[continues hissing]
Yow!
Like, let's get outta here.
[thunder crashes]
[Velma] It's no use, Fred.
We've searched every inch of these woods.
- And not one single clue. - [scraping sounds]
What is that?
Sounds like somebody's digging
just over that hill.
Well, nobody's planting turnips this time of night.
Let's go take a look.
Get a look at that!
[Daphne] Yikes! He looks like the zombie.
I can't see what he's doing.
[yells]
[growls]
Hurry, he's getting away!
Come on, after him!
We've lost him.
[Daphne] He just disappeared like a ghost.
Who could he be?
And what was he digging for in the middle of the night?
This mystery is getting stranger and stranger.
Let's head back for the cabin.
Maybe Shaggy and Scooby found out something in town.
[Shaggy] And then Aggie Wilkins warned us to have nothing to do
with Witch McCoy or her cave upon Spider Mountain.
[gulps] Yeah.
Spider Mountain? Where's that?
It's a fur piece back in the woods.
We'ums don't go near there 'cause it's so spooky.
Spooky?
Then we'ums won't go there neither.
- Right, Scoob? - Right.
Wrong. If we're gonna solve this mystery,
we'll have to go to Witch McCoy's cave.
- [both gulp] - [Fred] Come on!
[whimpers]
You too, Scoob.
[thunder crashes]
We really shouldn't be doing this.
- Doing what? - Dropping in on that witch
without being invited.
You know how mad witches can get.
Yeah.
Hey, look at this.
Strange looking marks gouged in the trail.
It could be a clue.
I'll take a picture of the marks
and maybe we'll figure it out later.
Let's keep going.
Ma Hatfield said the witches cave
was up beyond the old sawmill.
And that's the mill over there.
[thunder crashes]
[maniacal laugh]
Uh-oh. A fork in the road.
Which reminds me, I'm hungry.
A fork in the road, get it, Scoob? Huh?
[laughs]
[laughs]
We'll have to split up.
Velma, you go that way with Shaggy and Scoob
and we'll take the other trail.
End of the trail. Guess we have to go back, Velma.
- Yeah. - Wow.
There it is, the witches cave.
Too bad we can't get across to look for clues, huh, Scoob?
But we can get across. Look.
We can cross on that log.
Watch it, Scoob. And, like, don't look down.
Look down?
Yikes! [whimpers]
Keep going, we're half way across.
Yikes!
[screaming]
Help!
Like, we made it.
Yeah. [laughs]
Come on, you two.
It's the witches cave all right.
- [bubbling sounds] - Zoinks!
- [gulps] - Cree-py!
[Shaggy] Like, I've seen enough. Let's go!
- Yeah. - No, you don't.
We've got to look for clues.
Yikes!
Maybe we'll find something in these witchcraft books.
Everything You Want To Know About Witchcraft
But Are Afraid To Ask.
Here's one called, Spooky Spells.
Fifteen nails east to west,
middle north, the board with the knot.
Knock twice and once again,
a string will show it all.
- That's a spell? - No.
But maybe it's a clue.
- [yelling, hissing] - Zoinks!
It's the witch!
Here she comes!
[witch cackling]
See that? The cat turned back into Witch McCoy.
[gulps] Yeah.
Who's in here?
If I find any intruders in my cave,
I'll turn them into toads.
[whimpers]
That does it, Scoob. We're done for.
[evil cackle]
[thunder crashes]
The witch'll get us! What'll we do?'
Those old clothes give me an idea.
Old clothes?
Put 'em on quick, Scoob.
I'll throw my voice and we'll give old creepy face a surprise.
A-ha!
[gulps]
[witch] Who are you?
[Velma] I'm a witch, like you.
What did you expect, a ghost from the coast?
A spirit from Spokane?
A zombie from Bombay?
What are you doing in my cave?
I heard of the wicked Witch McCoy
and I've come to swap magic potions with you.
Ah! What can you do?
Watch. I'll produce a frog.
Ha!
[ribbets]
Very good. Let's see that frog.
- Zoinks! - Imposters?
I'll turn you all into toads.
[whimpers]
Goodbye.
[grunting]
Come on, Scoob!
Coming!
You'll never escape!
Zoinks!
She got us.
I'm going to cook up a lizard and frog stew
and you'll be the frogs. [cackles]
- [both] Oh, no! - Oh, no.
But first, I must go get my lizard
and the salt and pepper. [laughs]
Now's our chance to escape. Hop to it!
Come back here!
Ha-ha! We got away.
Yow!
Help!
[ribbeting]
[groans] She turned them into frogs.
Poor Shaggy. Poor Velma.
- [Velma] Scooby. - Yes, Velma.
Scooby, over here!
Velma! Shaggy!
Like, here we are, Scoob.
[laughs]
[both] Yuck!
If it weren't for that pot, we'd never have gotten away.
[Fred] Did you find anything at the witches cave?
Yeah. Something pretty strange.
A weird spell about nails and boards.
Nails and boards? That might be a clue
to why the witch keeps haunting the Hatfield's cabin.
- Could be. - We better get back there
and fast.
[witch cackling]
Zoinks! It's the witch!
And she's up to no good!
Too late.
[ribbeting]
She turned all the Hatfields into frogs.
Like, even there dog. Look.
Shoo! Shoo!
[Fred] Hey, look at this.
What's a mound of sawdust doing here?
I don't know. But I'll bet it's a clue.
[Daphne] Here's the picture I took
of those gouges on the trail.
But it still doesn't make any sense.
[Velma] I've got an idea. It's Morse code.
Three dots and two dashes,
S-M and sawdust.
- That's it! - What's it?
We'll tell you later, but first we have to figure out
the meaning of that spell we found in the witches book.
[thunder crashes]
The spell says,
"Fifteen nails east to west."
Everybody look for fifteen nails in a line, on the floor.
[sniffing]
Look!
Atta-boy, Scoob! Like, you found 'em!
Now it says, "Follow the middle nail north
to a board with a knot."
"Middle nail north to a board..."
"...with a knot."
Now it says, "Knock twice and once again,
a string will show it all."
- Hey! - There's the string!
[laughs]
Something's carved on the bottom of the board.
Ah. So that's it! We've got this mystery solved!
All we have to do is capture the witch and the zombie man
- and wrap it up. - Terrific.
But, like, how are you gonna catch
that witch and old zombie puss?
First by changing some of this writing.
Like, there she is.
Now let's see if she takes the bait.
So far so good.
[Shaggy] And, like, there goes frank face too.
[rattling]
They bought it. Let's go.
[cackling]
Mine, all mine!
No, you don't. It's mine!
You! But that's impossible.
Where did you come from?
[laughs]
You thought you'd never see me again.
[spooky laughter]
Ohh... who are you?
We are the ghosts of the Hatfields.
Us ghost Hatfields have come out of the past
to turn Witch McCoy to a frog at last!
[laughs]
No. No! Not me!
No, no!
[laughs]
Wicked demons of mist and fog
change this witch into a frog!
Not that! Not a frog!
[laughs]
They did it! I'm a frog!
Oh, please! Don't leave me like this!
Turn me back to my normal self, please!
I'm getting out of here!
Yikes! The zombie's escaping.
I'll get him!
[grunts]
- Help! - [crash]
I told you I'd get him. [laughs]
[all laugh]
There they are, sheriff.
Why, I know him! He's Zeke Harkins,
the bank robber who just broke out of state prison.
Let's see who our witch really is.
Zoinks! It's Aggie Wilkins.
Aggie is Zeke's old girlfriend.
Zeke had buried the loot from the bank job,
a half a million dollars.
He broke out of prison when he learned
Aggie had found directions in his old spell book
to the map in the cabin
and planned to grab the money herself.
But meanwhile, the Hatfield's had moved into the cabin,
so Aggie dreamed up the witch idea to get rid of them.
Like, she even used her pet cat
to make us think it could turn into a witch, huh, Scoob?
Yeah. [laughs]
Here's the money, sheriff,
buried right where the map said.
But what happened to all the Hatfields?
We found these Morse code letters
"S-M" gouged out on the trail
by the Hatfields as a clue after they were taken off.
And this sawdust was in the cabin.
So we're sure S-M means the sawmill
and that's where you'll find she locked up the Hatfields
after she pretended to turn them into these frogs.
Nice piece of work, kids.
We're mighty grateful to you young'uns
and your hound dog, Scooby.
Aww, it was nothing.
We want you all to stay for supper.
- [both] Supper? - [ringing]
Come and get it!
Like, wow! [laughs]
Look at all this food.
Yeah. Yummy, yummy, yummy.
- [clucking] - [oinking]
[hee-haws]
- [baas] - Zoinks!
Feeding time at the zoo.
Let's dig in.
Oh, no, you don't!
[laughter]
Want some turkey, Shag?
Wow!
Like, nothing's left but a skeleton.
[voice] Skeleton? [whines]
[laughter]
Scooby-Dooby-Doo!
